After reading his ratings we called him and told him what we needed and asked whether he could do it. He said yes so we scheduled him for a couple of days out. He actually showed up prior to that just to see what he would be dealing with then arrived promptly on the day we agreed on. Long story short he was great to work with, very positive, awesome personality and best of all knew what he was doing. The job ended up taking a little longer than expected but Jason was able to overcome some sketchy previous wiring and get us our Dish TV just in time for the hockey playoffs!! We live in North San Diego, so we are not in Jason's service area. So we took our coach to him in Murrieta. We wanted to get a generator and satellite installed. Jason gave us a very fair quote, and his Yelp reviews are great, so we went with him for the install. He finished ahead of schedule and on budget. He called while the work was in progress to let me know what the options were for locating the satellite controller and generator switch, instead of just making that decision on his own. He had some great suggestions. Jason is very conscientious about his work, and it shows. He did a great job with the installation, and spent about an hour walking us through it and demonstrating it when we came to pick up our 5'er. After reading the reviews I emailed Jason via Yelp providing all pertinent information pertaining to my RV furnace that needed immediate attention as we were leaving for thanksgiving. It was a Sunday so I thought this would have been the best way on establishing contact. I never heard anything back from Jason so Monday on my lunch break I called and left him a message asking if I could call at 6:30 pm on my way home. Once again I never heard anything from Jason so I placed a call Monday night hoping he would answer (no luck) but didn't leave a message . Tuesday night I picked up a voicemail stating he (Jason) received a missed call from my number (didn't know it was me) requesting a call back. I called Jason letting him know that Wednesday was my only opportunity to have my RV repaired and requested a call early Wednesday. I just now (4:50pm) received a call and voicemail asking if I still need my furnace repair. I must say it has been some time since I had to deal with someone so unprofessional. Jason did an excellent job on my RV. I addressed the known issues I had and asked he go over my unit to let me know what he finds. He tended to equipment he normally doesn't address and returned it to working condition. The part that far exceeded my expectation was the time it took to fix everything. Where the big shops take weeks or months to address and fix it took Jason under a week. I was impressed and very satisfied with the turnaround time. Called Jason for a problem with the galley sink faucet in our Winnebago. After hearing the problem and asking me one question, he immediately told me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. Took me 30 seconds or so to fix it. I won't say what it was because I would appear really stupid. Wait, since I've already admitted stupidity, I'll spill. The washer/screen to the faucet/sprayer head had sand in it. Hope this saves Jason an incoming call with a simple problem on a busy/hot day. I had a Norcold 1200 refrigerator that a door fell off while traveling. I looked for a new door but came up empty. A new unit is $4000.00 not installed. I looked on Craigslist for a used unit and Jason had one. We went out to look at it and he said he had it because a customer wanted a home model. He also installed it for us. Today was the first time we fired up the new refrigerator and at the coldest setting the freezer went down to minus 5 degrees and the refrigerator went to 31 degrees. I called him out because my heater wasn't working. I was dreading having to get a new heater but he discovered that the heater was not broken . It just needed a new fuse.
