I don't know if it was the owners that were working there, or who I was dealing with, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way because the couple in front of me started to leave and turned around to introduce themselves by name and get the name of the woman who helped them. When was the last time you left a retail store and did that? I don't even want to price shop anything on Amazon because I do not want this store to go anywhere. We've had our pool for six years and this is the first time I've ever even thought about leaving a review for one of them. I hope they are here for a very long time!
