She is professional, excellent listener, really aims to understand her patients as people, kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient and never rushes the visits... She makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I feel heard and seen... She is AMAZING! I've seen many Dr's. and it's very rare to have someone have all these great qualities like Dr. Belleza does. My first visit I went right @ 2:00 there was 3 ppl outside waiting in line for them to open. My second visit I went about 6 I was out of there by 6:45 maybe 7:00 not sure. The nurse and doctor was very friendly & patient with my toddler as she was scary lol and not wanting to be touched. I've been complaining to two diff doctors I believe I had a sinus infection and they did nothing! I came in seen this doctor she checked me noticed my ears needed to be cleaned, the nurse flushed my ears out and treated me to the sinus infection I've been on antibiotics and feeling better! I am writing on behalf of my Mom, the patient (admitted)3/26-3/30/26), and myself. It was a very scary time for us. My Mom suffers from mild dementia, and luckily, she has not been hospitalized for years. The staff was so kind, professional, warm, and caring that, although it was still scary for her, she felt she was in good hands and felt safe. She met her soul mate in Marlette. That woman went above and beyond to make my mom feel special and cared for. They had a common interest in fashion, and Marlette made sure she connected on such a personal level that my Mom felt she had made a great friend. I felt that way too. Marlette could be very warm and caring and still very professional, a rare skill that is not always demonstrated. For her, I think it comes naturally; it's a true gift. The nurses, Sarv, Lily, Christine, Jill, and I am sure I am forgetting some names, were very good, caring, and professional. The gentleman Daniel, who delivered her food, always had a smile and kind words to say. I do realize these are people's jobs, and it can be easy to get wrapped up in the stress and occasional negativity that often goes with high-stress situations. Your people took the time and energy to treat a scared, confused, elderly woman with deep kindness and respect. Taking the time to learn about her interests and offer words of encouragement. These actions will not be forgotten, and we as a family are very appreciative.

They are rude and condeswnding. They flat out lie to your face, even when presented with evidence. They will say your referral is pending while it turns out they never sent it to your insurance for approval. Each time I have waited almost two weeks for some person just to send a referral to my insurance for approval. Due to the delays from the referral I went septic...twice! The doctors I see are great and I can't even begin to say how much I love my doctor, but dealing with the back office people is nightmare inducing and god forbid you have to talk with any operator. You will be in phone tree hell.

During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.
