Cava is a perfect takeout when you're on a rush I walk in there. I see the chicken grilling so it looks fresh and the food there is just as good I get seated at a table after ordering your make your own bowl which is so my favorite and also there's pita chips they're so crunchy and they have different flavors for each season this season. They had sour cream and onions and I just adore it so much. It taste so delicious and I love it because if everything there is healthy, they use olive oil. They don't use any fake junk and it's a perfect meal for when my kids have to go so quickly food and I can't make food The place looks clean and the people are just good. One of the worst Cava's in the area. The food is ok, what's wrong is the management. They're always out of something when I come here. They have no sense of urgency when they make orders. You'll stand in line and no one will address or acknowledge you while they focus on mobile orders as the line in store backs up. This is a consistent problem that needs to be addressed. She took her time to explain my options and happily provided recommendations. She was super kind and patient. I really appreciate her friendly service. Not sure what has been going on with this place lately. Very disappointed. Bowls are now tiny and less then half way filled. The guy was scraping the bowl of veggies before I asked him to get a fresh bowl since that one was clearly out. The portions are skimpy to put it mildly. They will also tell you that pitas now only come with 2 spreads instead of the normal 3, but the app still allows 3 so not sure what that is about. I love Mediterranean food. I went to CAVA with hopes in finding a new spot to get my falafel fix. This place was not it!! I'm pretty sure it's "Mediterranean inspired". It's like a Mediterranean Chipotle. The flavors are not really there. It's bland. The prep stations were dirty and messy with sauce and ingredients scattered all over. I got a falafel bowl and my daughter got a pita wrap. The falafel was not ground chickpeas. It's was whole fried chickpea balls, the texture was off and they had zero flavor. They over did it with the sauce on both my bowl and my daughter's pita wrap. She had to use a napkin and fork to scrape the sauce off, the pita was saturated with sauce and fell apart when she tried to pick it up. I will definitely not be going back read more

Smaller portions than other CAVAs. I drive a lot for work and have been to about six different CAVAs. And since this CAVA is closest to where I live, I have been to this one about six times, but it has been my least favorite CAVA most of the time. Love the food, but, the portions have been generally smaller here. Now I know you can ask for more, but its really a matter of learning the art of asking for more because I am so used to consistency in counter service outfits. This chain as a whole is still in its infancy as well, and so I am anticipating great things in the future. But at this particular CAVA, it seems like they are purposely suppressing portion size. read more

The portion was on the smaller side but the more bites I took the more addictive the bowl became! If you're needing a boost of protein - I highly recommend the right rice! I'm giving this cava experience 4 stars because it was lacking much of the fiery broccoli and the extra protein didn't seem to really be there... the small packaged brownie however was everything. One of the good cava locations with tasty fresh ingredients and friendly service. Drink area can be a little cleaner but food came out great! Got the grilled chicken bowl and it tasted as good as the Costa Mesa location.
