I used to order from this place ALL THE TIME and it was always amazing. They usually ran a little longer then expected delivering but the food was always hot and fantastic when it arrived so whatever. Today however, they took 2 hours to deliver a tuna club and broccoli bites, the fried stuff was burned AND cold. The sandwich had all the filling out of it and mixed in with the fries like it was dumped upside down in transit, the entire thing was soggy and inedible. Absolutely disgusting all around. Catalina's is definitely my new go to place. First of all the food is delicious. Best grilled veggie wrap I have ever had! Delivery comes in record time. One night I had my food within 20 minutes of ordering it. They never take longer than a half hour and the food is always HOT. The last thing I would like to comment on is the service. So far I have had a different delivery person for each order and every time they are pleasant and always engage in conversation. It just makes the whole experience that much better! My friends, and I after a day off shopping , decided to go for pizza. We all work in the area, and had heard about Catalina Pizza before, and decided to try it. We ordered a pizza to share, plus each of us ordered a sandwich . I had a turkey club which came with fries. Nice, and filling, and delicious.. Another friend ordered a chicken parm..fresh chicken, and not premade. Prices were better than reasonable, and it's a place where it was quiet, and friendly. I would recommend Catalina 's Pizza to anyone that lives in the area , that is looking for delicious food, friendly servers, and better than reasonable prices, then Catalina's Pizza is the place to go. read more

We've ordered from here several times in the past but this is the first time we ordered the steak tips --what a mistake!!! I knew it was going to be bad when I opened the box and they were an unappealing gray color. When I tasted them, the flavor (or lack thereof) matched the appearance. They were completely tasteless and on top of that the texture was rubbery. I called to complain and asked them to take it off the bill ($14) since they were really inedible and they said they would give me a discount of $3 the next time I ordered ...why the hell would I ever order from them again? read more

I've been ordering from this place for a long time. .it seems like there's new owners at the restaurant and the delivery is awful. .they forgot my smoothie n brought in the box of pizza and when I picked up my slice massive water started to run down n the whole box of pizza was wet..lol it was not grease at all was the actual water. ..the pizza was soggy that the bread itself started to fall apart into pieces. ..ever again I'm ordering from this place. ..oh and on top of that my smoothie came back n it looked like the milk been expired. .I'm good. .this place should be expose by kitchen nightmare read more

The only reason this place gets any stars is because of the extremely nice delivery driver. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the description of "fried chicken breast, American cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickles." I just request that there be no pickles or cheese. When I received the sandwich there was only the chicken and bread. So we called and told them of our problem and they said it was our error and didn't want to do anything about it. After being on the phone arguing with them for a while they finally agreed to send us come lettuce and tomato. You'd think with good customer service that they would send a new sandwich even if I had to give the old one back. Now my meal is could and I will never buy from there again. read more

This place is great I been going there for a little over a month, because I started working up the street and Osmin that is usually always there greets me with a friendly smile and calls me by my first name, it's a very friendly environment and if you are trying to eat healthy they have about 20 different salads so you won't get tired of eating the same salad everyday. Terrible service, mediocre food. This is the second time I ordered a sub on my 30 minute lunch break, and they didn't even start cooking it until 25 minutes in. Worst experience ever, just order a pizza from here, wait for an hour, no problem rainy night, a lot of deliveries i thought, but to my surprise instead of pizza what i got was o phone call from a very, very rude manager screaming on the phone saying that his driver has been waiting outside my house for 2 hours, calling and texting me, i was in shock due the fact that i had been for fixing the window the face my street i didnt see or receive any phone calls, tge onlyone i receive and answer right away was the one from the very rude manager, did my best to calm him down, expose the fact that maybe the driver was confuse with the number or the street, explained that please, check his info, but angry man got the best of me and we end in a swearing contest, he won!! Their pizza is average, and we don't really like it, but their salads and grilled sandwiches are beyond great...most of the time. Unfortunately, like many of the local places, the food quality is not consistent. Several times over the past few months they have messed up the order (three times they delivered my salad without the chicken that I paid for) and the food quality has changed. Maybe it has something to do with the night of the week and who is cooking. They have the potential to be really good. I have called and offered feedback a few times. I hope they listen and get it together. Meanwhile, we are taking a break from ordering. It is disappointing when you get delivery, it's the wrong food, or something is missing and they can't make it right because they dropped it off and left. They have an obligation to get it right the first time. Especially since we always tip the driver at least 20%. read more

first time ordering today and will be the last. problem 1. took 1hr and 45 min for delivery. are you kidding me!?!?!?. problem 2. price... a small steak and cheese is $9!!!! problem 3. said steak and cheese. for $9 friggin dollars you would expect a big sub, packed with whatever you ordered. what you really get is a standard, run of the mill small sub not packed with whatever you ordered but rather unpacked. now, some might say... hey they may have had a bad day, they were busy, blah blah blah. to that I say screw that!! if you're going to be running that late for a delivery then a phone call is in order. as far as the food goes.. if you have the BALLS to charge $9 for a small steak and cheese and give me what I could have gotten at Subway for half the price then I'm not sure how the hell you're in business. in short I was screwed and I won't be ordering from there ever again and I will let everyone at work know not to order there either. read more

this place is across the street from the number 9 ale house so you can park in the dockside parking lot if you have to...which is what i did. it's under new ownership so i wanted to try it hoping that it improved from how it used to be, and it sure did. it is NOTHING like it was before. it's clean (which is important to me) and i don't recognize any old product from before..(i stopped going there when it was with previous owners because the quality of the food was cheap, frozen and definitely not fresh. i got this menu (now run with a new owner) in the mail and it boasted that the food was fresh, homemade, "fresh never frozen" (it actually quoted that!) and i was like, ya...like a pizza place is really gunna stick to that, they usually go for what's affordable and convienient "for them". but i sh*t you not, i watched them bread my buffalo fingers...they didn't get it out of a freezer bag already prepared! the owner told me he makes the blue chz himself too! what? really? you actually CARE about the quality of the food you serve? finally, it's about time. i hate trying bad pizza place after bad pizza place. so since that visit, they earned a return visit from me..and then another one..and then another one. everything was true to their word. they make fresh pita bread to order (i've seen them) and it's not thin so that all the contents end up on the floor. their cold cuts are NOT slimy..oh how i hate that...blah! that's what the previous owners used to serve, which cost them my service. they're asian salad with grilled chicken...i'll buy it for you if you try it and don't love it! they make the dressing on it from scratch, they fry their own crispy noodles and i swear that grilled chicken on it is awesome (they do the marinade themselves too of course!) believe me...i've questioned them, lol. they have good lunch specials (good size and cheap price and you can mix and match homemade soups, salads and subs) and they have some fresh baked sweets too! (displayed on a cake dome platter...old-school style, with either cookies, brownies, cupcakes...it changes). i've honestly yet to have something i didn't care for, everything tastes homemade...especially the meatballs...oh the meatballs!!! (good pizza too, and i'm picky about pizza). so my final verdict? a far far cry from the old place it was, and a truly delicious find.
