This is a hidden gem! My husband's chicken fried chicken was fantastic. My steak was over done , but eggs, grits etc.. fantastic!

Love this place. The person who made the comment about the hair Salon sort of has a point. I could detect a hint of it. But it's really not a big deal. Finally another sit down breakfast/lunch place to eat at in Celina. So far we have been here for breakfast twice and lunch once and everything has been perfect. Food quality was very good and the service was great. The portions are good sized and you won't leave hungry. This cafe is our once a week family feel like home place. If our favorite table is open, we are given that table without asking. If I order a breakfast with a pancake or French toast, the servers will bring me sugar free syrup. And normally the owner will stop by the table to say hello. Shawna is our favorite server , she is always upbeat and smiling. I always take my 92 year old mother-in-law. This is her favorite place to eat. Shawna has helped mom walk out the car several times. We drove up from Dallas just on a whim and discovered this little gem. Food was amazing and so was the service.

We tried this cafe a few months ago and found the service great. I was not thrilled with my food, not their fault I ordered the wrong thing, but I didn't tell the waitress. They still took care of my issue when my husband told them. They have amazing biscuits. We tried the cafe again today and actually sat at the same table and had the same waitress. Again amazing service and I tried the bacon eggs Benedict today it was so good. I had to order my own biscuit and gravy. Moist favorable biscuits covered by tasty sausage gravy. Super yummy breakfast! I ordered the Veggie Hashbrown Skillet and it was super delish! Large portions at a decent price. Bring your own to-go container because you'll need it (just say no to styrofoam :) I was there for a meeting with 16 of us and the waiter handled our large group with ease. They have a meeting room so that's a plus. Parking might get a little tight during their super busy times, although I didn't have trouble this morning and there were plenty of us there. We love this place! We go nearly every weekend and sit in Shawna or Deza sections. These 2 ladies are amazing! Great customer service and they always check to make sure everything is right and if it is not they make it right. The owner is awesome and I love how she checks on every table. It is such a family atmosphere and everyone there is great and that is why we go there so often. Everyone in there knows how to treat people. Great job all! read more

Lunch meal of salad and beef tips was very good. Beef tips was the lunch special today. Came out fairly fast for lunch time. Tables were clean and re-set. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the floors are filthy. Serious remnants of breakfast crowd. Dirty floors was the first think you see when you walk in. Hopefully this was just an oversight. This place is amazing! This is our second time having brunch here and I didn't think it could get any better, then my daughter ordered the Oreo pancakes - they were fabulous!! It's an excellent value, especially if you have kids. You get so much food for the price! And everything comes hot and fresh and tastes delicious, including their coffee. They have the best breakfast burrito, French toast, bacon and hash browns ever! Also, the staff is soooo nice and they work so well together - everyone helps each other out to make sure drinks stay full and everyone has what they need. I can't recommend this place enough - my family LOVES it! Here's a pic of the oreo pancakes. It was huge and it came with bacon, hash browns, sausage and eggs! One of our favorite places to eat after church! We love to eat breakfast for lunch, so this is definitely a must if you are in the area!

Service is decent. Ordered corn beef hash and it honestly reminded me of dog food. I still ate most of it, tasted okay but was super mushy and not at all what I normally expect. Ordered eggs over easy and they were over cooked. Hash browns were awesome. Bacon was just "eh" and at $4 for 3 pieces I was a bit surprised. My meal for one cost me $21 total and that's why they lose two stars instead of just one for the bunk hash. I will not be back because if I pay that much for a breakfast it better be near perfect. Really not that picky of an eater and am very generous with reviews. Prices are WAY too high here, managers take not. An OJ is like $4 too. In total I ordered corn beef hash, hash browns, 2 eggs over easy, toast, bacon and a soda and it was $21. Felt like a highway robbery. I could get a steak dinner for that! P.S. the thumbs up in my photo was for a friend as I was happy to get food in my belly, it's related to food quality and is a pic I found on my phone after being there. We have been here a few times. It's nice to have breakfast close in Celina but they are way to expensive for what they serve. The orange juice is fresh but one 'large' is like $3. I got a bacon egg and cheese omelette and probably had maybe 5 'chunks' in the entire omelette which is like $9 or $11. It's eggs and bacon and cheese.. with hashbrowns, not a gourmet breakfast. At our most recent visit our family of 4 (2 kids under 5) cost over $50...FOR BREAKFAST! Food is ok but I'd rather go to another place for half the cost and get the same things. read more
