I had this place on my radar for some time and it did not disappoint! My friend and I decided to go on a weeknight so we didn't have to wait. For drinks, I went with the pumpkin pie martini and the pumpkin White Russian-both were delicious but the martini was better. We split the truffle ricotta balls, spinach and artichoke pizza and the gnocchi bomb and everything was tasty! The truffle ricotta was my fav-it was rich and creamy. The vodka sauce on the gnocchi was some of the best I've ever had but I did not love the bread bowl it was in-kinda tasted stale. The pizza was also a delicious combo, the addition of the prosciutto was top notch for me and everything was decent portion sizes. Can't forget dessert! The zeppole sticks-are you kidding me?! Amazing! Our server was also very friendly. They upcharge if you use credit card tho so even if the bread wasn't stale, they wouldn't get a 5 rating from me but I would def come again to try other things. INCREDIBLE!!! this spot is brand new to seaford (opened about 4 days ago) and i absolutely loved my time here!! first off the ambiance is great. the place is super cute and warm and the bar area looks awesome. as you walk in, you see the amazing brick oven and it is beautifully designed! definitely had a date night feel as soon as you step in! we started with the charred meatballs & wow! SO delicious and tasted so fresh! came with ricotta and their sauce which was so tasty. next we ordered some pizzas - the margherita with meatballs and the melanzana! SO GOOD. of coure the meatballs were already amazing so putting them on top of pizza was EVEN BETTER. the melanzana had fried eggplant and ricotta salata which was so earthy and flavorful, with the sauce made a perfect combo! we ended the night with a hot cappuccino. such a delicious dinner! definitely an awesome addition to the island! they're going to and deserve all the support because this place is great! will totally be back for date night! read more

Solid brick oven pizza joint that I definitely prefer over certain chain competitors. Always friendly staff, although sometimes not the most attentive. Food is great - pizza options are tasty and never any problems customizing things. Pies worth checking include Speck, Prosciutto & Pear, and the Four Cheese. Apps are good too, especially the zucchini chips - seems like a no-brainer but the way they do them here is really quite yummy and a step above most others I have had elsewhere! Staff was attentive as well.We started with the tomato beet salad very good fresh and yummy. Ordered the traditional Margarita pie and entree of Lobster Ravioli that comes with some shrimp. Pizza was AWESOME!! Ravioli could of been cooked a little more for my liking it was probably al dente for those who like pasta cooked like that me not so much but it tasted very good. Went last night for the first time. Service is super friendly and attentive. I was impressed with the long stem artichoke francaise appetizer. One of the best artichokes I've ever had. I'm not one to order pizza with crazy toppings but the prosciutto and pear pizza with fig jam, arugula and white balsamic was outstanding, hard to describe the unexpected taste sensation! And their crust is so good. I ordered the cacio e pepe, not what I expected, more akin to a carbonara, but it was excellent. I only gave 4 stars because I've only been there once. Hmmm...Naaa. I don't even know what to say. The waitress was nice. The food came out in a timely manner. However the food was well below impressive. When I go out to eat I want to eat something that is better than I can make at home. Although the food wasn't terrible, my husband can cook better...and he's not a chef. The most disappointing part of the meal is part of the name of the restaurant...brick oven pizza! We ordered the four season. It had no flavor and the crust was soggy. We also ordered the gnocchi. It was ok, but not anything that I can't get in the freezer aisle of a grocery store. My husband ordered the Italian panini. He was disappointed. Again...not terrible...but not good either. first of all, this is a fake brick oven store it's gassed fired and not a true old stone oven and the dough is fake too right out of the refrigerator and when cooked it gets soggy unlike other real coal or wood fire ovens that when you pick up the slice it's stiff and crunchy. Charred is the spot to be in Seaford! The restaurant is stunning! You can't miss its corner location. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Considering the restaurant only opened a little over a week ago, I was super impressed by the service and the food. The pizzas were perfect! They have a nice selection of unique pies. I also tried some of their pastas--the pasta is homemade and amazing. Their calamari is literally butter--best calamari I've had. Be sure to order it!! Highly recommend Charred. We love Charred!!! Not just for pizza!!! Anyone who loves pizza will certainly love this place, but the menu and specials have something for everyone's palate. Try the filet mignon sliders, any pasta dish made the way you want. Last night they had so many specials it was hard to choose. The manager Billy always greets us with a smile and we know he values his customers. The food is delicious. Some favorites of mine are the beet salad, wedge salad, tuna tare tare, cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage, jumbo pretzel, and so many others. This is NOT a pizza place!!! We had an amazing experience trying out LIs newest italian restaurant. Although they have only been open about a month, they are always busy and for good reason! The interior is a clean and sophisticated ambiance where you can even see the pizza and brick oven! The drinks were yummy, and the service was great! I think I liked basically everything I tried, from the luscious ricotta balls, to the truffle mac and cheese.
