I can't believe we found this little gem of a place. The ambiance is lacking but the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it. We shared a serving of lasagne and Carbonara. The carbonara was the best I've had outside of my favorite Italian place in San Diego. We will definitely be back to sample more of what they have to offer. We have been by this place a few times, but never went in ThIs time we did. All I can say is HOLY SALTY. We shared a gyro and spanakopita. They were typical. Nothing special and did I mention they were totally salty. The gyro meat itself was good. The spanakopita was a bit thin. Generally when I have had this dish, it has many layers, so it is like 3" thick. They both came with potatoes. Mine had thin potatoes that were kind off limp, but I couuldnt get past all the salt. The wife's came with potato wedges. Again, toTally uninspired. Oh well. Next time I will just walk next door to the Lobster Lady. That place is consistently solid. read more

My wife and I used to come here regularly in 2016-2019 timeframe. Food, service, and ambiance was always good at that time. We had waited 30-60 minutes for a table many evenings. We had a bad experience with poor quality food a couple times and had stopped going to Ceno Grille for a few years. Since it had been quite awhile and we remember how good the food once was, we decided to give it another try tonight. Service was very good, there was no wait at all, but food was the worst we ever had there. Neither of us enjoyed our meal. My wife's spanakopita was terrible, the phyllo crust was hard, dry and and burnt, spinach filing was also dry and overpowered by too much mint. My eggplant moussaka was terrible, very little eggplant, a thick bottom layer of terribly over spiced meat, and a disappointingly dried-out béchamel on top. We've had both dishes in Greece and know how good they can be. Tonight's Greek dishes were both lousy. The potatoes served with both dishes were burnt to a crisp and very hard, they tasted like they were leftovers. Overall it was a disappointing evening. The server did not seem surprised when we did not finish much of the food and did not want to take any leftovers home. No one stopped by our table to ask us how the food was. Maybe the low quality food explains why there was no longer any wait on a Friday evening. Sadly, we won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Definitely one of the best restaurants we have been to while visiting Cape Coral! Small seating and can get pretty loud when it's busy but the food is worth it. You can watch the chefs cook the meal and see that everything is truly made to order and not frozen from a bag. The owner (or manager?) was very nice and attentive to the restaurant and staff. Overall decently price, big portions, and a wide variety of items and specials. Will definitely be returning if we ever vacation there again!! read more

Nicely decorated with greek and italian decor. Server was friendly. We ordered the fried calamari app. It was nicely breaded and tasted good. Only complaint is it could have been cooked a minute or 2 longer. I ordered the baked ziti and a side of meatballs. Sauce was good, simple, Pasta cooked perfectly al dente. Our first time at Cino Grill. My husband had a huge prime rib and I had salmon with lemon sauce. We enjoyed our meals thoroughly. Originally we were going to Lobster Lady. But there was only two of us and they don't take reservations for a small party. So rather than hang out in the heat or inside with the loud noise I quickly checked Ceno's menu on my cell phone. We walked in and were seated immediately. It was quiet compared to Lobster Lady. Not that I have anything bad to say about Lobster Lady. I just won't go there in the evenings anymore. Went here with a friend a few months ago. She got the special, which was a steak, and she loved it. I got the chicken parm dinner, which is a weakness of mine. It was amazing, and huge! Had to take most of it home. The bread they serve before dinner is very good as well. It's a small place so make sure you go off season or at an unusual time. This strip mall has lots of good restaurants and the best ice cream place in the Cape, so it's a popular place to be. read more

My dish was burnt, potatos burnt and just tasted nasty. I have been to 3 others greek type eateries in the area so I know spanakopita. I was charged $15 bucks. A high price. I told my waitress. The manager, came by and offered me a gyro. I did not want to wait for the spanakopita again. Though I took the gyro, I am not a gyro fan... This one was just ok. I have had much better from a street vendor. My treatment was fine. Though they could have reduced my bill. My advice pass on the greek food try other stuff. read more

Food was top quality and pefrectly prepared. The "fine dining" segmentation might be a little misleading. Table service. and very well prepared wait staff, but not tablecloth and candles. This is excellent food in a small restaurant with a bar along one wall. Not pub fare, great iItalian & Greek dishes. Fried calimari was some of the plumpest, well seasoned I have eaten. Have dined here many times with great satisfaction. Although on my most recent visit, I noticed that although the pricing hasn't changed, the portions have diminished. I always order a bowl of pasta fagioli and grilled calamari. I have to say, these items usually fill me up, but I need to order some mussels (which were very good) to make that happen. read more

We have frequented Cino's every week (sometimes more) while living in the Cape and I would give ten stars for not only the food but the staff. We have NEVER a had a bad meal no matter what we have ordered. Always hot and always delicious. Actually, it's way more food than one person can eat so the leftovers are always great! Unfortunately, we were witness to "Bill R" tonight who said he was going to put a bad review in. He was a rude, obnoxious patron with the college aged server who is always so lovely. Even if he did get seated behind someone else it's an honest mistake at how busy it always is and God forbid you had to wait 5 minutes. To make such a scene was disgraceful. As to the manager being a racist you couldn't find a more competent one and she hasn't a racist bone in her body. To leave a penny tip and write horrible notes on the receipt tells you the creep you are. None of that was warranted! So do you have children Bill? Would you want someone speaking to your family like that? I think not. Shame on you. What an embarrassment. Ten stars to Cino's great food and staff and I'm sorry you had to endure that. read more
