Purchased a wall mirror that had to be ordered. Estimated delivery is late August or early September. Store asked for full payment however receipt states "for out of stock items, we require a 50% deposit to reserve incoming inventory, when entire order is in stock ready for delivery, you will be automatically be charged the remaining balance due. When I brought this to the managers attention I was told this policy applies to furniture and not decor, which is not stated anywhere on receipt. Store/company does not honor their written policies so not sure what is policy and what is not. In closing, buyer beware of this store. Disappointing affiliation with Crate and Barrel. read more

I have never heard of CB2 and was just walking by and have been recently been redecorating my room and this place is it! I did not know it was part of crate and barrel and I have to give a shoutout to Greg who helped me and told me a lot about the history of CB2 and as well helped me out with a lot of home decor. Worst customer service EVER from @CB2 and @CrateandBarrel. We ordered a corner group and 1/2 arrived, another week later the other half with no legs ...no resolution over a week later and we're sitting on the floor. Think twice before you buy from them. . How do you schedule and delivery for only 1/2 of corner group and then deliver the following week no legs. Then...get an email that we can go buy standard furniture legs at Home Depot and put them on ourselves and they would credit us $338 !! Like Home Depot is going to have these mid-century modern chrome legs to match the other piece. That was the icing on the cake that gets these reviews and Twitter posts. read more

My new favorite store! My brother had been telling me about this place for a while even before this location was built. It's much better, in my opinion, than Crate and Barrel. Everything is very modern and trendy but not in a stupid, douche-baggy, too precious way like you'd find at [insert hipster store]. They have a very nice selection of plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses and other food serving items that are good quality and reasonably priced. I feel like Crate and Barrel is a rip off. The salesperson at Crate and Barrel suggested I look at CB2 for a rug. The rugs at CB2 were hanging so it was difficult to see what they would look like flat. I mentioned that to the young woman who was helping me and asked if there were small samples. The answer was no. When I replied that I wasn't going to spend $1000.00 plus on a rug I couldn't see flat, she went to look for someone else. She returned to say they could take a rug down but I would have to wait 20 minutes or so as they were busy. I left. I never really got the impression anyone was interested in my business and I was a serious shopper. read more

Today February 9, the table was scheduled for the 4 times to be delivered, to my surprise and disappointment they called and said that they have not received the table yet. I called the South Coast store location directly today (after having called the 800# and was unable to get the help I was looking for from two customer service agents). Walter picked up and was extremely friendly, understood my questions, and offered to place my order over the phone for me while taking care of the shipping fees. I rarely write these reviews but we were both so impressed by Fatima's level of service I want to praise her and share with the community. Today was my first time shopping at CB2 and it was amazing because of ROSEMARY!!! Omg she literally is a life saver. She helped me piece every item together perfectly. Amazing selection and service. I always end up spending way too much at this store because I love the style/designs. The vibe here is modern, luxury. I always find something I need or just want. All the employees are so helpful. Jessie has made some great recommendations. If you order online, and pickup in store, it's such a quick process. Such a awesome store!!! The staff is amazing and the products are even better. You have someone always asking if you need help and they are super cool and friendly unlike some other furniture stores in the area (west elm and pottery barn). I was in over the weekend and Rosemary and Greg were helping my husband and I. They are super helpful and are very genuine. I've been working with CB2 for years and have ordered several things from them but recently they've really dropped the ball. We ordered a sofa for one of our clients and scheduled for a delivery date and the sofa never showed up. My client took the day off from her busy schedule to stay home and wait for a sofa. It was completely embarrassing. This has never happened to us before. Then..... what was suppose to be a four week delivery lead time for a sectional sofa turned out to be a 3 month plus delivery date. They keep telling us the sofa will be ready on a later date which basically means they sold the sofa that we originally ordered and now we have to wait even more. read more

I got 3 times to cancel my furniture and ton of emails, texts to confirm, schedule and cancel my delivery. I still even not get my item yet. All are apologies and waiting for items available. I ordered a dining table back in July. I preordered it and it was supposed to be delivered late July, early August. Delivery was delayed until September and when I received the table.. before bringing it in the delivery guys noticed little holes in the table. I paid a lot so I declined this table and asked for a new one. A month later, I have my new delivery date.. my second time taking off work. They call me that morning to tell me the table is broken so it will not be delivered that day. Another month later, today, 4 months later, they call this morning to let me know my table didn't make it onto the delivery truck so it won't be delivered today. Another friend of mine received a coffee table months after ordering and she received it broken. I understand the delay due to Covid but it seems as though they are just throwing around the furniture and breaking these pieces and not concerned about their customers at all. The last call said she would send me over for my table to be expedited and it wasn't. I'm at a loss of what to do because I don't want a refund, I want my table and this company has no concern for their customers and the amount of money I've spent or the amount of my time they have wasted. Not sure if I will ever get my table but I definitely won't be shopping with them ever again and will be telling everyone to not shop with them. read more

I called the SCP store and was provided with exceptional service and I will definitely not forget how amazing the service from RoseMary was when she in assisted me with my purchase over the phone. For example, I kept having phone issues and she always call me right back. No attitude or hesitation. I was also having issues deciding on some merchandise and RoseMary gave me her feedback. She spent a good hour with me on the phone and never once rushed me. She was so focused and I can't tell you how relieved I am that I got everything I needed for my new place. Can't say enough good things about this store, and particularly the team they have there. We are in the process of moving and outfitting a new home entirely from scratch, which is no small endeavor.
