Went to Westfield Century City and I wanted iced coffee I wanted to try a place that I have never been to before. Lo and behold, Chamberlain Coffee was the first thing I saw when I went upstairs. I normally see Chamberlain coffee beans at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods so it's cool to see that there are actually coffee shops! (And yes, I am late to the game because I just found out five minutes ago that an influencer/business woman/podcaster/model is who owns this business and franchise.) Chamberlain Coffee is a stand-alone tiny shop/kiosk that is modern and sleek and only big enough for a few people to stand inside to order. There are no seating inside but tons located outside since the food court is close by. I am probably the worse at giving you a full review because I looked up and IMMEDIATELY zoned in on the banana latte. I am in my banana latte era! Ordered it from one of the three workers and got my well-crafted drink in less than 7 minutes. My banana latte made with whole milk was DELICIOUS! It is sweet but not synthetically sweet. I can taste the banana syrup, tasting homemade, and the coffee is strong enough shine through. It is not diluted with milk or masked with sugar. This is a well made coffee. The large, with tax, is going to cost $10. This drink edged up to be one of the best banana latte I have had as of yet so $10 for the large is worth it.
After eating at the Westfield Cenutry City Mall food court, we needed dessert. I know we never stop on our food adventures unless it's time to go home. But before the dessert, my eldest daughter wanted coffee. We saw Chamberlain Coffee and here we are. It is a very tiny clean coffee shop in its own standalone space. You basically walk in and walk out in a matter of several steps. It's that tiny. We entered through one end of the shop and exited the other end. Limited outdoor patio seating with covers. Menu was small with selections of coffee, lattes, teas, baked goods, etc. Lady staff who took our order was cordial. One cup of hot latte with caramel was what we got. Price was fair. Service was very quick. We were in and out of here in less than 8 minutes. Believe or not, there was a huge line in front of us and a huge line behind us. As for the taste, it didn't have the umph that a good coffee should have. The coffee art was not even attempted IMHO. Check out photo. I can't give them too much props. Next time we should get their best seller drink. Thanks Chamberlain Coffee!
I've heard about this place from Emma Chamberlains social media but never had a chance to try it until recently. The salted pistachio matcha was pretty good, kind of sweet, but not in a bad way. There aren't many people working which makes sense cause it's a small place so it can move a little slow but it's overall a cute place for a little mall bev.
We were visiting the area and had heard great things about this place, so we were excited to try it out. We ordered two banana matchas, one with regular milk and one with oat milk. The shop is small, so we were waiting outside, when our drinks came out, there was nothing labeling which was which. So my boyfriend asked the barista with the colored/pink hair, and she condescendingly told him, "You can just check the ticket." The ticket only showed that we ordered one of each drink, it didn't tell us which drink was which. I went back and asked her myself and received the same attitude and condescending tone. She asked to see the receipt, which we were more than happy to show her. After looking at it, she seemed unsure herself and pointed to a spot on the table, saying the drink that had been there was the oat milk one. We had no idea which drink had been sitting there. Thankfully, the person who took our order was able to clarify. We found the banana matcha to be too sweet, and the dismissive customer service made the experience even more disappointing. We were simply asking a basic question and I understand the shop gets busy, but that's not an excuse for rude service. We were excited to try this place, so I hope this is addressed so other customers don't have a similar experience.

This morning (Saturday, June 20th), I stopped by Chamberlain Coffee and ordered the Glow Matcha Latte. I actually decided to visit after seeing a review from one of my Yelp friends mentioning that ordering this drink gets you a free lip gloss and sheet mask from Olive Young. I asked the cashier about it, and she confirmed it was true, so I decided to give it a try! The latte was delicious and not too sweet, which I liked. The only downside was that I couldn't get it decaf since it's matcha, and they didn't offer non-fat milk either. However, the cashier was friendly. She asked what kind of milk I preferred and brought up the Olive Young promo, asking if I was going to wait in line. When I told them I wasn't sure yet, she gave me a good tip: she said if I didn't want to wait, I could just show the green Olive Young card to the security guard to get the goodie bag. I was thankful for the advice! Interestingly enough, when I actually went to Olive Young, the security guard just told me to ask about the front desk. Despite that little mix-up, the cashier was very sweet and the matcha latte was good so I'm satisfied overall. I just really wish they had a decaf option! cf) One other disappointing thing was that the Asian woman who had been very unfriendly during my previous visit was still working there making coffee. She was the same employee who, without even asking me, sprinkled cinnamon powder all over my coffee at that time.
Stopped by for Chamberlain coffee's collab with Olive Young, which just opened in the Century City mall! If you purchase their limited edition glow matcha (at a hefty $9.8) you can get a free goodie bag (with a face mask and lip gloss) at Olive Young! The collab is going on until June 22nd. The glow matcha latte is a matcha latte with dragon fruit syrup and topped with a dragon fruit cream top. I got mine half sweet and the sweetness level was perfect. It honestly tasted a bit more like strawberry but overall was a solid latte. Service was super friendly too. Definitely a fun drink to try while it lasts!
This place has been quite a few different coffee/beverage places, but I was excited to try the new Chamberlain due to the fact they had a peanut butter mocha according to the photos here on yelp. Sadly, that drink was just a special but they do have 'peanut butter mocha latte' (basically a variation minus the chocolate ganache) which I decided to try in a regular size. The girl working the register was newer so she didn't know anything about the previous drink but I was willing to chance it. Also went with a chocolate croissant since it was there. Drink wasn't too bad; got it iced but it could have been prepared hot (minus the cloud). They use chunky ice cubes which take up a lot of space but I was able to enjoy what I had. Croissant was also good. The space is basically a glorified kiosk, but there is plenty of outdoor seating right around it. I've cut my coffee habit down significantly however I wouldn't mind dropping by again to see what they had to offer. Peanut butter in a drink could go either way and I have to say they got it right-
I'm impressed with this coffee. It has a really good flavor. I'm genuinely satisfied. Sometimes coffee can have a strange bitter taste, but this is perfect. It definitely passes the taste test. I also like that there are a variety of unique syrups and cream tops. The syrup is subtle and high quality; no "fake" taste. The cashier that rung me up was really nice too. I definitely recommend.
There are quite a few coffee choices in the mall but I kept walking around, both downstairs and upstairs, until I settled on Chamberlain Coffee, which was upstairs and I had not heard about it before. In addition to a short, straightforward menu, they also have seasonal offerings posted on a temporary board. I was intrigued by the pickle matcha but tried the orange latte instead. The barista was singlehandedly taking orders and making coffee but was still very friendly and asked me how my morning was going. It turns out that people called in sick which is why she was alone on a Saturday morning. There is no seating inside but there is umbrella-covered seating outside but I took my coffee with me as I strolled the mall. The interaction was so pleasant that I would want to come back and try their other flavors.
4/5 - Trendy coffee spot with strong brews Stopped by Chamberlain Coffee while shopping at the mall and it was a solid coffee break! Vibe: Super cute and aesthetic--very on-brand and Instagram-worthy. It's not a huge space, but there are a few tables if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Price range: Expect about $5-$8 per drink, which is pretty typical for specialty coffee in this area. Location & parking: Located inside Westfield Century City, so parking is just mall parking (easy but can get busy depending on the time). Final thoughts: Great spot if you're already at the mall and want a quality coffee with a fun vibe. Not a huge sit-down café, but perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Would definitely come back to try more!!
The staff was very nice and they worked quickly. The line looked long but it was only a 5-10 minute wait. There is some outdoor seating and dog friendly. Unfortunately, my pickle matcha didn't fully commit to the name. The matcha was too weak and the pickle was closer to lemonade than pickle. I really liked the ingenuity but they should've doubled down and gone hard. Instead of a matcha pickle abomination, I got green lemonade. Otherwise, it's another coffee shop at the mall.
Came in the afternoon and there was no line. The staff who took my order were very kind and friendly! She took her time to talk to me and make me feel welcomed. I ordered two drinks: a Matcha Latte with Foam on top and the Butterfly Pea Matcha. I had different opinions on the drinks. For the Matcha Latte I would give that a 4/5. Good flavor but not the best I've had! For the Butterfly Pea Matcha, I would give that a 3/5. The butterfly pea flavor was undetectable which was saddening. I was excited to try this place because I've been waiting a while for hype to die all the way down. Overall this place is pretty pricey for a very small drink which sucks. For this reason I don't think I would be going back. Nice place to try though.

One thing I have to point out is that the uniforms staff wear look so dirty as I observed a few employees, and the coffee stains look gross. I came here with my friends and honestly, I was so excited because I love emma!! My friend got the salted pistachio matcha & I got the blue matcha. The second photo added is how the blue matcha looks once it's mixed. After you shake it, the blue matcha tastes like fruity pebbles!! I'm not sure what makes it blue but I loved it.. not sure if it's worth almost $9 though. The device was quick and the person on register said she was a new employee but still, she helped me pick out a drink I would enjoy! This location is in an outdoor mall on the second floor. Century city is a place where I run into to many people. It's nice to go into chamberlain coffee and order a little something you know... I love their little return policy, it's amazing I got a sugary blue matcha latte (way to sweet) and was able to return it which I am very thankful for (I shouldn't be it was $8 for a matcha latte but Starbucks is $7.50 so this place gets 5 stars). I bought their matcha for $32 and have been making matcha lattes at home with it and it tastes as good as some matcha I got in Korea. (Very high quality). It's definitely expensive for what it is... I spent like 50 dollars at a coffee shop buying a little bit of matcha powder and two drinks (both for myself in the span of 4 hours) but you get what you pay for. I believe that such a low rating is because of the haters. I went to Chamberlain's Coffee 3 times during our 1week visit to LA and it was great every time. Tried the classic iced latte, matcha, and salted pistachio matcha latte. The coffee was really good to my taste. The pistachio matcha latte tasted like a milkshake in a good way, but I would personally add more matcha - it was pretty light. Pastries were not the freshest, maybe because we were coming after 3 pm. I was really surprised there were no lines like I expected. The wait time was never over 10 minutes. And I love the location. My verdict: 4/5 read more

Had to try Emma Chamberlain's coffee shop and it was super cute! We waited in line for about 10 minutes, which gave us plenty of time to check out the menu. It's a small spot but definitely has that aesthetic vibe going on. I got the strawberry matcha--it was solid, I'd get it again. I usually like when there's real strawberry pieces or puree, but the syrup still worked! My boyfriend got the cold brew and it for sure woke him up--like, instantly haha. The pastries looked delicious too! They had coffee cake, matcha donuts, strawberry croissants, and a bunch more. Definitely check it out! read more

Went to Westfield Century City to exchange my Adidas shoes. Finish my exchange. It was a cold day in Los Angeles and the mall is outdoor. So I needed something to warm me up and what better way a matcha pistachio latte. The line was a bit long and did i mention it was cold. Lol Anyways got in line and was greeted with a smile. Place my order. Informed them no sugar added. Got my order within 4mins. Took a sip of my drink. As a matcha lover, it was a disappointment . I don't know if it was whisk properly but I didn't enjoy my drink. The color was there but I think it's the kind of matcha they are using. I gave them a 4 star for the customer service. I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I was hesitating to try after reading the reviews but I went ahead and gave it a try. And let me tell you they serve really good coffee. The cold brew I got was so delicious. And my mom said it's probably the best cortado she ever had. When we stopped by after shopping at the mall it was around 3 pm and there was a long line out the door. It moved fast and the cashier was so friendly and patient with everyone. A few people worked nonstop to fill everyone's orders in a timely manner. Great team work. They have a few tables outside if you want to take a break while shopping. One of the better matcha places I've had in LA! Most other places make you pay LA prices for either low quality matcha or the drink is just mostly milk, but these were just the opposite. I got the blue matcha latte with almond milk, it was so matcha-rich and delicious, my only complaint would be that it was difficult to mix in the butterfly pea syrup at the bottom since the straws were a little short(maybe the syrup would be better on top?). My friend got the salted pistachio matcha latte with whole milk, I think this drink had more of an acquired taste, first sip was extremely salty, and I think the foam on top made the drink feel very creamy/fatty? Service was fine, our cashier was a little soft-spoken so it was kind of hard to hear her since the space is so small with a bunch of people inside, but she was welcoming and answered all our questions. Overall, I would go back for their matcha, and I'm excited to go back to try their coffee! Was able to try one of their drinks which is the matcha pistachio, and it was great! Taste is unique, the blend and sweetness is just right. The only thing I didn't like is the long line of peeps. I guess long line is good because that means people will really wait in line to get a hold of one of their drinks. Staff are friendly and nice. Service was quick too so that long line goes away fast. Oof, my experience at Chamberlain Coffee fell quite short upon visiting the influencer's newest coffee stand at the Century City Mall. I did know what to expect from the long line of supporters visiting her and knew to be patient, but upon viewing how the drinks were made, the taste, and quality of the drinks, this was definitely a first- and last-time experience. Overall wait: 2 hours (Saturday) Drinks Ordered: Emma's Way (added hazelnut), Peanut Butter Mocha, Blue Matcha & Salted Pistachio Matcha Emma's Way (4/5): Surprisingly my favorite out of all the coffees, but it needed an additional flavor added to this as the staff told us it was not that sweet if ordered on its own. Peanut Butter Mocha (1/5): Tasted strange and bitter, with mocha sauce reminding me of a Hersheys syrup pumped on the bottom of the cup. I was struggling to find the peanut butter flavor in this. The majority of the matcha drinks had zero matcha taste, which I found strange because I've purchased a tin of Chamberlain Matcha and was able to taste the matcha flavor when made on my own. The matcha was premade in a squeeze bottle, to speed up the process. I can taste more of it in the Blue Matcha, but the Salted Pistachio flavor is too strong. I would give the Blue Matcha a 3/5, and the Salted Pistachio Matcha a 2/5. IMO, the simpler the drink, the better tasting it is. The aesthetics are on point with the cute cups and storefront display. The staff was very kind and handled the chaotic crowd well! They did sell out of regular matcha powder tins, so the only one available when I visited was their Chocolate Matcha. read more

There is a big line most of the time because of the hype, and I would not say it's worth the wait. I ordered the Mocha Latte and i asked them to put extra vanilla syrup after I tried it to make it more sweet. It was good, but not worth the price and wait time. The cups are really cute and the coffee looks pretty, but there is no where to sit inside and it was raining so that was a bit inconvenient. I also bought the premade canned coffees (the cinnamon oat milk flavor) and it was very bad, not sure if I just got the wrong flavor. I would say it's cool to try out, but not sure if I'd go back. read more

came here for the glow matcha lattes (a collab with olive young) which was a matcha latte w dragonfruit cream top & dusting... it tasted very sour and there was no matcha taste at all. my friend and I got the same thing and hers looked darker in color for some reason (she got oat milk while I got whole) but that shouldnt mean mine should be that much lighter. it tasted like sour milk which was v unpleasant to say the least the drinks were pretty looking but $9 for that... totally not worth. we got a little card to receive a goodie bag from olive young though which kinda makes up for it (got a face mask & lip gloss) the workers there are very sweet tho and the drinks came out pretty quickly given how packed it was it is a small shop so after we ordered, we waited outside but there are small tables & some chairs outside if you'd like to sit there overall, matchas are not worth it imo (this was my 2nd time getting a matcha) but I can't speak for their coffees or pastries read more

Emma opened her shop just in time for my trip to LA (thanks girl). I was so excited to visit the shop. I've been a Chamberlain Coffee customer online for years. Their beans are good but their merch is my favorite. I ordered: Emma's way: 9/10 (not sweet) I loved trying Emma's favorite drink. Salted caramel cold brew: 10/10 perfectly foamy cold foam. Good cold brew. Layered nicely. Iced chai: 9/10 (sweetened) my step dad who so kindly drove me 40 minutes to the shop got this drink. He hates coffee so they recommended him the chai. He loved it. chocolate croissant: 10/10 buttery flaky crisp carrot and coconut loaf: 10/10 moist delicious (After we ate these, my sweetie step dad went back and ordered 3 more goodies for the road ) I love that Emma shared videos making her favorite drinks and picking out her favorite pastries. I tried the salted toffee matcha latte, overall it's a delicious drink that isn't too sweet with a good amount of pistachio flavor. However, I personally don't taste the matcha at all, but I'm okay with that. They had a collab with a small business the day I went, and all customers got these cute biscottis, which was so nice! I was very excited to try Chamberlain Coffee, the wait was close to 2 hours on a Saturday around 1 pm and here is my review: Strawberry Matcha Latte (2.5/5) - I unfortunately was not a very big fan of the flavor profile of this drink, matcha quality was watered down and the overall taste was not as strong as I would have wanted, for about $10 I was expecting more! I did originally want to try the salted pistachio matcha latte (which was one of the most popular flavor here) but they ran out of ingredients for it. I will admit however that the drink is very pretty and the cup is super cute! Portion to price ratio of course is slightly off, but he drink is nice tasting. I would go lower, but the staff makes up for it for sure. I am so excited to be the first chamberlain coffee review on Yelp! The coffee shop is located in one fabulous mall right across the adidas store. They have such a variety of coffee, tea, milks and flavors. Line was ASTRONOMICAL! It took me 40 mins to order. It was my first time trying her products, I ordered an ice chai latte with added vanilla flavor. It was okay! Tested a little watery, so if you're looking for a creamy chai this is not it. Level 2 of Century Center mall. This is a small coffee stand and that is how I am rating it. Yes it is owned by an influencer (i have no feelings either way). Ordered lavender cold brew, vanilla latte, matcha donut, and miso pastry. Came to $30+ (this was 2nd breakfast). Will i be back yes was it worth $30+ not sure. The coffee has a great taste though my lavendar flavor was light. We parked in garage by Macys ($4). When I am Century West i will be back. read more

I got the pistachio matcha with oat milk and it was honestly undrinkable. It somehow managed to taste like both pistachio and matcha while still being completely flavorless???? Impressive, honestly. Watery, weird, and absolutely not worth the $10. For this tiny little cup the size of a juice box. I kept drinking it like maybe I was missing something. I really wasn't. their matcha is pretty good, not too sweet, the pistachio foam is sooo yummy its what sets it apart from other matcha drinks pricing is a bit steep, the matcha was about 9-10 dollars and I dont think i would go out of my way to drive to century city mall to have it. but if Im already in the area I would stop by. lines can seem daunting and long but they go by quickly. theres also seating around the place :) read more

I'm sorry but what the helly is this. I spent $10 on this milk with a hint of matcha!!! I got a "matcha latte" and First of all, they upcharge EVERYTHING!! You have to pay extra for syrup/sweetner, alternate milk, cream top, and literally anything else you want. Ended up being $10 and for what??? A milky drink with minimal matcha flavor? It was also lukewarm like the milk was sitting out and was room temperature, which made the ice melt even faster. It's pretty small too for $10. Not worth it. The pastries look really good but they are so expensive. Tell me why a Madeline a SINGLE Madeline is $5??? A one bite Madeline is $5 and it ain't even that good!!! Service was good but I mean there was no line and no one there. Just avoid this place, if you're already near Beverly just go to Series A Coffee Or just go to Koreatown for some legit matcha. read more

Ordered an espresso cappuccino iced with lavender syrup, it was good but I'm pretty sure the lavender syrup was forgotten. The coffee tasted great regardless. The baristas were really nice and asked how we liked our coffee, I appreciated how welcomed we felt and the chattiness. Cute little shop right in the middle of Westfield Century City, the lines can get pretty long but there was hardly a wait on a weekday afternoon. read more

Honestly, wasn't very impressed. I've been hearing and seeing so many good reviews of Emma Chamberlain's coffee and matcha brand, but actually trying it made me realize the hype was misleading. Although the workers were very nice, the drink was $8.78 for a plain matcha with cold foam. It tasted like a matcha I could make at home without much professional experience. Wasn't worth it to me especially for that price and it didn't taste like anything special enough to warrant the hype around it. read more

Very cute and vibrant coffee stand in Century City Mall! I haven't tried their coffee but this review is for their pistachio matcha latte! It was good but I do wish there could have been more matcha in the drink as it was too pistachio heavy and slightly on the salty side. Some balance would make this a solid drink. I do appreciate a few unique recipes on the menu. I'll be trying their coffee next time. read more
