This place is amazing! And this is coming from someone who loves their coffee and who's often at a loss for words, rarely writing a review. I had the maple pecan latte and it was just to my liking, so smooth and perfectly sweet. My drink came out quickly and my server was courteous. What's more is that this company has heart, giving opportunities to those with disabilities. Good coffee with a good cause! Inside was clean and super modern. Definitely gonna be my new "go to" when I'm in the area. Will try the matcha next time though! read more

This was a nice little spot for a quick breakfast bite. Service was quick and the cafe has plenty of nice seating. I had a vanilla matcha latter with almond milk and it was pretty good, no complaints! I also had the egg toast with avocado, and it was exactly as expected. Delicious, and I really liked the toast (you know it's good when I eat the edges!). I do wish it was a little saltier but I still enjoyed it! My friend had the hummus toast and here are his notes: Good! The toast itself was perfect. It had cucumbers and tasty seasoning and a hint of sweetness as well. Found this place by a happy accident and now I am going to make it my regular route! I had a decaf Spanish latte with oatmilk and breakfast sandwich (egg, bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese) which was delicious! Although the food was amazing, the fact that the shop is founded on such a good cause is heart warming. We have a local coffee shop in our city where we go for the SL. But now we know another spot that makes it just as great and has the right kick of spice. Can pick up here when we're otw to my in laws in Fullerton. ~ Honey Lavender Latte was good. The honey wasn't sweet nor the lavender isn't overly powerful. Very subtle. ~ Steak Breakfast Burrito was big. Definitely shareable if not too hungry. Filled w potatoes, my type of burrito with no beans. That i love. They gave it w a small guacamole & hot salsa. Wow what a real hidden gem! I got the strawberry matcha, holiday cookie butter coffee, and steak burrito and everything was excellent. I recently visited the cafe not too long ago because I noticed it's just across from my school (Cal State Fullerton) and I absolutely LOVEEE what they stand for! I got their Peanut Butter latte with Banana cold foam and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone who is visiting area and/or want something that isn't too sweet. I will say though that they close their kitchen / food options pretty early (at 4PM) so I couldn't get any of their delicacies, but overall, the ambiance was pretty calming and there were multiple seating options for those who want to get their work done there. read more

I tried CCR's Spanish Latte and my husband got the Peanut Butter Latte with Banana Cold Foam - both drinks were so good! Their steak breakfast burrito was one of the best ones I've ever had. The service was also wonderful. We waited about 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito, but that was because they were understaffed and it was a huge Saturday morning rush. Been wanting to try this place for a while because I think that their mission is awesome! It used to be Able Coffee Roasters but they rebranded. Located right across from cal state fullerton, it's a perfect place to do work and hang out with friends. There's lots of seating available and it has a really nice vibe inside. It was pretty busy because of an event taking place in the plaza but my drink came out super quick. I ordered their seasonal Spring Matcha Latte and it was great! Good balance of matcha flavor with a hint of strawberry and sweetness. I think it wasn't as sweet as I was expecting because I got it with almond milk, but nonetheless I thought it was really good! This spot used to be Able Coffee, same vibe and still supports differently-abled workers. I had a beautiful Vanilla Latte with their special pea flower cold foam on top. In addition, I ate a yummy Rueben on an everything bagel. Worth checking out when near CSUF. Came here on a weekday after my workout. It was nice, peaceful and the workers were so friendly. They had a beautiful interior with a little shop further inside. Yay! Perfect latte with leaf art. Milk not scalded to a boiling mess. Most "latte" serving coffee shops must not train their people enough.

To start things off, I hate to be leaving a not-so-good review but I will say that I appreciate and love what this business is known for. I love supporting mom & pop coffee shops especially those that create job opportunities for those with disabilities. It's a great cause but at the end of the day, it is a coffee shop so I'll keep every little detail in mind. I wanted to try a variety of drinks but they were out of matcha for the day when I arrived a little before 2 PM on a Sunday. I decided to order their CCR Cold Foam Latte with oat milk. The foam on top was pretty good but the drink as a whole was not so good. I could not taste any espresso at all. 90% of the drink just tasted like watered down oat milk with a splash of sweetness from the foam. The bottom 10% was just flavored water. I wanted to start off my weekend with a delicious cup of coffee but this drink was not it. Service was okay and I barely waited 2 to 3 minutes for my drink to come out. This seems like a nice studying spot for students. It's very spacious and has seating near the front entrance as well as the back that connects to the parking lot. read more

Food was delicious I highly recommend the turkey sandwich the spicy aïoli really brought all the flavors together. The banana matcha was good but it wasn't the best banana matcha I've had. The service was good. Nice workers. It's a cute little cozy spot to hang with friends or maybe have a solo coffee date. read more

I don't want to bring down the rating here because i believe their mission for the community is great. However, my experience here did fall short. Service is great, friendly, but slow. I am a pretty patient person, esp given the circumstances being that it's next to a school. Butttt I ended up waiting over 45 min for my drink before I got out of my comfort zone and checked in on where my drink is at that it finally came out. I could've waited more but I saw people way after me that had already got their drinks (same order as mine). It's probably a once in a while situation so I would look over iy, but keep that in mind if anyone is on a time crunch. I got the banana matcha. I would say that the banana flavor is lacking. The matcha was on the milkier side and pretty bland. I think if you're not into strong matcha taste then this would suit you. On the day that I went, the speaker had connection issue so it sounded like a broken record the whole time. Nothing headphones can't solve, but I'm not sure why they kept it that way for the whole duration that I was there (3 hrs).. The coffee shop is nice though! A lot of seats for students to lounge and study. Lots of table space to spread stuff. The shop is also clean. read more

Good service, good coffee. We are glad Chase is open again. We like its tables, chairs, and outlets for being able to bring in our paperwork/planning and do it away from our feline friends. It's neither noisy nor crowded, and most of the tables have access to power outlets. If there is music playing it usually is not annoying. read more

It was my first time coming here with my daughter. The last time I came here it was still 'Coffee Bean' the space is just how I remembered still very spacious for studying and getting work done. The place is kept clean and very minimalistic. I ordered the honey lavender latte which was flavored very well and the lox toast which was very delicious as well too. Perfect amount of cream cheese and capers and a drizzle of olive oil. My daughter ordered a ham and cheese crioissant and their MM matcha. Was attending the toon town market located in the shops parking lot so I decided to grab some coffee before browsing around. Ordered a caramel latte and a strawberry lemonade and both were just ok. The caramel taste in my coffee was barely present but the actual espresso tasted good. The strawberry lemonade had a weird taste to it, not sure if it was because the strawberry puree just sat at the bottom, even though i tried to stir it around, but i ended up only drinking a few sips before I tossed it. Not sure if I just chose the wrong drinks to order or if they were just off. I will say the inside of this coffee shop is very large with a great amount of seating. Ambiance was great and the staff members were very sweet, and i love that they give disabled individuals a chance to work! I would come back to try the food, but if you're looking for good matcha, steer clear. We got the strawberry matcha, and i don't think they use ceremonial grade matcha because it was grainy and watered down. It looked beautiful but sadly the taste did not match up.
