I stopped by here with my nieces because we were craving Boba. I was pleasantly surprised that the inside smelled and like a boba/tea house! They had a pretty extensive menu, but the prices were really reasonable. The feedback I got from my nieces on the milk tea and the mango green tea were pretty good. They ran them 4 out of 5! I got the sea foam Jasmine green tea for myself. I got it with half sugar, and was pleasantly surprised that it was not sweet. Most spots make their drinks overly sweet. Service was great. The spot was real cute and simple. if I had any feedback, the location is a little challenging. When you exit, getting back on the 10 is a little tough. Overall, great experience, great prices, and great drinks! Would highly recommend folks to go again!

Never have been here, but after today, I will be back again! I love going to boba cafes and getting a sweet drink to end the day, and we happened to be in the area (after a trip to Morongo)... Richard, our cashier is wonderful! All of us, party of 4, all enjoyed our drinks! Chaca Tea Bar is kept away in a smaller plaza, but it's not to disappoint. The service was above and beyond, it was just him making the drinks and were all out under 5 minutes of us ordering. It's not just the prices, the quality and service impressed me as well! Happy to find a spot to come back to. :)

I come here at least once a week! Staff are always very sweet and have great suggestions. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to everywhere else. Plus they have punch cards. My 32 oz coffee usually costs me $5.50 with tax! Parking lot is always sketchy but that's just Banning. Seating inside available and very clean. My personal favorites are the Iced Caramel Coffee add Sea Salt Cream, and the Green Tea Monday Specials ($1.50!) add lychee.

Tried the iced passion fruit & peach green tea recently and it was a pretty refreshing pick, especially on a hot summer day. The flavor combo is super summery - light, fruity, and easy to sip on. I went with 50% sweetness, which made it a little on the bland side. Not bad, just felt like it needed a bit more oomph. Next time I'd go for 75% sweet - I feel like that'd hit the sweet spot. I added lychee jelly, and it was a nice touch - chewy with a good bounce, not too soft or rubbery. Overall, a solid texture that worked well with the drink. The shop itself was clean and had a chill vibe. AC was cranked just right, which was perfect because it was blazing hot outside. Definitely a good spot to cool off and hang out for a bit. Would order it again - with more sweetness next time.

We visited this spot as my family and I were on a bubble tea hunt to satisfy a craving while on vacation in Palm Springs. We thought this spot would be better than the Share Tea chain, which was our other nearby option. We arrived and had ease in finding parking, thanks to their big lot with free spots. We noticed that they had a giant "grand opening" sign which led us to believe this spot opened up within the last couple months. The place is small, but cozy. Service was very friendly and they answered questions accordingly as well as being helpful with the menu. We ended up ordering three beverages: 1. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, zero sugar 2. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, 25% sugar 3. 32 FL oz mango green tea with lychee jelly, 25% sugar There's were literally massive! This place definitely did not seem Asian-owned and the flavor profiles reflected that. We were happy that our beverages weren't overly sweet but they lacked the authentic bubble tea flavor - tasted like tea with milk/creamer and even the mango green tea lacked flavor. The best part was the lychee jelly. Unfortunately, not a spot I would recommend in terms of food products. But overall, a clean and friendly shop. It was also very inexpensive at $17.xx for all three drinks.

My 7 year old wanted to try boba for the first time. Local spot didn't disappoint and the gentleman helping us was not only speedy but offered recommendations based on flavors my son likes! This round was a strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. Under $5 for a good size cuppa! We will be back.

This evening, I visited the store where three employees were working -one female and two males. I ordered a total of 7 drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was the halo halo for the first time and politely asked if it could be remade to have a taro flavor, as the drink tasted primarily like plain milk with toppings. Unfortunately, there was no taro flavor at all, which is not what I expected. A traditional halo halo should have a noticeable coconut and/or taro taste. As you can see in the photo my drink is white like snow. There is no purple hue, don't get this drink unless you like a snowy milk drink. One of the male employees stated that it was against store policy to remake drinks. When I expressed my concern, he told the other two employees to handle the situation in front of me, instead of addressing it himself. The female employee did not respond, and the other male reiterated that he could not remake the drink due to store policy. He stated halo halo has one scoop of taro powder and they cannot add another scoop of powder. When I asked if the store would not correct a drink that a customer disliked, I was again told it was against policy. I believe that when a customer is dissatisfied with a product, especially when it does not match its description, it is reasonable to expect the issue to be addressed. This was the worst customer service experience I have had, the employees were rude and because of it, I will not be ordering from this location again. I believe that good customer service includes helping customers feel satisfied with their order when possible. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the location can improve its customer service in the future.

The Christmas decor was cute and they have lots of seating and board games to kill time. It's in a business plaza that's not too busy since the donut shop was already out of donuts and closed at the time. Parking should not be a problem. My friend got their horchata milk tea I believe and it just tasted like a standard horchata, not much of a tea taste to it. Not bad, but even with the 75% sweetness adjustment, it was pretty sweet. More so than most regular horchata. Seeing that most of the menu were standard items that can be get at any boba place, I opted to try something off of their seasonal holiday menu. I ended up getting the Peppermint Cheesecake Hot Chocolate with no whipped cream. Once again pretty sweet, but not as much as my friend's drink. I couldn't taste any hint of the cheesecake and it just tasted like a regular peppermint hot chocolate. Overall just okay, not a place I'd make a trip all the way out here for, but if your options are limited, boba's still boba!

Our favorite was the hojicha sesame latte as it had a fragrant tea flavor and it didn't just taste like milk and cream. The boba texture was also one of the best I've had. The Assam milk tea on the other hand, wasn't exactly my favorite since it tasted mainly like milk and cream. I couldn't really taste the tea flavor in it but the boba texture was good. Service was excellent! The cashier was kind. We received our orders quickly. There were some games on the table to play while we waited. Not much seating inside the store. Plenty of parking out in front in a shared lot with other businesses. Would come back for their hojicha sesame latte!

I wouldn't say it's the most traditional (granted, it doesn't claim to be), but overall, it was decent. The Combo Fried Rice and Sticky Ribs took center stage, followed by the Poke Nachos. Sticky BBQ pork rib - it's really a Thai dish but excellently executed, grilled over charcoal and brushed with tangy honey bbq sauce, it's fall-off-the-bone tender and a must-get appetizer/bar bite. Shrimp fried rice - one of the best versions I've had, and that includes Din Tai Fung. It's packed with jumbo prawns and the fried rice was wokked to perfection, so full of umami and flavor. Service was also exceptionally courteous, made me feel like a VIP, even though I was sitting at the bar.
