No sides brought to the table in the beginning like most of these places offer. When the waitress did ask and we said yes nothing came. First time visiting this location and it was great! The service was good and the staff were attentive. They would come and ask for requests and one of the staff came back a few times to bring us picanha exactly how we wanted it cooked (thank you Nicolas!). He also provided us dessert recommendations and we had the papaya cream (papaya mixed with vanilla ice cream) and it was light and delicious - the perfect dessert! I finally made it to Fogo de Chão for a Friday lunch date around 1:30 PM, and it did not disappoint. This was my first time going after seeing it all over TikTok, so I was excited to experience it for myself. We sat at the bar since the all day happy hour is available there and on the balcony, and the bar was open when we arrived. Parking was super convenient. There's a garage right next to the restaurant, located behind the Publix building. Once you park, you can walk straight to the elevator, go through the glass doors, and it brings you right down to the lobby where Fogo de Chão is located. Even at 1:30 pm on a Friday, it was pretty busy at the dining tables. At the bar, I went with the strawberry hibiscus caipirinha because it was lower in calories than the passion fruit, which is usually my go-to. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. It was refreshing, flavorful, and absolutely stole the show. I even ordered the passion fruit next just to compare, and the strawberry hibiscus still won. The bartender did an amazing job. They start you off with complimentary Brazilian cheese bread that was soft, cheesy, warm, and honestly addictive. For food, we ordered the beef empanadas from the $6 bites menu, which were delicious. We also had thw saucy legs which were good. I ordered the beef rib for only $15, and my friend got the lamb chops. Everything was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Customer service was on point from start to finish. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and even took the time to do a TikTok with us at the end, which made the experience even better. I was looking for a place to host a special dinner for the kids from my youth football team, and I wanted somewhere a little more upscale for them. After searching for a while, I chose Fogo de Chão and I am so glad I did. The restaurant itself was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere that made the boys feel like this was a really special night. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was warm, welcoming, and made sure every one of the kids felt seen. Our table for 14 was ready quickly with no long wait. Our server greeted the boys right away, took their drink orders (all different, of course), and didn't get a single thing wrong. They took the time to explain how everything worked and showed an incredible amount of patience. And the food? Amazing. The steaks were perfect tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. A few of the kids asked for medium-well, and the staff happily accommodated them without hesitation. The boys were thrilled. I was truly impressed with the level of service. Our server was attentive and the manager passed by each table and made sure everything was okay. There's a wide selection of sides and salads to enjoy and two soups to choose from. I loved the sides. I prefer my meat to be cooked well done and I was only able to enjoy a few pieces of the meats offered because of this, which was disappointing since we went for the best of Brazil and paid $49 per person. I have been to several other locations for their traditional dinner menu, but never realized they had lunch as well. Its a spacious restaurant with the typical chain decor inside. Our servers were all excellent- especially the gaucho chef who served us table side. For lunch they have a very good offering of the salad buffet with a choice of one type of steak for a fairly reasonable price. The salad buffet is massive, with a ton of salad offerings as well as other appetizers. I went with the picanha for my steak, which is one of their signature sirloin cuts. By 6-6:30 the place was starting to get packed. Both my husband and I ordered the Full Churrasco Experience - we started at the salad bar, and were impressed with some of the options - grilled eggplant and zucchini, marinated mushrooms, 4 different types of salad mix, pickled onions, pickled beets, black beans, rice, corn chowder and more. Honestly, if I wasn't craving steak, I would have willingly made the buffet my meal. Service was prompt and friendly, and honestly the carvers were so attentive that meat was being constantly offered. The meats were generally well seasoned, with the flank being my favorite and the lamb being my husband's. Some of the meat was overly salted, but I appreciated that I could request medium to well done on most cuts. The only drawback with such an early dinner is that fewer meat options were available - we noticed new cuts and types being brought around as we were leaving. The atmosphere is modern, and the seating offers a mix of chairs and booth-style benches. We sat at a hybrid table with a bench and chair, and I wound up at the bench and needed to use a pillow to boost me up to the table! We left full - there was no way we could have entertained dessert or coffee. Churrascarías are known to be expensive - let's face it, unlimited meat isn't cheap - so make sure you're prepared to shell out at least $70 per person. read more

Update 3: on 22 Feb 2026 (3 and half months after) we went back because my it was my mom request to dine here for Chinese Lunar New Year Dinner. One of the Managers Sam came over as we sat down and took care of our order and really took care of our table as my dad doesn't really eat beef, I told him that it was ok and he can eat the chicken pork and lamb but he insisted on making sure that my dad will enjoy his meal. Even if you're not eating meat, the market table alone makes for a satisfying lunch or dinner. Their caipirinhas are fantastic, and the happy hour pricing is a great bonus. The service is consistently great--I really appreciate how the servers bring exactly the meats you want and allow you time to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Their buffet options were great, it had fruits, cheese, different cuts of meat, and bacon. They bring pan de quello to the table which is Brazilian cheese balls, they were delicious. The food was amazing and the drink was good! $10 cocktails and eight dollar wine option. They had several bar bites for six dollars and a few other ones for $9, $11 or $13. My bartender was friendly and fast. This restaurant was packed with people and it does give off more of a family restaurant. Reserved this for a party of 7 on a weekday around lunch time, since it would be my post graduation celebration from the Davie area. It was hard finding upscale restaurants that would seat us indoor and not outdoors, so I was happy to stumble upon this one in the Las Olas area. We all decided to get the "full churrasco" option to get unlimited meats brought out to our table. It offered the buffet (with salads, fruit, soups, etc) and Brazilian sides. They had cards that had one side green and one side red that you could flip back and forth that would indicate to the server whether or not you wanted that particular meat. I enjoyed all of them almost equally but definitely the lamb is a must try. Be careful not to get too much from the buffet or else you'll be full and not able to enjoy the entire experience. Very quickly on i turned my card over to red because I was stuffed. They even offered us this delicious cheese with honey on top (on the house) and all of us devoured it. The passionfruit caipirinha drink was delicious and the creme brûlée cheesecake that said "congrats" was such a nice gesture and made my day complete! Overall, everybody left satisfied and none of us had dined there before so we got to experience the newness of it all together. Now for the strange beginning...I had made a reservation for 5:30 on a Friday. We arrived on time and noticed the restaurant was relatively quiet (expected). We checked in with the hostess and she verified our reservation. It's an open room, so we saw the entire restaurant. A few people at tables, the salad bar, some of the meat servers, etc. Instead of seating us, the hostess tells us we need to wait for our table to be set up. Based on what we saw, this was not necessary. We saw plenty of empty tables that were already set up. I didn't think anything until we waited for 5 minutes. Then both my wife and I asked what was going on. We didn't receive any answer. We pointed at many empty tables and the hostess tells us those are reserved. (Didn't we have a reservation?) After being seated a waitress hands us menus, asks what kind of water we want and tells us about the standard salad bar and all you can eat steaks (a la carte is also an option) and then proceeds to disappear. After 10 more minutes a manager asks if we were being helped and I told him that they have 2 strikes after telling him what you just read. From that point on we were treated like royalty. Multiple managers and servers were at our beck and call. We were even offered free desserts. So to conclude: horrible start saved by a mostly great staff. The last two times I've visited, the wait for even simple items was surprisingly long, and it took away from the whole experience. I've ordered the picanha burger, the empanadas, and the grilled cheese with honey--all of which were absolutely delicious. The flavors are spot-on, the ingredients taste fresh, and the dishes are consistently well-prepared. No complaints at all about the food; it's what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely slow, to the point where it feels like the kitchen and staff just aren't keeping up. When the food quality is this good, it's frustrating to have the experience dragged down by long waits and lack of attention. I've been meaning to check out this spot for months, specifically their happy hour. So when I finally got to go, I was really excited. However my experience was not great. The service was really terrible; our server kept disappearing for long periods of time, easily over 20 minutes each. Twice we had to have another employee go find her. My drinks each took 25-30 minutes to arrive. A friend at the table also waited that long, just for a rum and coke. I got the hibiscus and strawberry caipirinha, which was overly sweet and mostly ice. The food is really expensive; just their cauliflower and tofu entrees alone cost $45, and I'm sure those dishes aren't gonna be that extraordinary. The shrimp tower is a large bowl of ice with 6 jumbo shrimp for $28. The happy hour menu offers no food specials, only drinks. My table ended up ordering just sides, since no one wanted the salad bar or a fish/meat entree for $50+. I got the yuka fries and lobster mac and cheese. The fries were okay, the aioli wasn't that great. And the mac and cheese was extremely dry; the flavor was not bad but it was hard to get down from the dryness. I think this restaurant is out of touch with the state of the economy and its impact on most people. I think if they offered food specials during happy hour, this restaurant would be at least worth it for that occasion. But overall, I was disappointed by the bad service and taste. read more

I stopped in after leaving a meeting at work on Las Olas. They have an all day happy hour that I used to frequent a lot when I lived in Vegas. The restaurant is beautiful, big, and bright. I sat at the bar because I was alone. The bartender wasn't very friendly. I had to flag her down for another glass of wine, when I asked for my check it wasn't presented right away, and then she grabbed the check and menu before I even finished my last glass of wine.
