Last may I purchased a new vehicle and was pleased with the process. Prior to going to the location I had been looking online for a certain vehicle with certain features. I found it here, and the price was acceptable, so I drove down to the location didn't ever test drive the vehicle (it had 8 miles on it) and purchased it. I probably spent a total of 45 minutes in the dealership and spent 60k. A few miles down the road after leaving the dealership my tire pressure light came on. I called my sales rep and informed them. I was assured not to worry, that it was a new vehicle and that it would be covered under warranty. I asked if it would be ok to continue to drive or if I needed to turn around. I was told it was up to me, and that no damage can come from driving with the tire pressure light on. I live an hour + from dealership and this vehicle is the primary for my wife so scheduling a time to bring this in wasn't a big concern of mine. Yesterday the 4th of Nov 2019m I scheduled to bring in the vehicle for an oil change and to have the tire pressure light issue looked at. I immediately was told that the quick oil dept was overbooked and that it would take a couple hours. So, I waited... After the oil change I was told that the quick lube dept can't do my request to have the tire pressure issue looked into and that I needed to take it to the main service dept. So, I drove around the parking lot to the main service dept. They told me that the quick lube dept can do that and to take it back there. So, I drove back and informed them what I was told. They said ok, we'll figure this out between the two departments but not to worry because it's a new vehicle any service would be covered under the warranty. So I waited.... Two and a half more hours. A manager came out and asked if I had switched wheels, which my reply was no. I was told that there wasn't a sensor in my tires and that someone had taken them out prior to me purchasing the vehicle and they needed to talk to the sales dept to figure out who is going to pay. At this point, I told the manager, well let's just get it done. I'll pay for it and talk to sales about getting reimbursed. You have the vehicle, it needs to be done, I received the vehicle in this condition you can talk to sales while they are putting on the sensors. 20 minutes later I am informed that they don't have the sensor and have to order them from CA, and they would be here the next day. So, I left for home after over 5 hours of waiting. Today the 5th of Nov, 2019 I received a call from Garrett Barlow the employee who helped me yesterday informing me that the part was in. I let Mr Barlow know that I live an hour away and if I was going to have to pay for I would just assume do it at a place near my house, so I inquired, if he had talked to the sales dept and gotten issue of who is going to pay figured out, to which he replied, "we have it figured out, the sales dept has ok'd it." So I drove an hour + back to Chapman Chevrolet and drop of the vehicle and walk across the street to eat a late breakfast. I get a call about 5 min after leaving from Mr. Barlow saying, "there was a miscommunication from my manager and the sales department you are going to have to pay for the sensors." I was lied to. I make mistakes, and don't by an means hold those that I do business with to be perfect. If a mistake happens, own it and make things right the best you can. I however will not spend money with dishonest people or businesses. I informed Mr. Barlow that I would not be requiring his company to do this service for me. I walked across the street to pick up my vehicle and make the hour + drive home. When I get in front of Mr. Barlow I am informed that I need to pay nearly $60 for a "diag fee". I just smiled and pulled out my card. I was given a credit card receipt but no invoice. I asked for a copy of invoice for the "diag fee"... And I was given another copy of oil change from the day before with no mention of a "diag fee" I don't even know what that is. Don't lie to customers. read more

Im going to start Ive already filed with BBB and 5 on your side. This dealership was horrible! We called to inquire about a car and spoke to a man named Ike. Ike and I spoke at least 7 times before I even drove to the dealership I told Ike I had a car the I could use as trade in or I could sell the car for 700$ and use that as a down payment. We found a mazda cx-9 in our price range and Ike told us the car was available and if we sold our vehicle that he could get us in this car FOR SURE! I explained MULTIPLE times we have 3 young children 5,3, and 3 months old my Fiance and I got work full time and he works 12 hour night shifts I work days. Our schedules do not line up and if we don't have a car then I would have to leave work drive him to work the go hom with the kids, wake them up at 5 am and we would all have to drive to pick him up from work and that this just could NOT happen. I also told him if we didn't have this car by the weekend we would miss work and in turn loss money. Well Ike promised not a problem we will make this work no problem. We sold our car go in to the dealership and he shows us the car AFTER saying he can get us in the car for this price monthly. We love the car it is perfect for our needs, then he says well it needs to go to the shop for the motor mounts to be replaced then derailed and it will be ready tomorrow. I explained that we had to work and couldn't pick it up, so Ike offers that he will bring the car to me and if it's not readd he will personally drive me and the kids home so we don't have to drag the kids around so early. Well we trust Ike and sign all the papers hand Ike 700 dollars CASH. The next day Thursday the 21st I call Ike multiple times checking up to make sure we are on track. Well 4 o'clock rolls around when I'm supposed to leave at 5 and I call Ike to see what's going on. He tells me that it may not be motor mounts but a transmission! So he says he will call back, 30 minutes go by and I call again. Ike now says well can you get a ride. We may be auctioning the car but may fix it I'll know more tomorrow. I told Ike yet AGAIN the situation and problems with us having 1 car so, he says he will talk to his manager and see if he can get us a loaner car. My fiance comes to get me with all the kids We drop him off and head home. I call again, no answer and again, no answer. Now I call the dealership and talk to Danny who was nice enough and said he'd try to help. I told him we need a plan B and asked him for help since Ike is MIA. Ike then texts me saying he will know by 11am Friday what they are doing. Friday comes and first thing in the morning we call the manager he has no idea of the problem and promises he will investigate and get back to me. He calls back and says the car we signed for already has a broken transmission and a bad water pump so that's out of the question. I then ask if they have anything else for us he said he will look so we go online and find a car priced 3 grand over its dealership listed value on kelly blue book. My fiance calls the manager (Jim) back and Jim days no the price is firm Gabe explains that it's already over priced and with all the turmoil and problems his dealership has caused the least he can do is try to help us. He says he will try. Hours later he calls me and says sorry we can't help you I am issuing the refund for your 700 dollars we can't get the car you want low enough and we don't have anything that fits your needs you can pick up your refund check monday. I explain that we paid cash and can't wait till Monday that we need that money to go buy another car and in a round about way we get to bad to sad. This has cost my family about 600 extra dollars between gas, missed work hours because of conflicting schedules, and in time. On April 21 this year I was hit by a cab driver in the side of my 2012 Jeep Wrangler while playing in a ball tournament in Las Vegas. My Jeep sustained about $5000 in damage and had to be left in Vegas to be repaired while I returned home to Mesa for work. While my Jeep was being repaired by Chapman Jeep in Vegas, I discussed with my wife maybe I should just start looking for a 4 door and automatic as she could not drive a stick and our son is getting older so harder for him to get in the back seat with a bucket seat. So, we decided to start looking for a 4 door automatic. I saw one online (the one I bought a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Special Military Tribute Oscar Mike) and went in the next day May 8 to look at it and test drive it. I met with the used car manager (Dwayne) who opened the vehicle and took me out to test drive it! He never pressured me into anything at that time. I loved it and told him I wanted to bring my wife down to look at it later that day. So, about 6pm that evening I called Dwayne and told him we were on our way down to look at it and I wanted her to drive it. So, we arrived and we were introduced to the salesman I had talked to the previous day...Matt McCloud I believe was his name...I just call him Matt and consider him a friend now, as I do Dwayne. So they let us take it out. She loved it as well and she drives a Hummer! We returned to the dealership and I sat down with Matt to talk price. Now I had put a lot of extras on my other jeep, grill guard, kc lights, running boards, had it lifted, had a custom made spare tire cover reflecting my military service, custom tail light covers...dvd/cd stereo, new oversize tires and rims....and...a hard shell top. I had invested some dollars into it. Now, I am not dumb and know that you are not going to get your money out of extras when you trade a vehicle in. Also, Dwayne knew full well that my vehicle was in an accident in Vegas. He told me not to worry about that, he wanted to make a deal with us. So, he looked up the blue book value of my Jeep and KNOWING AGAIN that it had been in an accident, still offered me OVER blue book value! I was stunned...and stunned even more when he told me if we made a deal that I would not have to go to Vegas to pick it up that they would get it back to the dealership for me! He also told me that I could take my custom cover and custom light covers off of it as well. So, we came to an agreement on price and I was going to pay the offset amount in cash the next day. Matt wrote everything up and I was on my way in about an hour...and that includes going through finance to sign everything! I was never pressured to do anything like you usually are at a dealership. Both Matt and Dwayne are outstanding people to deal with. Ask for them when you go in to look at a used vehicle. Last week I took my jeep in to get an oil change at another location. I asked that the oil life light be reset and of course it was not. I opened the manual and did everything it said to do, turn the key on (don't start it) pump the accelerator 3 times to the floor, turn it off, then back on and check the oil life percentage indicator...well it would not reset so I text Dwayne and he said to bring it in next week as I was leaving for San Diego the next day for a week but not taking the jeep. I brought it in today and it took 3 mins for a tech to reset it. Dwayne took it straight to a tech so I did not have to wait in the service line which would have taken hours. He came back and I said what do I have to do to reset it next time and he said pump it 4 times so now I know. It was great to see Dwayne and Matt again! You cannot go wrong if you deal with these two individuals. Chapman is lucky to have them as employees! read more

Im going to be completely honest and say that if i could rate this dealership a 0 of 5 stars i would- strictly due to their financing and title department. My car buying experience started very well, my used car sales rep was awesome, very nice and knowledgable - it was once i got to the back end of the deal where the terror began. I dealt directly with Robert Agulara for the signing of my financial paperwork- originally i was going to finance in house (which isn't actually financing in house its financing through another party- which i found out after my credit was ran a total of 8 times- and thus overall brought down my credit score) I ended up getting my own loan through another credit union due to the rate being 10X better than any rate they could have offered me through their partners. On the day i traveled back to this location (mind you i live an hour away, without any traffic figured into travel time) to sign the paper work, all seemed to go well. Until i realized that the temp plate they gave me was missing a vin number- and that they had completely butchered my name on my contract- not a spelling error- completely using a different last name than mine! (which the copy they have you sign is very illegible due to the printed ink being so light) I didn't pay attention to the name on the contract because Robert had asked for my drivers license when he was drawing up the contact so i assumed he knew what my name was. noticing this error i contacted Robert- and after finally being able to get ahold of him i was emailed a new temp plate- but then he told me i had to go back down to the dealership (an hour away) to resign the documents. I had been promised compensation in gas due to the mistake being theirs- low and behold this was yet another ruse- as i was not compensated in ANY way- yet again, horrible customer service. After this i though all my headaches were over and i could forget abut this terrible experience with this dealership- i was WRONG. Weeks go by, and i receive my title for my vehicle in the mail - which would be normal- if i didn't have a LIEN HOLD on my vehicle due to my loan. They neglected to put any of my lien holder information on my title (the credit union i got my loan through) which is a huge issue- now my credit union is raising my interest rate on my loan due to the DEALERSHIPS mistake. Yet again i'm put in a sticky situation due to this DEALERSHIP. I called the dealership to have this corrected- and spoke with Debbie in their title department- she was incredibly rude, and sounded as if i was inconveniencing her- she confirmed via phone that she would take care of this issue- and i asked for a phone call or email confirming that the issue had been taken care of, which as of now i still have yet to receive- and it has been days. Ive called to follow up with Debbie, and she has yet to call me back despite the severity of the situation. Ive never come across a more unprofessional company- the way they carry out business is as if this is the first car they have ever sold- and the lack of customer service, and the lies they tell to their clients really shines through to show how they operate their business. I will be furthering my actions and taking this case to the BBB to ensure this doesn't happen to any other innocent folk who deserve a hassle free car buying experience. read more

05/22/2014 Update: I must say that I am impressed with the quick response from the GM. To be honest with you I didn't expect a reply. I did call him and we came to a nice agreement that works for both parties! 05/21/2014 So this place is a joke, if I was you I would stay away from them if you are looking for a used car or even a new car for that matter! Two years ago me and my wife bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 and 2006 Dodge Dakota, traded in a 2006 Dodge Nitro R/T that we had bought from Chapman Bell Road Imports. Here's the story on the G6. Within 72 hours of leaving the lot we had to do a full rear break job on the G6, I will tell you more about the Dakota later. Call Chapman to tell them about the problem and reminded us that breaks were not covered by our warranty! After taking the car in for an alignment every 500 miles (4 times at $200 each time) we finally took it an Alignment Shop to find out the car had frame damage. Went back to Chapman, told them what we had found out, and they offered to pay off the car as long as we bought a brand new one. Because the car was not safe we decided to bite the bullet and buy my wife a brand new Chev Sonic. Howard "The Asst. GM" was our sale person. He agreed to give us the price of the break job that we had to have done in a Chapman Credit (of $345) and we could use it at any time. We have had no problems with the Sonic but what I found out in the past year is that not only did they screw us with the price of the Sonic, but they actually put the G6 back on the lot and sold it again, the kicker to the hole thing is that I went in to use our in house credit and it was no where to be found, made some calls and of course no one knew anything about it, surprise, surprise! After doing some digging and asking a few people, some questions, I found out the according to there paper work we put $395 down, to bad I don't have any record of that! Here's the story on the Dodge Dakota. Within less than 9 month from the day we bought, the truck only had 78K in miles, it we found out that truck was starting to have transmissions problem, before fixing it we decided we would see what we could get for it and drove up to Camelback Ford, because they were running a sale on used trucks. We were up front and honest with them and told them that the transmission was going out. They made us a great deal on it and sold me a 2009 Ford F150, which I love and have not had one single problem with it! I had asked them what they were going to do with the Dodge and they told me to look at the online website in a few days, so I did. It stated in bold print that the transmission was slipping and needed to be repaired, they sold it for $2500 less then what they gave us in trade. Talk about top notch! If this is the was Chapman does business with people that have bought 4 cars with them (1 Bell Road, 3 Chev) I would had to see what they do with a first timer! The one bright spot to Chapman Chev. is there service department. They have taken great care of us the three times we have had to take the Sonic in for either warrantee work, oil changes, or recalls, however, due to our recent finding, we will be taking it to another Chev. We recently purchased a used car from Chapman Chevrolet. First, the salesperson we worked with, Orlando, was very personable and provided a great experience while examining and test driving the car. The car had just been traded in and needed to clear with the seller's bank as well as be inspected and detailed. Orlando kept us up to date on the process over the course of six days. We negotiated a price that was a little above our target but it did not sound like we were going to get anything better and figured if neither party is entirely happy it's probably a good deal. The agreement was "$X plus tax" and we had that in writing from the dealership. We even had it stated that it would include temporary registration (we were taking the car out of state). Everything went smoothly and quickly until we entered the finance manager's office. At this point we were hit with three additional fees: 1) Window etching; about $300. 2) Registration; about $80. 3) Documentation; about $400. After a little push back the finance manager removed the window etching without approval from the sales manager but made it sound like all the fees had been rolled back. We noticed that was not the case when we were to sign the final loan document which still had the registration and documentation fees on it. At this point the sales manager was called in and told us that regardless of whatever deal we had with him that we had to either pay registration and documentation or walk away. This is why car dealerships have such bad reputations: not honoring deals you make in writing and disclosing all fees up front. In the end we made the deal and rolled the additional fees into the finance. However, the entire experience was soured by nearly $500 in additional fees and made our entire negotiation of "$X plus tax" seem worthless. Overall, I enjoyed the experience at the dealership and would test drive cars there again. As for purchasing a car there that's not going to happen again. If you do intend to buy a car from Chapman I would recommend not considering any negotiations final until speaking with the finance manager. If we weren't leaving town in 24 hours I would have walked away - learn from my experience and just do so! -------- UPDATE 12/30: I received a phone call from the general manager of Chapman Chevrolet as a result of my review. He was very pleasant and wanted to understand where the process had broken down. This was greatly appreciated and in contrast to how my concerns were received by the sales and finance managers. The offer I received and accepted over the telephone was for $23,500 plus tax. However, there was a "breakdown" form that I initialed immediately prior to speaking with the finance manager that included all three additional charges. It was purely my own negligence for not catching it at this point and calling it out. So the charges were not slipped in during the financing phase but just before it. I will never understand how an offer of $23,500 plus tax can break-down by including additional line items or how you can negotiate a deal only to have it altered at the last minute. Next time I will write the offers and they will sign! read more

I went to chapman to look at a 2016 camaro. The staff was really helpful at the beginning helping to decide what car I should get. They informed me thay the monthly payment were going to be high but I didn't mind. A month goes by an everything seems going well with the fiance company. Last minute they back out and I have to return the camaro back. I was sad but had your return it. I return the car and Dan Lenard tells me that he's sorry for what happen and that he would get me into a cheaper car. I told him that I wanted my car that I traded in not a different one. He called one of he's staff member to go get my car and for me to wait in the lobby. I waited for 2 hours everytime I asked what was going on they told me it was going through security. Then Robert Revery comes up to me and tells me they no longer have the car in the lot. I asked him what happen to my car. He then tells me that they sent out the car to another lot and that he will get it back. To take the Malibu until they get my car back. A few weeks goes by. I try calling and leaving voice messages and never get a call back or an answer. Finally I go into the dealership and see what is happening. I get there and they have no clue what is going on. Finally Dan tells me that a finance place was looking into my loan and to wait for their answer. A month goes by and finally get a call back from Robert Revery with great news that my loan got approved. I asked him if the loan got approved for the camaro he tell me that he can't tell me over the phone that I need to come in. I go in and tells me your loan for the Malibu got approved. I know that is not what you want but if you make payment for the next year all be able to get you the camaro after that. I tell him that I never wanted the Malibu that I wanted my car I traded in. Almost screaming at me tell me " WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING " I told him that I did tell him and all the times I left voice messages. He leaves makes me wait for an hour and comes back and tell me that they don't have the car in their possession. Finally after waiting for another hour he tells me that they been trying to get a hold of the guy that had my car. That they would call me in 24 hours to bring the Malibu back to get my old car back. On Saturday I get a call to bring back the Malibu to get my old car back. I get there and they don't have my plates on my car. Which they lost didn't wash the car or detail it how they told me they would. Then Robert Revery has the nerves to tell me that I don't need my old plates back that I can get new ones when I renew my plates. Then decides to laugh in my face and tell me " Atleast I can get you a three day permit for your troubles and laughs" speaking of being rude and lying to my face. This was a horrible experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't recommend this particular dealer ship located on McClintock and Baseline. Car is stolen from this dealership what are my rights? To make a long story short we dropped our vehicle off for service to be performed at Chapman Chevrolet and it appears due to utter negligence our vehicle was stolen from under their nose while left unattended at the service drive. The unfortunate part is that we were not made aware the vehicle services were completed nor were we advised to come pick up our vehicle prior to its theft. In the meantime it appears the vehicle and personal items were left unattended with keys in the ignition for anyone who wanted to steal a car, may do so with ease, which is exactly what happened! To be concise we are now victims of a crime after we simply dropped our vehicle off for service with a previously trusted and what we believed to be an honest and reputable dealership. Not only were we victimized by the car thief, we are now being victimized by Chapman Chevrolet. The Service Director Chad stated that they will not give us ONE penny for our time and or any inconvenience this major event has caused our family, once again due to their sole and utter negligence. Per legal precedence it appears negligence is covered and defined in various way inclusive of the following: * The defendant failed in their duty to the general public, this includes the victim of their negligence * The defendant violated aforementioned duty * The defendant's negligence caused harm to the plaintiff * The plaintiff's injury was seemingly avoidable by a well minded person. Automobile Mechanic Liability When you leave your car with a mechanic for repair or service, you have a bailment relationship with the mechanic. As a result, has several legal duties. Specifically, the mechanic must: * Treat your car with a reasonable standard of care until you pick it up. In other words it is not unreasonable for any consumer to expect a dealership to take care of customer vehicles as if they were their own. The question I had for Chapman is do they leave keys in their new vehicles which were less than 20 feet from my vehicle? We are not seeking to capitalize or demand more than what any logical person would deem reasonable. We asked for Chapman to consider compensation for a credit monitoring system such as LifeLock given that personal data was removed from recovered vehicle. We also asked them to please consider compensation for time spent in an attempt to remedy other concerns such as rekeying doors, garage recoding etc. Chapman Chevrolet has simply stated they would NOT consider ANY such requests as it appear to them that we are being highly unreasonable. I wonder if a Negligence Attorney, BBB, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission or any other regulatory agency would deem such a request as unreasonable given the stress and inconvenience this event has caused our family? I found a vehicle online and sent an interest email to Chapman. I received a professional response the same day! It wasn't just a reply to my email they actually cared about me coming down there to check out the car I had interest in. I set up a time and went on down and it only got better from there. I got to the dealership and checked out the car promptly after arriving as I had a booked time essentially. The car was nice I was able to back it up to look at and even test drove it no problem after verifying driver licenses. From there I looked for other cars to compare and negotiate the price down, but chapman simply had everyone else beat already. Once we agreed on a price we got to the paperwork. I had a disagreement on the paperwork so our salesman talked to his manager. After some time our wonderful salesman IKE got his manager to cut the cost we disagreed on in half! I was still dissatisfied with the fee so I asked to talk to the manager, George. George handled my concern and listened to what I had to say intently. He understood my claim and was able to come down to something I was happy with. George and Ike were both pleasant to work with in fact I would recommend anyone to work with them if possible. From there I agreed on my down payment and just had to finalize everything. It was a breeze thanks to Ike and George taking care of me. BONUS While I waited for them to get the final paperwork ready they gave me a full tank of gas to leave with. They even took the car off the dealership to fill it up for me as their pump shuts off at 6. I got to finalize my paperwork with Dan and he was the finance director he also treated me like a champ despite my young age. You might as well call him DISCOUNT DAN as he hooked me up with some extras at a discounted price with no negotiating. Overall I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at Chapman and would suggest anyone to look at them for cars when buying. ALSO this review is genuine from the heart after George and Ike were able to come down on pricing to make me happy. I told them after they took care of me and came down on fees I didn't agree with that I would return the favor and let everyone know how good this dealership is! 9 out of 10 would recommend and return for future purchases read more

Great Experience!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of the time when people go to the dealership to buy a car, they are excited and have in mind what they want in their new vehicle. This in a lot of cases turns out to be the complete opposite and buying a new/used car becomes a nightmare because what you thought you could get, doesn't work out and you become discouraged. For the first time ever in my vehicle purchasing history, I was blown away by how work, determination, care, and honesty came with my purchase from this dealership this past week. Most car salesmen are there solely for the sale and the commission that comes with it. At this dealership, this is so far from that. I knew what I wanted before I got there, when I arrived Keith Darden had the car I was interested in waiting up front, cleaned out and ready to be test driven. There was absolutely NO pressure, no gimmicks, no hidden agenda. Keith was very professional and sat in the passenger seat, didn't say anything unless I asked a question in regards to selling this car to me. Keith had a normal conversation with me during the test drive which made it more comfortable. When we returned, I knew that this was the car for me so we began the process. I was already approved prior to coming in which is always a plus. The finance Manager Matt Mcleod actually found me another finance company to see if I could get a lower rate and thought for sure that what I had in place was already great. Matt was able to get me with another financing company at a MUCH lower APR, LOWER monthly payment, and he also didn't hide what the cost were, didn't pressure on purchasing the extras or anything. These guys worked together as a team to get me not only in the car, but, they also made it possible for me to make sure that I was able to handle the payments. It is TRULY hard these days to find good people who care about their customers and I can honestly say that I would have driven to Flagstaff for this dealership from Casa Grande because of the treatment there. I see that there are some who may not agree that the service is great here, but, at the same time life is not perfect and you can't always get what you want, but, if you step into reality with what you can afford, this dealership will help you to achieve that goal! read more

I originally brought my 2013 Camaro in for issues of overheating in October of 2014. Since then i have brought my vehicle in 3 more times for the same issue. Every time i brought the car in i was given a different service care specialist. The reason i was given someone different every time was because the dealership couldn't hold on to their employees. When i expressed my frustration over not having a competent team to look at my car i was told that i would be matched with a service care specialist that would always be with Chapman Chevrolet. I called to make an appointment the fourth time and was told that i would be matched with that same specialist. Not only was this not true but i was passed down specialists on my appointment day until someone finally just felt bad enough to help me. The mechanics finally found something different that they assured me was why the car had the issue so many times. The only problem was that the cost of the repair was very high. After saving for a month and taking the bus back and forth from work and school i was able to afford the fix. After this fix I was called and told that the problem still existed and that the car still needed more work, which coincidentally was also quite a costly repair. On top of all this i was promised that the shop foreman would personally look over my car to make sure i didn't have to bring it in a fifth time. When i asked if the foreman had looked it over i was told that he trusted his guys and therefore no. To me this meant that they obviously didn't care that my vehicle had spent the better part of year being fixed for the same thing. I contacted Jason Strachan on Wednesday, October 16th , he found my dream car on Thursday, October 17th ( 6:30 am...he sent me a link so I could check out the car at the Chapman Tucson location) ,and I purchased my yellow sporty 370Z on Saturday, October 19th. Awesome price, super rate, huge amount for my cherished one owner trade(2006 Ford Mustang GT convertible) and no hassles with anything!! While I waited for the docs to be completed, my sales rep, Mario Bates, continually checked on me while I munched on popcorn and watched an NFL game in the dealership. Was this really happening? I was having fun purchasing a car!!! Jason kept me in the loop about the progress of the papers, and then Mario delivered me to Dan Landers in finance. Usually going into the "lions den" (finance department) in a dealership is traumatic, but not this time. Dan was very professional, caring, and efficient. It had only been 90 minutes and they were handing me the keys to my yellow Z. Mario was putting on the drive out sticker, Jason was doing the walk around with me and what more could I ask for? Holy cow! If more people had an experience like this, the world would be a better place and no more "used car" jokes! I was in the car business for more than 30 years, I have NEVER had such a wonderful time when purchasing a vehicle! My recommendation: Give Jason Strachan a raise for working at odd hours just to find the right car!! This guy is a keeper!! Very professional, caring, motivated, non pressure type of sale, efficient, great representation for a great dealership! I will be back and so will my friends at work.
