I had the pleasure to deal with Chris the owner, Christian, Ethan, and one other gentleman (can't recall his name)that helped me remove and install complete battery into my Rx450h. All of these guys are so easy to deal with, great communication, and I have no complaints at all. As far as product, I have noticed a significant amount of mpg improvement for each of these vehicles. Anyone that needs a Hv battery for any of their vehicles, I definitely recommend this place. Good, honest, and great value to keep the car going. I can't thank you all enough. Cesar said they skipped the rotation because my car "didn't need it" but tires should be rotated every 5k and I was due. My car still had OEM tires with wheel locks, and the dealership had neglected to give me the key to remove the tires, which I didn't know at the time. Bad on the dealer, bad on Electron, they almost certainly noticed and could've flagged it instead of the brush-off. Months later I had a blowout and couldn't change the tire because of that missing key. Would've saved me from being stranded. Friendly staff, mystery oil change, phantom rotation.

A few hours later, I called for an update and was told they had found a parasitic battery drain and needed to run additional tests. Later that day, they called back and said the problem was simply a faulty battery and that replacing it would solve the issue. I approved the repair, which ended up costing about $430 for the battery. After picking up the car, I immediately noticed that some of the electronics were not working correctly and it still felt like the battery was being drained. Because the original diagnosis didn't seem to match the symptoms, I took the vehicle to Al's Electric Repair in Anaheim, a shop that had successfully fixed an electrical issue on another vehicle of mine. Al's quickly identified a parasitic drain caused by a camera installed inside the cabin. Once they repaired the drain, the electrical issues disappeared and the car has been running properly ever since. What concerns me is that the first shop initially told me they had found a parasitic drain, but later concluded that the battery was the only problem. Whether the battery needed replacement or not, the actual drain remained and was causing the issues I brought the car in for. Based on my experience, Al's Electric Repair accurately diagnosed and repaired the problem, and they have now successfully resolved electrical issues on two of my vehicles.

It is no frills, but they have everything they need there. From my experience, they have swift access to any parts. Brian fixed my AC issue in a few hours. It was a thorough inspection as there were so many components involved, with 3 zones. They diagnosed, got the parts, fixed it all and it was for a great price. My family has AC again! It was "just deal with it" because the car was out of warranty and we expected that it would be super expensive. Ended up being $289 out the door - couldn't believe it. But the true gem is Marisol. She does it all and is the "mom" in the "mom and pop" operation. Great customer service and wonderful to talk to when you get there. She is excellent with communication, providing status, and working with your cost concerns. I couldn't speak more highly of somebody that I have worked with regarding my vehicle. After the inspection, for the repairs I chose to get the front engine mount and brake pads done. I left, came back within 38 minutes, and paid about $700 cash, around $835 total for everything. Pricing felt fair. Shop is in a rough area and the waiting space is basic, but fine. Only thing I didn't like: they didn't show me the old parts or the new ones (motor mount or brake pad boxes). It looked like new work was done, but I'd feel better seeing that upfront. Next time I'll ask. Overall, solid experience. Nice people, fair work, that's what matters. I'd go back.

My 2018 Honda civic's AC hasn't worked since last year and when I took it to Norms Honda, they quoted me $2,176 to fix the evaporator. I took it to another mechanic and they quoted me $400 for an A/C diagnostic and another $2,400 to fix the evaporator. I was so obviously being taken advantage of, and being a single young woman who knows nothing about cars I was almost willing to pay. But LUCKILY I was able to do more digging on yelp, got an online quote, and was able to bring my car in the same day! Junior explained to me that I was obviously being taken advantage of by the Honda dealership and the previous mechanic. He let me know the problem wasn't as severe or expensive to fix as I was previously told. He was able to give me the best price to fix the problem and since I saved a lot of money, I was able to afford adding additional services that I desperately needed to get fixed like my axles, gasket, and spark plugs.
