    Khao Soi was delicious
    Razi A.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We have a lot of Thai expats and work and they frequent here. We went one day and it was jam packed but we had a nice booth. We were seated quickly and they took out order shortly after. This is a nice, clean place, maybe a tad on the fusion side but the food looks solid. Portions vary from small to normal. The thing I liked was that they have Khao Soi which is a less common Northern Thai dish. It was really delicious and hit the spot. I did not get a chance to try Thai Tea or mango sticky rice. Next time. I usually get Pad See Ewe, Pad Thai, or Pad Kee Mao at Thai restaurants. Will have to try here and compare. Will be back.

Thai iced tea was great. Thai iced coffee reminded me of viet coffee. Strong and sweetened with condensed milk. Red, massaman and panang curry Noodles were smooth. Great flavor. Satay pork and chicken - amazing Wonton chicken and crab cream cheese Roti curry - eh. Watered down curry and not flaky roti. Papaya salad with crab - got mild and it was spicy! Fried banana was a tad too coated or not enough banana in the middle. Thai tea creme Brulee - very interesting play on creme Brulee Mango sticky rice - can't go wrong with this dish Thai beef jerky - surprisingly very good

This place was pretty good. My son and I were looking for a thai place close to him and this is where we ended up. We got the crab puffs and chicken wontons to start with. They were ok. My son and I both ordered curry and the curry was good. We both enjoyed it. What I loved about it was the dishes that they served them in. They were so pretty and elegant looking. My son's girlfriend ordered a veggie stir fry and hers was really good too! We all got Thai iced tea and loved that as well. Service was good and friendly. Food came out fast.

One of the best Thai places in the area! I've been here plenty of times and can confidently say this restaurant is nothing short of amazing. My love for it all started with a DoorDash order - the food was so good, I just had to track down the actual restaurant! The. Food. Always. SLAPS. All of the items I've ordered are flavor-packed and memorable. My absolute favorites that I order every visit? The Green Curry and Tom Yum Soup. Some close runner ups have to be the Chicken satay, Basil Beef, Pad Kee Mao, and Mango Sticky Rice. Part of what elevates the dining experience is the option to customize your dish. There are a whopping 10 different proteins options, ranging from vegan options to scallops, there's surely something here for everyone. As typical of any Thai restaurant, I'd advise to be cautious of the spice-levels. I prefer my food SPICY and find that the spicy level (3 out of 4) is perfect. The service here is as impeccable as the food. The staff genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. I mentioned that I had a long day at work and the kindness they showed made a lasting impact. Every single server is attentive and friendly. Not to mention, the food comes out quickly and has always been consistent. The staff runs the restaurant like a well-oiled machine - truly seamless. To top it all off, the ambiance is warm, cozy and inviting. The restaurant is in a prime location. During the day, the windows allow for a bright, well-lit interior. And the restaurant has a certain charm to it (hence the name) - making it feel homey, like you should wind down and stay a while. This place continues to make a lasting impact on me. I'm always looking for an excuse to stop by or bring my friends/family. If you're craving Thai food in the area, you definitely need to check it out.

Horrible service & RACIST. Stay far away if you are black woman trying to dine alone. I was just told by a gentleman to basically get up and move after one gentleman told me to go and sit anywhere. Tai then came to my table and told me I need to get up that I was a table for 6. Which I was not I was a 2 top next to 4 top table. There were many other tables in the restaurant to place large parties. Tay just wanted to be rude, racist and very nasty. Daniel who was supposedly the "manager" did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I have eaten at this establishment before many time. Now I will make it a point to let others knows the racism I just experienced Also when I mentioned it do Daniel he acted as if he didn't care. The picture below shows the amount of tables that were available for LARGE PARTIES

Charm Thai Bistro absolutely lived up to its name pure charm from start to finish. The Tom Yum soup came out piping hot in a traditional pot, rich in flavor with just the right amount of spice and tang. The vegetables were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly cooked, paired beautifully with the jasmine rice and crispy wonton. Everything tasted authentic and full of depth no shortcuts here. Service was fast, friendly, and on point. If you're craving real Thai comfort food in a clean, inviting setting, this place delivers.

The food was great, very tasty, serving size is adequate. Service is good and quick. Service crew is very friendly and attentive. Just need to be careful when they asked you about the degree if spicyness, medium spice level is already very spicy to regular people but the food is really good.

This is a Thai staple by my office. The service Is friendly but the food took a long time to get. The ambiance is quaint and great for a lunch. The pad kee mao had great flavor but the noodles were a bit al dente for my taste. Could have been softer. Plenty of free parking.

Lovely Thai restaurant. I love the decoration and environment. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Our waiter Amy was amazing and very friendly. The restaurant offers lunch specials and Happy Hour. I will definitely be back to try Happy Hour

It was decent, but definitely a bit over priced. Probably won't be returning. We were just a bit underwhelmed.

No doubt about it.! Food: we started off with the crab ragoons and they were simply amazing. Made fresh, and made to perfect perfection! The pineapple fried rice was very good. I went with level two and let me tell you what it was pretty hot. I ordered an extra cashews and it really made the dish so much better. Amazing I cannot wait to try more things off their menu. The customer service was top-notch. The young man that helped us was very personable and got our food out quickly. I thought the inside of the restaurant was decorated very nice. Nice lunch crowd. But I'll let me tell you what the food came out quickly. Easy five star review

The soup was especially heavy on the fish sauce, and while our entrée didn't contain fish sauce, it was also quite salty. Up until that point, I would have been open to returning and trying other menu items. Unfortunately, a trip to the restroom changed my mind. There was a large cockroach lying on its back on the restroom floor, and when I went to wash my hands, I noticed another roach under the sink area. They appeared to be dead, but that raised its own questions. If they had been there long enough to die, how often is the restroom being checked and cleaned? I realize bugs can happen anywhere, but seeing multiple roaches in the restroom was enough to make me uncomfortable. Because of that, we won't be returning.

Place is good for small groups, they have a take out service and possibly catering too. In a small shopping center parking is most of the time available, in a very well lit area. The food portions were generous, but the food was completely bland and dry. The items we ordered: 1. Shrimp fried rice. The shrimp was a nice size and not overcooked. The rice itself was dry and tasteless. 2. Crying Tiger (Beef with sticky rice). It clocked in at "not bad". While dry, it at least had flavor. 3. Pad Thai with chicken . Bland and underwhelming. 4. Pok Pok Chicken appetizer. The dryest bland fried chicken we've ever had. We decided that it was best to throw it away rather than feed it to our dogs. It tasted like the chicken had been under a heat lamp for hours. 5. Crispy Chicken Rolls Appetizer. The only enjoyable part of the meal. We were excited to try a new place but were disappointed. All of the food wasn't awful but it wasn't exactly good either. The experience could have been worse as it could have been overpriced. The serving sizes were generous for the amount they charged. Unfortunately a lot of mediocre to bad food is still not why we order food from restaurants. Hopefully this is just an aberration because of the time of day we ordered the food or perhaps their take out is not as good as their dining in experience. We might be open to going back to give it another shot but would definitely order different items. It's not likely, but it could happen. 3 stars because of the portion sizes and friendly staff. The food on its own is 2 stars.
