This review is of their catering. I was throwing a party. And wanted to get some food to supplement what we were making. I went a few days before to put in the order. I was afraid of doing it on the phone, due to potential language barriers (I don't speak Vietnamese) but it turned out fine. I probably could've ordered on the phone. I got a bunch of spring rolls (some shrimp and some just pork), fried rice, chow mein, and banh cuon (ground pork rolls). I put down a deposit - no requirements on how much and then you pay the rest when you pick up. Don't forget it's CASH ONLY. Fast forward to the day of the event. I left the house without my receipt / order slip and had to turn around and grab it. Not sure they would've been able to confirm my order without it. So I arrived a bit after my scheduled pick up time. It's ok because I had to wait to get a parking space in the small lot. Luckily it was right in front. So the loading was easy peasy and one of the guys inside helped me bring it out to my car. And I was on my way. I think everyone enjoyed the food as they all asked me where I got it. I also tried it all and it was all delicious. I really liked the ground pork rolls - it's served with fish sauce. The fried rice and chow mein were fine. Both have seafood and meat. And the spring rolls were a hit, the shrimp more so than the pork so I only regret not getting more shrimp than pork. Though they were served with a hoisan based sauce. I prefer a shrimp paste or fish sauce based dipping sauces. Also they have another similarly named business under yelp with the same address so that's a little confusing. read more

My place to go to for uncooked fish paste. I normally buy the raw ones and pan fried it at home. You can buy the pre-fried fish cake but it will be thick and not sure how often they change the oil. Their pandan sweet rice is decent. The egg rolls used to be very good but lately the quality isn't the same. They cater party trays as well. read more

This is my go to place for party trays for any occasion. I always get compliments on the food when I order from here and I didnt even have to spend hours in the kicthen cooking. The food in general is pretty good. I love their fried shrimp and soi goc. Always crispy and shrimp is fresh. Not smelly like other places. The lotus flower salad & Soi Goc is homemade. The egg rolls are great. I love the filling in these eggrolls. Its not as crispy and crunchy as I would like, but definitely worth a try. read more

I called ahead to preorder a tray of 40 egg rolls and a large tray of fried rice for my husband's party. The person on the phone was really nice, gave me the total, and let me know it was cash only. The food was all ready when we got there. The egg rolls were gone within the hour, and I'm glad I grabbed one right when I got in the car. Came here on a recommendation from a fellow friend with regards to delicious egg rolls. Seems that this place is mostly known for them from reading other reviews as well. I also managed to try out their spring rolls. The verdict? Well, it won't ever beat the egg rolls I grew up with at home with my mom and her awesome recipe... but lmfao... it's good. Yup, better than King Eggroll in my book. Prices are good, egg rolls are good.. and the spring rolls were... ok. Nothing too exciting about the spring rolls for me. Just simple, fresh, and good. The sauce they give you is different from what I'm used to. Doesn't look like the peanut sauce I'm used to, but it does have a peanut flavor to it.. dunno.. I had a baby shower yesterday and as a first time customer I trusted the yelp reviews And ordered 60 egg rolls and a large platter of fried shrimp (recommended by them). Everyone loved the food and kept asking where I got it from! By the end of the night, all the food was long gone. Communication was superb and easy to order over phone. I appreciate that they're prompt in their delivery time. Just realized I haven't given this place a review! They have the best egg rolls here!! I only go here if I want to order egg rolls for a party. It's the best! It's filled with meat and has the perfect crunch to it. It's so good, I can tell when the eggroll is from LP because no other place that I've tried makes it this good. It's already good by itself, but you can also dip it with the sweet fish sauce. So yummy! I recommend ordering a tray of egg rolls for your next potluck event. It seems like I always crave vietnamese style egg rolls..and I am on the quest to find my favorites. I'd have to say this is just okay to me. The wrapper is like the Chinese kind, not the fried spring roll wrapper I prefer. It was overloaded with carrots, creating a sweeter taste and different texture. The meat was ground meat in bits.. I did try the fish cake because a few raved about it. I think I just dont like fish cake..it was a firm texture than imagined and a bit fishy with I'm sure a punch of fish sauce in it as well. Love this place! Their egg rolls are to die for! I can literally finish 5 egg rolls in 7 minutes. They're crispy, tasty, and perfectly cooked to any palette. No sauce needed but there are sweet and sour or fish sauce available. Request for them hot and it tastes even better. The owners are super cool, always converse with customers and are super accommodating. The workers there are nice as well. Order their fried shrimps trays for potlucks and parties. The thing that I like most about this place is that they have really really good spring and egg rolls. I would drive half an hour just when I need a fix. They are so good and reasonably priced. I have gone here for years and I must say, their success comes from their egg rolls as well as the fish paste. People continues to come here for that and some..... They cater to parties which they are known for. I always ordered their spring rolls, fried noodles and their pink-like sweet rice entrees whenever I have parties. I was on the hunt of the ever elusive shrimp egg roll that I had in one of my friend's parties. The host said that the shrimp egg roll can be bought frozen in a Vietnamese shop that he can't pronounce the name in Tully Rd (My 1st clue) which is also a sandwich place (2nd clue), near a gasoline station (3rd clue). Those egg rolls are the bomb. Seriously blew up my taste buds...if I have no regard for decency and good character , I would have snatched all of it and taken it home that day. That is why I did what most sane foodies did; started my research in yelp and tried this place with the hopes that I found the one....but sadly it wasnt. (single tear....) Anyhoo the place is just a to go place. No table and chairs to lounge and eat the grub of choice. They have dry goods and the frozen egg rolls were $.65 cents a piece (super cheap). They only had 2 fried ones and was told that if we could wait for about 10 minutes they can make more egg rolls but if we ordered more than 10. We bought 20 cold ones. Total expenses: $13 buckaroos. Not too shabby. I asked the big dude by the counter if they have shrimp egg rolls, he said no but they do add shrimp in their egg rolls...Oh, and they do have party trays. Lotus salad seems a good choice next time...oh well.. Taste wise it is good, sweet and seasoned well. I think they combine fish with the meat as I was trying to decipher why its different from the other egg rolls I had. Like others have said, the fish patty is delicious. I did not get the fish patty sandwich but did order it on the side. I had the grilled pork Vietnamese sandwich which came with every typical Viet sandwich ingredient you would find. The staff is very nice and I cannot believe the prices which knocked my socks off. Literally, you can't spend more than five bucks here for snacks, a sandwich and a drink together. I love their egg rolls because they have much more meat than King Egg Roll. Very tasty sandwiches and appetizers. The fish patty takes the cake with it being a mish mash of flavor and cooked to a perfect golden brown color. When sliced and put into sandwiches, it would be amazing combined with the pickled vegetables. I will come back to experience the fish patty sandwich and update some more. read more

Pretty good vietnamese deli with lots to-go foods and desserts. This small space has tons of food packed in it and can be a little intimidating if you're not familiar with vietnamese food. I got an order of banh cuon and ban beo that was already premade. It came out to 11 dollars total. The food was really good after you heat it up. The banh cuon doesn't have too much meat but the noodles were soft and the crispy garlic added some great texture. Will definitely come here again to try their desserts and sandwiches. read more
