To start, I love Cava. Actually, my family loves it. So, this review is only about this location. We went yesterday (8/25) at 4:15. There were two girls in the food line and one man at the prep table. There were only two other people in line besides us four. Well, the place was a mess. The food was spilled all over. The prep guy filled the rice, spilled some, and didn't even wipe it up. All food areas were filthy. The clerk with the really long fingernails was ringing things up and reaching across to the CC machine with gloves on and then going back to work on our food, not changing gloves. When I came back in for a drink refill she was gloveless reaching into the pits chip container and eating them while talking to the prep guy. To add to that disgustingness, the place was empty and they still didn't clean up the food stations. All of it was SOOO gross. Food was ok. Not your typical yummy Cava meals, but not bad. Good enough for 3-Stars for the food. 0-Stars for cleanliness, customer care, and general concern for the environment they are presenting to customers. So in the end, eat here at your own risk. read more

We ended the weekend with a Cava picnic on the beach! This was my first time at Cava, and I ordered the Crispy Falafel Pita as a bowl. I kept the bowl as is except for the addition of tzatziki and alllll the toppings. Our server was generous with the portions and patiently explained the menu. My bowl was delicious, and tasted really fresh. The falafel was well done, not dry all all (an issue with falafel occasionally!). I would definitely recommend taking your Cava to go and enjoying it on the beach. Now I just need Cava to come to Seattle! read more

DARREN! I come to cava way too often, but after my experience with this employee, I won't be coming back. These bowls are way too expensive to be that stingy with the portions. By the end of the it, the ingredients barely filled the bowl. The bowl should be completely filled for as much as this place charges. Stopped by here for lunch with a few friends. The workers were very friendly and the food was well portioned and yummy! It's a bit intimidating to make your own bowl but the workers were nice and helpful and made some recommendations. I had a bowl with greens and saffron rice, with chicken, a bunch of veg, harissa, yogurt sauce, feta sauce, garlic sauce, lemon vinaigrette. I liked the combination of everything! read more

Came for a post hike lunch and loved it! Felt super healthy and filling. Loved the fun drink options as well. There was a long line, so I ordered on my phone and it was ready in about the same time it took my friend to move through the line. Seating inside and out. We placed an online order at 6:45 it said it would be ready at 7... by 7:15 they said they do not have it. When I showered the app order they said it would be another 10 minutes. Meanwhile I watched about 15 people come in and order and leave. They called out a name that was not ours and we waited. By 7:35 i asked and they made it... I asked for a refund which they gave. Other than being 15 later than it should have, this could have been resolved by calling out the right name-- they were not even close. Food is always good and normally not a problem but this was still a little silly. read more

Love this healthy Mediterranean bowl version of chipotle- wish they had more locations where I live! The hummus and other dips were so flavorful and there were plenty of options for vegetarians and omnivores-possibly vegans as well! I would be a regular if I lived closer. Fortunately on the way home from San Diego I stopped at Whole Foods and found they cary cava hummus and tezziki and this week I will be using them to re-create my cava bowl at home! read more

Mediterranean version of Chipotle? Uh heck yeah! CAVA is fresh, flavorful, and fast - basically everything I want for lunch on a busy day. I love that there are so many options available in terms of bases, proteins, dips and spreads, and toppings, and honestly it all seems pretty darn healthy (except for the dressings, but hey they're ridiculously delicious so I say load up :). I'm a particular fan of the Harissa Honey Chicken and Grilled Meatballs (both the Beef as well as the Spicy Lamb), so usually center my order around these proteins. Everything else I leave up to my mood on that particular day! read more

Yes, I was back to Cava today, and once again I had a great time with my friends. My friends never had Cava before but had similar food menu items. And they loved the location and service that the employees and manager given since we walk through those doors. We were in Cava around 3pm- 430pm on Saturday September 6 2025. Store was clean again throughout are visit. I would appreciate this friendly customer service at all places I go to eat and shop. Thank you to this cava employees at this location. New management needed. Cava has been a staple in my daily life for years now. The past couple months it has certainly fallen short of my expectations. I work a 9-5, and have a 30 min lunch break. During this time is when I drive and pickup my Cava. It is NEVER ready on time, I'll even order an hour an advance sometimes. The staff always seem to be high, or extremely unintelligent, and seem to have no desire to work! They need new management who will clean up this location. Fire the manager asap! read more

the dm store has "jumped the shark." first, their online ordering system is inaccurate, time-wise. it says the order will be ready by a certain time and it's simply false. if you order online, allow a half hour before picking it up. otherwise, you'll be standing around, waiting. secondly, the staff forgot my wife's salad dressing. and, the tomatoes were forgotten. finally, there were 2-3 small pieces of romaine; the rest a spring mix. supposed to be equal amts. of romaine. my bowl had incorrectly cooked falafel. it was undercooked and mushy. that's it for us--we'll find a better restaurant elsewhere! read more

My friend and I came to cava for the first time and I had the "harissa avocado" very fresh and delicious lots of flavors, such an amazing bowl ! The staff was amazing Karolina and Trey were very helpful and friendly offered us great recommendations! Definitely recommend and will be returning. read more

Fancier ingredients and higher quality version of Chipotle. I tried build your own and selected whatever I wanted. The chicken was well seasoned and tasty and all the other ingredients tasted like they were quality and fills you up. Only slight setback I had was it seems the staff that was making our food had no idea how to make their own premade items. The staff took forever to find the recipe from their deck of cards. We asked for Chicken + Rightrice but she couldn't find it and kept asking if it's Greek Chicken as that was the only card she could find that had the word "chicken" in it and we kept saying no. Anyway eventually someone helped and find the right card. I'll let it slip this time because the food was good but that was just awful and asking a first time customer to ask what's in their Chicken Rightrice is so odd. Do I really need to take a picture of your menu and your staff how to make your food? For someone that isn't too familiar with the items, it would have been nicer to display what each item is on the glass that maps to the position of where the food item is placed. Currently it's just listed and I have no idea what is what. Would have saved a lot of time because I kept having to ask what is that what is that? Overall food is good, just need to know what you want in advance if you want to get in and out fast. read more

I hadn't had Cava in 2 years (when I moved to SD they didn't have them) and so I was so excited to pass by one randomly. I made a special trip today to get some lunch and Charlotte made my bowl perfectly. Just like I used to have it every week. Thank you thank you thank you ! She offered me a drink and a cookie and a free entree to welcome me back to Cava. That hands down made my whole week and some.
