This visit was at lunch time. Got there before the lunch rush which was good because they are packed at lunch, there was a continuous line for about 30 minutes while I was there. The staff were efficient and the restaurant was very clean. The ambiance is very casual. Now to the food. My favorite was the drink, the Cucumber, mint, lime it is seriously refreshing and just fyi, it's free refills while in the restaurant. The pita chips are pita flats that are cut into triangles and deep fried but not completely...they are still soft and the red pepper hummus is delicious and pairs well with the chips. Now the spicy lamb pita is not an authentic Mediterranean one and it's not spicy. It's an americanized version that is tasty and it is a good serving for the price. They do have a rewards app and you can get a birthday treat. I will definitely return. read more

We've been going to this Cava location about every couple weeks for over a year now. We loved this place. Their food was fresh, prepared well and great quality. It's been a month since our last visit and we don't know what has happened. They were extremely understaffed. Only one person on serving and ringing people up and then one cook. They were both working hard and trying hard but there is no way that place can function with only two employees. We got our greens and grains bowls and the first bad thing was there was no plastic forks. The real silverware was in a holder full of food bits and oil. The guy serving said they were out of plastic forks and that was all the silverware. He told us to use the spoons. You can't eat a salad with a spoon. I had to take two silverware forks into the bathroom and wash them myself. The bathroom looked to have not been cleaned in a week. Floors sticky, toilet covered in literal crap, paper towels all over. I should've taken a pic but just wanted out of there fast. Next we go outside, sit and take our first bite of our food. We both stopped mid bite and had to spit it out because the black lentils were not cooked at all. We could've cracked our teeth on them. Very disappointing but we were starving so we tried to pick around the lentils. My husband pulled out an entire hard butt of Romain lettuce out of his bowl. In pic. I again almost broke a tooth on a huge kale stalk. The lamb was 80% mushy fat. My husband tried one meatball and said the meatballs (which he always gets) didn't taste right. We couldn't eat the food at all. We threw it out and left. One hour later my husband got sick. This was a horrible experience at Cava and forever ruined it for us. I regret coming to this location today. I ordered the harissa avocado bowl without feta. The first person put the base grains I. The bowl and passed it to the second person who was literally slopping food into the bowl as fast as she could go, including feta. I said that I can't have cheese. She acted put out and grabbed another bowl and started slopping...again with the creamy feta. I asked, "is that cheese...I can't have cheese." This chain is quite popular and rightly so. It's clean, it's hip, it's healthy and it tastes great. The space in this restaurant is gorgeous and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. At the core, you can consider it a Mediterranean Chipotle type place with better quality. I love me a grain bowl with rice, though the black lentils are good per my wife, or salad grain bowl and most times I get almost all the side veggies since they're all pretty good. The beef meatballs are flavorful and the mezzes are good too. Sauces are all very flavorful and won't add a lot of calories if you're counting. I highly recommend this restaurant. It smells so good when you walk in and it's the grilling chicken we found the smart rice and the salads to be divine. The dressing was a little heavy in application but everything was fresh tasting and looking. I felt it was a healthy meal. Why four stars instead of five? We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and order meals I went to find a place to sit down. It was obvious the tables had not been wiped down . In the whole restaurant inside and out there were only 2 tables that did not have food particles on them. By 2:30 in the afternoon, all tables should be clean after the lunch rush if not throughout all service hours. Clean your eating spaces, keep your food awesome and you'll get 5 stars. Me time I'm ordering one of those delicious beverages. They were not suggested but found when pouring my water. I happened to find a Mediterranean resturant that serves a variety of rice, hummus, lamb, beef meatballs and vegatables all in a bowl. I was pleasantly surprised how well it was prepared and tastes amazing. The lamb meatballs along with the red roasted hummus is absolutley perfect. The beef meatballs were too over done a little too black on side of the meatballs. But definitely give them another chance to see if they will cook it just right when I return to rewrire this review. I want to add they have outdooe patio and several tables inside. The watermelin mint drink is the best ever.......I am excited to know its in my neck of the woods and like a new Mediterranean resturant that serves like a buffet type setting no waiters or waitresses folks. This place is my new favorite health food spot! It has so many options for non-veg options but is still super vegan friendly at the same time. You can either get greens and make a salad or grains which is rice and lentils. You can also get both which is what I get! The set up is basically similar to chipotle style where you walk down the aisle and select your toppings and sauces. My favorite part is the Harissa sauce! It is SO good! It is spicy so if you cant handle spice, then steer clear. I will say that my favorite combo is to get the harissa sauce along with each hummus (you can pick up to three sauces) and then to get the green harissa dressing at the end. And dont forget the crunch pita chips, they make a great topping. I will say - I wish they had avocado as a topping. I think it would fit so well with the food, Im surprised they dont have it as an option. Overall I really love that this is a really good fast food healthy spot that I can go to other than Zoeys Kitchen! Bonus: They actually have really good teas/ fruit drinks.
