Glory right here. Lost my wallet here this morning and the woman worked hard trying to find my phone number after seeing my drivers license. I have been coming here for a long time and I'm very excited they hooked me up. They have some of the best bagels around and they make a killa marinated steak sandwich. Big props to killa_bs_gourmet_sauces as well for some of the best hot sauces ever made.

Best freshest bagels here . Egg bialys and Italian bagels. Very different assortment of bagels. People behind the counter are awesome. Highly recommend this bagel /deli. No reason to go elsewhere, if you live in the area. This place is a home run. A++++++

I came to "Central Avenue" because a few friends recommended it. They said the food is excellent. On of them recommend a few places that turned out great, so this place would definitely be on my list. So on this rainy Saturday, I made my way there. The building outside looked amazing! I love the brick work. Going inside is equally as beautiful. It's definitely a modern looking deli, with a lot going on. I guess that makes sense why the staff didn't talk much. They really worked and that was it. It was definitely busy. I got a Hungry Man on a roll and they made it pretty quickly. Once again there's a ten dollar limit, but it was nice, the guy let me slide just this once. I took my meal and my appetite outside and began to eat. As expected my friend was right. The food was delicious. It's impossible in my opinion to mess up a breakfast sandwich and if you do, your deli won't last long. But the sausage was flavorful and they used plenty of bacon. Even the amount of cheese they used was perfect (did I ever mention I love CHEESE). So I will definitely be going again. There's two more items on the menu I have to try. I just have to remember to bring cash, I don't think he'll let me slide next time.

We did a complimentary tasting with Pedro to decide what flavors would best represent us in cake form and it was such a cute experience. We decided on a quilted 4 tier cake with white buttercream filled with vanilla mousse and dulce de leche. The flavors were absolutely perfect and the cake was so visually appealing. I'm drooling just thinking about it lol. Thank you for creating such an unforgettably delicious and truly beautiful cake for our winter wonderland wedding!

When we arrived, we noticed flies inside the bakery, as well as a spill on the floor. We were then asked to sit directly in front of the area where the spill was located, which was uncomfortable given the circumstances. In addition, our interaction with a staff mmbr felt very rushed. She spoke extremely quickly, and the presentation came across as somewhat rehearsed and impersonal. We understand that she may have been trying to efficiently walk us through the process, but we were hoping for more of a personal consultation and a genuine sense of care and enthusiasm for such an important part of the wedding. The place needs an all around makeover. Btw, The cake was plain and the frosting was nothing to brag about.

Couple of weeks ago after having a nightmare and many mini meltdowns because someone who said they can do the kind of cake I wanted for my 50th Birthday as a gift & then last minute told me they overestimated their talent and couldn't do it. Mon to the rescue....with a week left she not only remembered my husband's cake but had experience doing geode cakes. She was very helpful in giving her input on what filling would hold up and taste best and again the cake was beautiful. As new customers who recently moved to the area, we shopped at ShopRite in Bethpage twice, and…read moreunfortunately, both visits left us disappointed with the checkout experience. During our first visit on a Monday afternoon, the store was fairly busy. When we reached the checkout, the cashier offered no greeting, no communication, and rushed our order through the register. What surprised us most was that there was no assistance with bagging our groceries. Having worked in the supermarket industry myself, I found the lack of customer service and basic courtesy disappointing. We left the store confused about whether customers are expected to bag all of their own groceries, as no one explained the process. Because of that first experience, we assumed this was store policy and were prepared to bag everything ourselves during our second visit. This time, the cashier was somewhat friendlier and at least greeted us, but the checkout process felt very rushed. We had 43 items and were actively bagging our groceries while my wife completed payment. Before we had finished organizing and bagging our purchase, another customer was directed to the checkout lane behind us and began moving our items aside to make room. The customer appeared frustrated, and the situation made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Once again, there was no assistance from the cashier and no explanation of how customers are expected to manage bagging while the next order is already being processed. What made the experience even more frustrating was observing several employees elsewhere in the store appearing to have free time while customers at the front end were struggling to keep up with the checkout process. If the store's policy is for customers to bag their own groceries, that should be clearly communicated. If it is not the policy, then additional assistance at checkout would greatly improve the customer experience. We understand that retail is challenging and that stores must operate efficiently. However, customer service, communication, and courtesy still matter. Based on our first two visits, the checkout experience felt impersonal, rushed, and unnecessarily stressful. We hope management will review the front-end operation and consider ways to make the checkout process more welcoming and customer-friendly for both new and returning customers.
