A cool little spot yet customer service is lacking. There isn't enough servers to accommodate the amount of tables in the restaurant. There is no hostess and everything seems to be a free for all. I visit Spring TX on occasion for work. This place was newer than the other place I usually went to for Thai. I have to say, everything here was amazing! Delicious food from the Tea, to the dessert. Male owner was serving table but he would chat with certain customer only for a long period of time, while female server was running around. We tried twice. My family and I have been going to this place every since we heard about it. the food is amazing but the reason I will not be going back is the service. They used to be attentive and friendly but the last two time we went no one greeted us and we sat for 12 minutes before someone threw menus on our table and walked away. if they are too busy they should hire more staff. I wish I could go in and order off a computer, because the service is not good. I am sad because the food is amazing but I would rather give my business to a place that wants you there. Nice decoration， very friendly service， so-so Happy Hour - sake drink portion were just small， cocktail menu is unimaginative，and only 2 ordinary snack items on Happy Hour menu... maybe I'm asking too much in a Thai restaurant？？？ Back to the food： stand out dishes were the Papaya salad and Kso Soi - yummy noodle mixed in the curry sauce with lots of chicken， it also had lots of crispy noodle on top.. a pleasant surprise.. we also had deep fried tofu.. while the tofu was cooked to perfection， the sweet dipping sauce were disappointed because it just tasted like the ordinary typical Chinese food. If they use some Thai sause..soy with tiny chopped chili with some lime or kumquat juice， i bet it will taste 100 times better. We also had Messaman curry with vegan duck， which were made of tifu skin.. curry was excellent but vegan duck didn't taste like duck， LOL. We didn't order the Tiger Cry （a yummy Thai style steak dish） because we loved Tony Thai's Tiger Cry too much.. Bottom line： great service， some stand out dishes but below average Happy Hour menu. We ordered the spicy fried basil rice with chicken and lemon grass chicken noodle dish. The portions are very generous. The dishes were tasty and we enjoyed the fried rice slightly more than the noodle dish. The fried rice was Thai hot on the spicy level - it was spicy but we have a high spicy tolerance level so we enjoyed that level of heat on the dish. Found this very quaint, nice place by accident. The Orange Chicken is just plain wonderful! Have eaten here a number of times, and have not had a bad experience yet. We're great initially, but consistently has messed up orders. Last time I ordered fried rice full of eggshell. Ordered soup was mad completely incorrectly with plastic pieces in the bottom of the container. Next time ordered sweet n sour chicken and it was soggy not the typically crispy chicken. I called every single time and was told okay we'll let the kitchen know both times. No refunds, I tip well minimum 20% everytime and everytime my order is made incorrectly.
