The owner of the business, Norman, is a consummate professional and easy to talk to. The Memorial Day Weekend provided me with an extra day off from work and I wanted to use that extra time to get this done. He was able to get me an appointment on Friday at 8PM the day after I texted him on his website. I left the car overnight and came out to a brand new Jeep that looked like it came in off the showroom floor at the dealership. Norman did outstanding work in the interior areas especially the seats which were in need of some real cleaning. The exterior of the car likewise made it look like the day I drove it off the lot after purchasing it a year and a half ago. The one that really amazed me the most was how clean the engine was. It was full of dirt, grime, oil stains, and dead leaves. It looked like it came off the assembly line and the pictures provided will give you a good idea on how hard he worked on this car late into the night. At $450 for all the work, this was very reasonable for a mid-size vehicle like mine. Other places I checked had quoted a couple hundred dollars more for their services. I'm all about supporting small businesses like this and I encourage others on here to see him if you want your car detailed from top to bottom.

I may have "bumped" them in the winter time when clearing snow from cab and cracked one or two. Oops! After talking to staff, found out they did not have the OEM style smoked amber LED lights i wanted, but would install them if I got them. Just pay for their labor. I finally got the GM OEM smoked amber LED cab lights in from GM which had upgraded rubber gaskets. I set up an appt. and they got them installed. Rained heavily on 5/28 and the interior overhead console was dry as a bone and not a drip coming in.
