We typically order the salmon bowl, genki (chicken breast and brown rice) bowl and bbq eel bowl along with spicy tuna roll, california roll, cherry blossom roll and a red dragon roll. I usually order take out online so that we can eat at home. The restaurant is very clean but on the smaller side - definitely more of a take out restaurant versus dine in. The staff here always does a great job making our food and wrapping up our order to go. I especially appreciate the nice "thank you" that they sometimes write on our bags. So if you're on a restrictive timed lunch break it might not be the place for you to go...takes at least 20-25 minutes to serve your food at ALL times. Which is ridiculous. They seem more interested in refilling forks than looking you in the face and saying hello Atmosphere over all is fairly clean and 6 small tables. music is kind of too loud even with a handful of people sitting and eating. I stopped eating at another local teriyaki place in town because of their terrible food and service, and then I found this spot!! Then I found Fuji Grill!!!! Fuji Grill is the Bomb!! I'm happy I found this location!! Fresh food, yummy flavor and the best rice I've had in 10 years. Today I had the Steak and Chicken bowl with no teriyaki sauce and I can't wait to come back and get another one. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant. I'm excited about exploring the menu more ad I plan on making this my go to spot for teriyaki bowls and more. I ordered thru DoorDash and put no wasabi but I didn't put no ginger so I was expecting to have some ginger. The reason I eat sushi is to eat ginger. I love ginger and so do a lot of people. I just moved to the area and so far this has been my go to spot for teriyaki bowls. My daughter loves the grilled salmon and I feel great that she is eating a healthy meal. The price is great for the portion you receive and you can add in veggies or sub with brown rice. In regards to the sushi, I wish they used ponzu sauce to balance the flavors a bit more because all the sauces I noticed were cream, spicy or eel. I need the citrus with some of the rolls. read more
