We were having an issue with our toilet while camping. We called CD Mobile RV and they were very professional over the phone. We told him our issue and let us know the charge to come out. He showed up about 10 mins before our appointment which was great. The sooner the better. He took a look at our toilet which was leaking through Trailer. He said we needed a new valve. And of course when someone tells you that you need a part, that fear starts to hit you because its, 3pm on a Sunday. Where do you get the part. Luckily he said he keeps his truck with some parts that are common repairs. So he had the part and fixed the toilet. Jason was very affordable and helped us out when we were in a pinch. They wife was happy and we were able to continue to our next campground in San Diego. High recommend Jason! read more

Can't say enough good things about CD Mobil RV. I have a brand new toyhauler and at 25 hours total use my generator decided to go on strike. Additionally my hot water heater went south. There were 8 of us at Vail Lake for the Ragnar race and without showers the smell was gonna be intense. I have one phone call and Jason helped me trouble shoot the issues right away. Ultimately when I couldn't figure it out he responded and not only fixed my coach but assisted me with issues related to my warranty that the dealer can handle free of charge. He also took the time to look at a similar RV parked next to us and was very reasonably priced. More importantly Jason was professional and honest. Being a new RV owner I had a problem with my refrigerator this company was referred to me by a neighbor and Jason came out right away to help me and looked at it and said it was user error. the door in my refrigerator was stuck on something so he showed me what it was and also showed me tge correct way to close the door. He was kind and courteous. I was not charged brcause of my unfamiliarity with my rv refrigerator. He told me that they are always here for us. I give them all 5 stars the promptness and honesty being the most important. other companies could not come out when I called. I had to wait a few days for them but Jason came out right away. Lost the awning on our 2007 Pathfinder coming down from Palm Springs. My insurance Company contacted Jason who showed up in a timely fashion, removed my existing awning. Finding that this was the second loss of this design. Jason researched the market and obtained approval from the Insurer to replaced the awning with an upgraded design. He made all appointments and commitments as promised. His attitude goes beyond simple R/R but to find a solution to your problem to prevent future failures. We called CD Mobile RV because they advertised their expertise in electrical issues and we thought we were having them when our interior RV lights kept burning out. As it turns out it was our fault for putting in the wrong light bulbs. They were so pleasant in how they took care of us that we ended up asking them to fix several other items. In under two weeks, they replaced our toilet, fixed an electric fan vent and helped us fix a problem with our satellite dish. They were very quick to respond and had parts ordered and installed in just a few days. We are very happy with the service they have provided us. read more

I have a brand new 2021 Jayco Alante RV and the refrigerator is no longer working. I have literally called a dozen places including the dealership and the manufacturer of which none of them were helpful in any way. They would give you the feeling that they just wanted you out of their hair. Luckily, I called CD mobile RV and they told me they did not work in my area but the owner stayed on the phone and gave me some information about what parts to order and that these parts should fix my problem as he had seen several of these new boards causing problems in six months or newer Jayco RVs. read more

So I was having my 5th wheel washed and waxed. During that time my Norcold refrigerator alarm went off. When I went to the manual it stated it was something I could not service myself I needed a professional. Its late Saturday afternoon and I search the web and come across Jason of CD Mobile RV I call him and explain what is going on, his question to me was did you just have your coach washed? We bought a used RV and after we got it home discovered that we could not control the shower temperature. Someone had worked on it and reinstalled the controller valve upside down. I'm no plumber and could not figure out how to take the shower controller apart. Called CD mobile RV because they have a great reputation with our co-op RV Park. Jason came out the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem like gangbusters. Because it was fast and simple he did not charge us for the service call, just the work itself. I recently moved into an RV park for a for a couple of month (or more) during remodel construction of our condo. The first night in I attempted to use my electric BBQ and discovered there was no power to the receptacle. I then discovered there was no power to any of the GFCI receptacles. The next day I spoke with the park office and they highly recommended CD Mobile RV Service. Bottom line, Jason came out. troubleshot the system and had it fixed and up and running within short order. 05' Monaco Class A Motor-Home: Called with an electrical issue that I have "not" been able to resolve. I have had an electrician out to fix with only $100 tab and no fix.... I have been calling around to schedule an appointment when I spoke with Jason on the phone @ CD Mobile RV. He knew right away what my issue was. He knew what brand of ice-maker was causing the problem and how I could fix it in 10 seconds.... AMAZING!!! I would be VERY confident recommending their service to others. We have a 2010 5th wheel that has been a lemon. It was purchased in Oregon which has no lemon law. Since bringing our rig to California CD mobile has completely rebuild our 5th wheel. Everything Jason has repaired in the past 2 years works perfectly. Their prices are reasonable. Service is prompt and very friendly. Jason Seldon is the most honest and sincere RV service guy we have ever used. We have used his services 4 or 5 times. He has been knowledgeable about every problem we have ever encountered. Jason is also extremely fair in his charges. Unlike other RV repairmen, if Jason is in the park when we call him, he will prorate his service charge...others charge a full service charge for every encounter in the park on that same day. CD mobile did not do any repairs but they saved me a lot of money. There was no propane in my tank but the lamps indicator said it was full. I had it for three years never used or filled it came from dealer empty. Filled it this weekend happy. My steps were not working when they attempted to solve the problem the steps started working without any parts being changed. They charged me nothing for the visit WOW! read more

Found this company kind of by accident... Needed a mobile repair person on a Sunday! Called and they answered...walked me through trouble shooting a refrigerator problem I had while using it in propane mode.... Although they could not come out until Monday he stayed on phone until I found problem!!!! Would highly recommend their service and would definitely call again if I have a need arise. read more
