Damien and the team are absolutely amazing and they're the only shop that I will forever trust. I've dealt with SEVERAL shops in the area and even the BMW dealership with my car. Their price for services is extremely fair. On average I'm seeing other shops charge way more than what Prestige w/ Integrity charges. Hell, BMW quoted me $1700 for a valve cover gasket replacement. 2 popular shops in the area that work on German cars quoted me $950 and $1279. Prestige quoted me a little over $500. My car is nearing 20 years old and I fully expect major and minor issues. This summer, I had my fan go out. I called Damien for a quote. But figured it should be an easy fix and went on YouTube for a tutorial and tried to replace the fan myself. With the time and money I spent to get the tools and parts PLUS labor, I 100% should've gone to Prestige with Integrity. Their price was ridiculously fair. While it should've been an easy fix, just to get to the part took forever because of where it's located in my car. I've had really bad experiences at other auto shops over the years that left a bitter taste in my mouth towards all auto shops. But Prestige with Integrity has been the ONLY example of good and fair service. Even if your car is in another auto shop, call Prestige with Integrity for a quote. He did research so we knew how much it would cost for parts, and I called a few shops to find the best quote. Jeff was SOOOO friendly over the phone. He was up front and honest about the work that needed to be done. We talked about when the job would be complete and discussed prices in detail. When we dropped off the Jeep (via tow service), he provided specific instructions on what needed to be done so the car wasn't towed away by somebody else for being parked in a no parking zone. Took it back and Josh the owner just kept causing more issues like electrical where my car needs a couple thousand dollars of electrical work done now and he said that it was already like that when i was at previous shop and it had none of those issues and the transmission still doesn't work correctly so that will also need more work done to it!!!! Josh also refused to communicate with stuff going on with my car unless i asked first and he also would just do work without telling!!! When i went to take my car back from him he got rude and a lil aggressive with me and refused to give me even a partial refund and told me to take him to court if i wanted any money back!!!
