These guys were very hard-working, very polite and very nice to everyone in my staff. I definitely would recommend them if you're moving a business or house or to a storage. These are the guys you want to move your stuff. They didn't break anything they didn't scratch any walls. They are very cautious when moving my very expensive furniture. I don't think anyone can beat their price.

I spoke with Johnny and gave him a list of what we had to move. He assured me that a 20' truck would be the perfect size for our 2/bd/2ba condo so we booked them for our July 26th move. About 3 days before, I called Johnny back b/c I was concerned after we finished packing that we had more stuff than we thought and could/should we book a bigger truck just in case? He assured me that the 20' truck would be all that we'd need. We booked three movers to get us from LA to San Diego. When the movers arrived they came in to see what we had and immediately said that their truck wasn't big enough for our move. I told them I had called Johnny with the same concern and asked about getting a bigger truck. They said the company doesn't have a bigger truck - only one 20' truck. I was floored. Johnny failed to mention that to me and by the way the movers reacted, this was not an uncommon thing to happen. They suggested we rent another truck. So while they got started, my husband and I scrambled to find a U-haul. It wasn't the mover's fault but it was a real crappy way to start the day. The U-haul cost us several hundred dollars on top of what we paid this company for the move. If we had known that a 20' truck is all they had, we def would have booked another company. Johnny knew this and that's why he failed to mention it. The move took 11 hours total and was an incredibly long day. By the time we got to our new house, everyone was tired. I don't know if this was a moment of that tiredness, but the movers flipped my 72" cabinet down a set of stairs. I'm not exaggerating, one mover flipped this cabinet down the stairs to the other mover and you could hear the shelves inside tumbling around. Needless to say, the cabinet suffered damage. They paid for the damages but they should never have treated our furniture like this. After unpacking, we noticed other damages. This was due to the way they wrapped our items. They used the same (very tacky) packing tape to tape cords to lamps, tape drawers closed, etc. The tape has left a sticky residue on everything they taped. My wood vanity table is absolutely destroyed (see pic). I don't know why they didn't shrink-wrap it like everything else as this would've protected the wood. Our new kitchen table, which they did shrinkwrap, has cutting tool marks across the top of it (see pic) from when the wrap was removed. Our custom-made blanket ladder is broken and missing the joint point (see pic). All of these items were in good and intact condition before our move. What a disappointment. We do NOT and can NOT recommend this moving company. DO NOT BOOK, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company unloaded my relocubes just fine so I called the owner to ask how they were with long-distance moves a year later when I needed to move. He assured me that his guys knew how to pack cubes so I booked them. When I got to Austin I found my dresser, one of my nightstands, bar stools and trash bin damaged (see photos). They packed all boxes in one cube and all furniture in another cube without putting blankets between some furniture. (I had 13 blankets and asked movers if I should buy more but they said no). All the owner did was apologize for damage to the dresser. He did not reimburse me at all for the damage. read more

They arrived late, took them about 30 minutes to find parking, they were not efficient. I moved myself faster before and in comparison with the people who did my move internationally this was a painful process. The move took about 7.5 hours. They arrived 45 mins late, took them 30 minutes to figure parking, not the most efficient crew, the big guy is super opinionated and doesn't take direction well. Somehow managed to unassembled the table and at the time to re assemble it he said is missing screws (the ones that they left laying on the floor of the old place and that I picked and carried; in the end I had to explain how to assemble the table back and do it with him. Not the most careful guy, he scratched the floor on my new place really bad, also the top the table, my prior place flooring. Additionally when it took them 20 minutes longer than me to get to the new place I called and they had stopped by 7/11 for 10/15 minutes without letting the me know. Something similar happened earlier when they stopping the move to buy fruit without no tide. Big guy used the bathroom twice, second time for about 10 mins. And finally when I requested an invoice they called Johnny and I was allow to take a copy of the order but no invoice. read more

This was the second time I've hired Chamomile Movers and these guys are the most professional, hardworking, diligent, and careful movers I've ever worked with. Alex and his team worked in 104° heat to move my giant furniture from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment with a broken elevator and never complained once. They packed their truck like a huge Tetris game and everything fit in one trip. They were the friendliest guys and they worked harder than anybody I've ever seen. Not only did they not break a single thing, they carefully wrapped each piece of furniture and made sure it was protected. Hands down the easiest move I've ever done, these guys are the best around! read more

These guys were great! I had an emergency move out of a storage facility-- learned about it on Monday. I talked to Johnny yesterday, and he literally wedged out the hours for me to get it done this afternoon. Alix and Arik were heroes, doing this after having worked a whole household move before they showed up for me. The arrival time was between 2 to 5,since they were coming from a first job, and they showed up well within that time frame. I bet they would have been peppier earlier in the day-- but they never stopped working, never stopped smiling, never stopped communicating. We were done in just under 4 hours. I paid the 'end of the month" price-- do these things in the MIDDLE of the month if you can-- but it was still affordable and worth every penny. read more

I had a very last minute move from Los Angeles to San Diego that required packing in addition to moving....not the best way to move i know, but circumstances demanded it, and i was very clear with the business owner what this job entailed before hiring them....he seemed used to this sort of thing, so we proceeded. The guys that showed up were very nice, but not too sharp. I own a silversmithing business l, and have a number of things like heavy stones (for soldering on) etc.....some of which were tossed into boxes that also contained glass jars, precision tools, stones. Packing had absolutely no logic, every box seems to have a completely random collection of items from different rooms, and each box so far has had a couple broken items. Some pieces of furniture had their drawers emptied by just dumping them out into boxes.....while other drawers now contain items that weren't in them before the move. Three days in and I'm certain it'll take me a week more of literally sorting each box one item at a time (tweezers, medication, a power strip, random books, chords but not what they go to, a stapler, etc)....this has been the worst move I've ever experienced. If I'd know it was going to be like this, I'd have just burned my apartment and started from scratch. Would've cost only slightly more, and saved me a lot of anger and frustration....and time. read more

We always hear nightmare stories about moving companies, so we made sure to do some thorough research before we picked our guys. We totally hit a home run with Busy Bee LA Moving company. They came within the time frame they had promised, were super friendly and warm, which is always helpful when you're going through a stressful move. They were very efficient and so quick. Wrapping everything perfectly so that nothing was damaged -- we have a lot of fine china/glass items, as well as very delicate recording/audio/studio equipment that we desperately needed to arrive in perfect condition, and thankfully they did! They were gentle with all our items and placed them exactly where we wanted them in our new location. All round extremely professional. This was the smoothest move we have done. Since moving into our new place we have had multiple issues with a variety of things and all we can keep saying is: thank goodness for the moving company, because it was the only smooth thing during this ride! Used Busy Bee LA moving company. I did a random search for movers and when I called these guys it turned out that they specialize in moving around the Sherman Oaks and San Fernando Valley area, so this was exactly what I needed. The guys were on time, they were uniformed, looked and behaved professional and took extra good care of my belongings by wrapping everything with blankets and shrink wrap. They even disconnected my washer and dryer and loaded my custom bike onto a truck at no additional charge. Overall, my guys had a positive attitude towards every task and whatever I asked them about, they had this 'yes' attitude, like, "sure, lets try it", and that really put me at ease. Feel like I made 4 friends today. read more

Hired this company to move my stuff. They were deliberately slow so that they can bill me more. The drive that takes 40 minutes took 1 hr 30 minutes for them, so that they can charge double the drive time. Finally when we start settling the bill, they start insisting on 15% tip. Had to tip them $100 forcefully. Third class company. read more

Johnny is the best person!! He waited just to help me with a gun safe for 5 hours for his team to get done with another job, He originally brought just himself and another employee not knowing that the safe took the entire team to bring up the stairs, he paid all his employees overtime just to help me. Loved that they showed up in masks and on time. They wrapped all my furniture in protective plastic and blankets and didn't damage any belongings. They worked fast, but skillfully and carefully and were able to complete my entire move in just over 4 hours. Great quality moving job and by far the most affordable. I have been so busy, I haven't had the time to review Serhii team. They did such a great job moving me from Encino to Los Angeles 20 miles away. They were a team of 4. They were very professional, nice, funny and well organized. These guys worked hard on a very hot day. They didn't slack off and when I told them I had to stay under a certain amount of hours, they made sure to not exceed that. Make sure you tip these guys well and provide water for them! After moving twice in a year, I had already had experience with two local movers that I was less than excited about. Flash forward to three weeks ago, I was about to embark on a third move, this time from a storage unit back into my house. A friend of mine had highly recommended Busy Bee LA Moving, so I decided to give them a shot. These guys were far and away, the best movers that I have ever dealt with. They were speedy, courteous, and super mindful with my belongings. Moving sucks, but these guys made the process as seamless as possible. I highly recommend using this company!!! read more

They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

The quote and scheduling for our move was easy and quick. Monsy got back to us immediately and even talked to her manager to get us the best price available. Everything was described in detail and all questions we had were answered honestly. On moving day, the 5-man moving crew arrived on time. Francisco , Hugo , Mark , Rene and Marcos were introduced to us and immediately got to work on moving us out of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. We didn't have to lift a finger. All moving supplies were included with our quote and we honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. All boxes and items were inventoried and Francisco explained to us the very stringent inventory Precision uses. We were put at ease that our items would be safe and sound. It was also good to know that the same crew that packed up our house would be the same 5-man crew that would be moving us into our new home about 10 days later. I thought this was fantastic as they would know how to reassemble furniture and be able to place our items exactly where we want them later on. I also spoke directly with CSI and was told the claim was closed at your company's direction--not due to any lack of response from me. The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.

Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. Despite their promises of a seamless move, I encountered a significant issue when they damaged my wall during the process. The movers seemed careless and inattentive, resulting in a huge dent on my wall, bending the metal frame of a doorway. When I reached out to the company to address the damage, I was shocked to find that they claimed no liability for the incident. This lack of accountability was not only frustrating but also reflected poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Communication with the company proved to be challenging, as they were unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. The overall lack of responsibility and customer service left me deeply dissatisfied with the entire moving experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly research and consider other moving companies that prioritize accountability and customer care. My experience with chamomile was far from the smooth relocation I had hoped for, and I regret choosing them for my move. First of all wanna give shout out to Rudy, Nick, Henry and Sagi for being an awesome moving team and making what seemed an impossible move - a walk in the park. Took a chance with what seemed like a new company on the market, because their prices seemed a little better than the competition. So, money is tight, but at the same time you don't want your stuff to be handled by amateurs. But as I learned, these guys have years of experience working for various LA-based giant moving companies, and just started out with the company of their own. The guys were super prepared for hoisting my oversized sofa off the third floor balcony, and the best part, Rudy had an answer to every problem that we faced today, and everything they did they did with smiles, jokes and kinda carefree attitude, but at the same time seemed skilled and efficient with their process. Such attitude really lightens the mood and makes a stressful day go by a bit smoother. Definitely will recommend my crew to friends and family. You guys rock! read more

I really can't say how pleased we were with Chamomile Moving.. We just lost a family member and things were VERY stressful for us. Johnny went out of his way to accommodate us and helped us through a very difficult time. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely polite and worked very quickly. Great care was taken with all of our stuff, some of which was valuable and had sentimental value, and everything arrived in perfect condition.. Perhaps the best part of our dealings with Chamomile was how transparent their policies are. They went over every detail with us beforehand, and there were NO surprises and NO hidden fees of any kind.. Everything about our move went EXACTLY how we had hoped, and we were very grateful for their professionalism, especially during a time of crisis.. They moved us this past weekend and they were awesome! Rates are more than fair when you see how hard they work and how efficiently they packed up my house and get the entire move done. They are very professional, courteous , work hard in making your move smooth. They made moving process so much easier!!!! Chamomile Movers went above and beyond and helped me to wrap furniture up as well as take down TVs. I am so glad I found them! Nothing got damaged, no wasted time and no stopping until it's done. This was the first company that called me after I put in a quote and did not need to go any further. From the call they made me feel comfortable moving ahead and not even entertaining another quote. The movers that moved me were the absolute best. They kept me calm and they were so professional and communicated with me the entire time. They took really good care of my items and were on time. We went over the initial time by 45 minutes because I wanted to add more items and they were very accommodating. They would have stayed right on time. Daniel, Isaac and Constantine were lovely in every way. They went above and beyond with helping us in moving and made it as seamless as possible. Were willing to drive a long distance (Santa Clarita all the way down to Chatsworth though Topanga Canyon) and were sorry in the process. The three made the entire moving process wonderful and helped with packing, unpacking and fully taking apart some items and putting them back together with no issues at all. In the future, I would be more than willing to ask for Daniel, Isaac AND Constantine again, 100%. 5 stars, no doubt. Was dreading moving day until I was recommended Johnny's moving company, Busy Bee LA Moving. I needed to downsize to a smaller two-bedroom condominium in Culver City from my larger North Hollywood home. I was very worried about all the boxes and furniture that had to be moved into the smaller home so I desperately needed a professional team of movers. I had two movers and a truck. My two guys were Daniel, who is six foot nine and Max, who is normal height. Both great guys, easy to work with, and enjoyed their company. They did a great job. They didn't make one scratch in my new house. And I would highly recommend these two guys, and even the gentleman that I booked with over the phone was very nice and very professional. After many quotes, Chamomile Moving company and Johnny gave me a quick quote with no hidden charges. They were able to accommodate us with few days notice. On moving day, our two moving guys (Alex and Marat) were prompt and friendly. They managed our one bedroom move very efficiently. Wow these guys are amazing!! They showed up earlier than expected and got everything out of my studio in less than an hour. Deconstructed my bed and hauled all my things in to the truck and even beat us to the destination- even though I was speeding in the carpool lane. Impressive!
