I wish I got this woman's name and would call corporate to give an glowing review because she went above and beyond. I ordered to go because I had 2 sleeping kids in the car and then brought them down to pick up my order. They were running behind which was no biggie, but also had a ticking time bomb with my sleepy toddler. She went above and beyond and gave him an apple juice, as a mom, this is just so so appreciated. Her customer service was absolutely everything! And the food was delicious. I went at 5 pm 9/13, and she gave manager energy, again wish I got her name so I can call corporate because wow! read more

This cava location needs significant improvement. All 3 times I have been here, I have been charged anywhere from $19-24 dollars and I order the same thing every time. The portions are extremely small and the braised lamb I payed extra for was just a chunk of fat. I have been to 5 cava locations and never again will I return to this one. read more

From the time I indulged my taste buds into those pita chips.....I knew I had made the right decision. I got full off those chips, so I had to wait a while before eating my Garlic Chicken wrap. Those chips are some of the most delicious soft/crispy chips I've ever tried. When I finally tries my wrap, it was made to perfection and I loved every bite of it. I also tried the Pineapple Apple Mint drink. It was "ok", supposed to have Apple Cider in it, but I just mostly tasted the pineapple and mint. Glad I tasted what the hype is about. read more

Wow! This was our first time trying CAVA and it did not disappoint! Fresh and healthy Mediterranean food and everything is customizable. Maya was super helpful answering all our questions. The portions are good for the price and we love being able to try out some unique flavors. The harissa honey chicken on the greens and grains bold was amazing! This was my first time here. The Menu was a little confusing. I downloaded their app and it was really simple to "build your own bowl". It is very similar to a Chipotle style fast serve. The food was great. There were a lot of different options. The service felt a little slow, but they were busy when I got there. I will definitely be a customer of Cava in the future. read more

I've consistently experienced poor customer service here. For several months now, my takeout orders are 15-20 minutes late. When you arrive at the restaurant and are looking for the takeout orders, the employees usually ignore you. I waited by the register for 10 minutes before anyone even asked if I needed something, and saw other customers do the same. We've given them many chances, but this last pickup caused a 20 minute delay and caused the other food we had picked up to get cold. Just not worth it. read more

My daughter and I are obsessed with Cava! Such variety and fresh, healthy options. Employees are friendly and helpful in suggesting items. We haven't tried a wrap yet, but love the bowls. The falafel and chicken are very tasty protein choices. It is a busy place but the line goes fast. They might need more people working to help keep up with the trash and clean up around the drink station. All in all a tasty dining experience. You will not be disappointed with Cava. read more

The food is tasty but dang... it's expensive for the amount of food they give. I ordered the chicken shwarma bowl and there was just a few slivers of chicken. It was mostly all the other stuff: lettuce, rice, onions, and what ever toppings they put in it. Just a teaspoon of hummus. read more

I was finally excited to see this place open but every time I tried going the line was extremely long. After waiting patiently for the hype to die down I was finally able to try it. I got a bowel with steak and let me just tell you. The vibe it gives off with the skimpy amount of meat felt like chipotle. The bowels are big and if you want a certain type of sauce if I remember correctly it was extra. The staff working here needs to learn to speak up because it's extremely loud inside. When it came time to pay I was in price shock! Almost 20 bucks for a bowel w/o a drink. I told myself this better be the best 20 bucks for lunch. It was good but definitely not worth the price. Just thinking if I was picking up dinner for a family of 4 it would cost me 100 bucks...for a " fast food" joint. I'm sorry, I don't think I will return just for the price and the amount of meat they give you. read more

2 or 3 times now that ive ordered online thru doordash my meal is missing things such as the sauces /condiments. My drink is wrong or the food is just bad quality , for some reason the pita chips are extremely salty. they give u the tiniest scoop of hummus and they dont even give u any of the sauces u ask for. Also if u want utensils, good luck. they dont care to give u straws or utensils thru their online orders. 0 stars read more

This location recently opened - service is a bit slow & it gets quite busy during peak times. I believe with time & better employee training, things will calm down and smooth out (hopefully) Regardless, super happy that they opened up a location in Moreno Valley. The parking lot is crazy due to Costco/lots of other stores nearby. Food tasted good & had no issues with my order. They have minimal inside seating... I would definitely take my order to go here. Cava is new spot located off of the day street exit that took over a site that closed down. My first impressions are that they renovated the inside. It's nice and clean with a new flow/aesthetic. Employees are very nice and let you try sauces etc. The flow is smooth and simple as well. My biggest con I would say is the price. I really can't rationalize $40 something dollars for two bowls and two drinks with the tiniest portions. It's really great food but the ratio of price and food could be a lot better. read more

Cava is so delicious. Think Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. I built my own bowl and it was so good. The lentils were delicious and the harissa chicken was so flavorful with a little bit of a kick. I love that you get as many toppings as you want and it comes with pita bread. I'm gluten free and most do their options are gf! They have a large variety of drinks and a fountain machine filled with craft sodas. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

One of the worst meals I've ever had. I'm not kidding. Ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl (which came with no avocado, by the way) and a Blueberry Lavender drink. Feta that came on the bowl was so salty I could only stomach all few bites. Everything includig. the rice was ice cold. Sauce it came with on the side literally had no flavor, just runny white paste. Drink is overly tart. Pita bread wa bland and unseasoned. Threw everything away, so now I just feel disgusted and not satiated. NEVER again. read more

Usually every time I come here the service is ok, the food is delicious and there is a variety of items to choose from. However, I went today, Sunday, assuming they would be great but was very disappointed. I understand that it was dinner rush and it was busy but they ran out of most of the items on the front, yet they were taking care of their mobile orders. Found that to he very rude. I asked for hummus and was told there wasn't any, same as tzatiki. I asked for something similar and was told the yogurt dill was sort of the same, yet they were also out of this. Not sure if this is typically how they do their business but honestly, they cant keep up with the busy environment. I feel like I overpaid for a bowl when most of the stuff was unavailable. Reminded me to chipotles downfall. Definitely will take my business elsewhere and maybe if im in the area and feel like giving them a shot oll try hopefully they fix their stuff otherwise I dont see this place surviving in the long run. read more

My son lives in Texas. He constantly tells me how good the steak and feta pita is at cava. Finally, my wife and I caved, and we both ordered a steak and feta pita. Unfortunately the steak in the pita wasn't edible. It had so much gristle we couldn't chew. Both my wife and I couldn't chew the gristle in the steak. We both tossed half the meat. I love CAVA! I was craving it with my brother Aljay and so we came here after a men's retreat in Hemet. I love the flavor of the food when the combination of garlic sauce and hummus and red pepper sauce, and roasted vegetables and chicken and fiery broccoli collide. It is truly a glorious experience. I wish they had one in Bellflower. The lion has been packed for a full hour, and there's no question. Why: the food and service here is worth the price and worth the wait. And there was still plenty of seats for everyone! I highly recommend this place. read more

Searched Yelp for something new to try while I was in the Moreno Valley area & stumbled on this place. Someone mentioned fresh food & thought I'd give it a try. First impression - the line was deep at 2pm, after lunch & still poppin was a good sign. I explained it was our first time in & asked the gal making my bowl if she could tell me what she was adding to my order before just in case i wanted substitutions. I ordered the most popular item, the Harrisa Avocado. Let me tell you, this is so fresh. So filling. The flavors all melted together perfectly. My husband & I loved it. There are cookies on this heated surface by the cash register and oh man they looked so good. My food was prepared really fast. I don't even like sweet potatoes and planned to give them to my coworker but they were so good. I ate my entire bowl and saved the cookie for later. Both were so tasty. Next time, I'm going to get the chocolate cookie and probably the same bowl. I loved it here.

I'm still giving them 4 stars because the staff were super friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to make things right. I've been to this CAVA several times, and every visit has been great. The staff is usually so friendly, and the portions are generous, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different. The employee helping me rushed me through my order so quickly that I barely had a chance to finish speaking before she moved on to the next ingredient. I wanted to ask which red dip was which, but before I could, she added the red hummus. It wasn't a huge deal I actually ended up getting the harissa dip and red hummus! The bigger issue came when she asked what protein I wanted. I said chicken, but before I could finish explaining that I wanted half chicken and half veggies, she walked away to help another customer. When I told her I wasn't asking for a full serving just half chicken and half veggies, she immediately said it would be an extra charge! She then gave me a very unpleasant look, aggressively threw my bowl into the trash, started over, and this time barely put any food in it. I understand that it can get busy, but customers should be given a chance to finish ordering without feeling rushed or disrespected. I still enjoy this location, but this experience was disappointing and very unlike the excellent service I've received here in the past. read more

I usually love coming to this place, but my experience today left me quite disappointed. It took an unusually long time for my bowl to be made, as the team members seemed overwhelmed and were running between multiple stations. To make matters worse, they were out of several ingredients, which was frustrating. The staff member assisting me was kind but seemed forgetful. Despite me asking for two extra pita breads, they weren't packed in my bag--even though they were placed right next to her. She also forgot to hand me my drink until I reminded her. Unfortunately, when I got home (after a 30-minute drive), I realized not only was the pita missing, but the brownies I ordered weren't packed either. I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one answered despite letting the phone ring for 15 minutes each time. I really want to continue supporting this place because the food is great when everything goes smoothly, but today's experience was frustrating. CELESTE IS THE PROBLEM!! came here with my kids and ordered 3 kids pitas ASKED FOR grilled chicken, everything was fine until I got to the register. I paid and we sat down to eat and realized I was over charged for HARISSA ( over charged 6.00 plus tax) I went back to the register after we ate and CELESTE told me " we have no way of knowing if you got harissa and just ate it " . I have toddlers ! Why would they eat spicy harissa and also it's not my fault the cashier got it wrong! I explained this and CELESTE insisted in front of a lobby FULL OF PPL that I was lying and trying to get over on her . I WAS SO EMBARRASSED standing there with my kids trying to defend my innocence. And it wasn't until I called over the young man who made the pitas that he was able to confirm that he actually did put grilled chicken on the meals. She realized she was WRONG , which made her even more mad and she SHOVED THE MONEY IN MY HAND AND STORMED OFF ! She should be fired ! Worst cava experience ever !! read more

5/5 First time at this CAVA location and I was seriously impressed! The service was fast, the team was friendly, and everything was super clean and organized--even during the weekday lunch rush. I built my own bowl and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the crazy feta added the right amount of heat. I also loved that they didn't skimp on the portions--generous servings all around. Special shoutout to the staff for being patient and helpful while I figured out what I wanted (there are so many tasty options!). They kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Some might say I'm a Cava guru. I somehow end up at all of their locations! There might not be much to do in MoVal, but the city is definitely looking up now that Cava has joined the community! The line tonight was super long, but moved quicker than I had imagined. When I got to order, Landon informed me that they had only been open for a week!
