Tried charging us an "automatic" 22% tip on my last visit. Went there with my parents and daughter, party of four and when they brought the bill there was a "SERV" charge for $35 dollars. When I asked what it was for, the waitress explained that there's a 22% tip added to all checks over $170. This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. After complaining they reduced it to 18% but still unacceptable. I've seen automatic tips added to checks but for parties of more than 6. I don't mind tipping for great service but on this particular visit it really wasn't very good. Even 18% was steep for the kind of inattentive service we received. read more

We decided to try out Che Tito's on a whim because we were in the area and where starting to get hangry and thought that pizza would help. If we had known before hand that they where more of an Argentine steakhouse that a pizza place wouldn't have gone in. Since neither my wife or I have Argentine pizza before we tried it anyway. The menu was a little irritating because it was mostly in spanish. Luckily pizza means pizza in pretty much every language, so we worked through it. Service was pretty good, the waitress who served us was very attentive. The pizza was pretty good, it wasn't overly greasy and had good flavor. The only complaint I have is that it very cramped when dining inside. I felt as if my personal space was being violated the whole time I was there. read more

Noticed this obscure little Pizzeria in the corner of the mall where I get my dry cleaning done. Place was a full bar dotted with small two-person tables. Lunch menu ranged between fish steak chicken and pasta dishes, $5.49 to 11.99, many accomanpanied by side dish of either fries, baked potato or salad. I ordered "Cuadril 8 oz" and a simple side salad. It came with warm bread. The steak was served with the Argentine condiment chimichurri sauce and I noticed the pictures of the horsemen on the walls, leading me to think the owners are of Argentine origin. Steak was very tender and the salad large, made of romaine, onion, and quartered tomato. This came to a shade over $10, which was well worth it. Waitresses pleasant and attentive. read more

A friend of mine took me to this little hole in the wall about a year or so ago and I was lucky enough to have him to order the most delicious items on the menu (I'm not very Argentinean food savvy.) Been going to Che Titos for over 10 years. Best parillada Argentina hands down. Try the empanadas de carne (meat) and espinaca (spinach), and the churrasco you will not regret it! Best value for your money, however restaurant is small has maybe 10 tables, totally worth the wait if there is one. read more

The server Jessica was an excellent server with very eager to cater to guest. The food was excellent and well priced. Filet Mignon is well priced and decadent came with a mushroom sauce. Chimichurri was also placed on table and went fast. Pizza Supreme (without anchovies for my taste) was excellent. Appetizer of melted provolone went excellent with french bread or garlic bread. So we went to eat at Che Tito's Argentinean, as we always have done for the past 10 years or so. The place had 2 other tables of people eating there, not busy at all. We ordered beers and got warm mugs, the waitress said they were busy earlier and mugs had no chance to cool in the fridge-ok. So the service was lackluster, she kept disappearing. At the end of the meal we had to flag down and beg for the check so we could get out of there(warm inside) and saw that they added 15% tip to the bill. The service did not warrant even 10%, she said it is stated on the menu that ANYTHING OVER 60.00 WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET 15% ADDED! BEWARE. read more

If you like perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked skirt steak and you're open to eating said steak in sandwich format, nestled between two halves of a fresh French baguette, topped with a couple tomato slices with a side order of fries, well then, this place is for you. FIrst off, I am not a huge fan of steak and I usually avoid ordering meat unless I am at a steakhouse. In any event, I came here a few weeks ago. I ordered a steak sandwich, (I am a gringa, its really not called that) and had a spinach empanada. Not too get ahead of myself or sound like a 420 kid, but that shit was fire. First and last time I've ever eaten here. My husband ordered a steak sandwich came with hair. I had the most expensive plate of pasta I have ever had $16.00 for red sauce that looked like it came with a can topped with cheese, one piece of a mushroom and nothing else. Love this place. If you want the perfect churrasco go here! This place is kind of a hole in the wall but as soon as you walk in you know there is going to be authentic perfectly grilled meat here. We started with a very moderately priced Malbec that was yummy. Then the provoleta. Damn. It is a large serving and it is perfect. Especially with the fresh bread it is served with. But the star was the steak. I am usually a medium rare steak person but my waitress recommended medium for the churrasco. She was right. It was cooked perfectly and I had to eat the whole thing. The place is advertised as pizzeria but don't be fooled by that,it is more like an argentinan Steak House,prices are not cheap but they're not out of a budget pocket, the only thing I see as a negative carachteristic is the size of the place and the service wich is a little bit slow. I've tried the churrasco sandwich, The chiken napolitana filet , I've tried churrasco wich was very tender and good(remember, they're argentinos!) and last time I was there I had the Parrillada argentina for 2 people(wich is huge and will surely serve more than 2) It's a sampler of typical argentinan meat pieces,they are brought to the table in some kind of barBQ pan, sizzling and hot served with 2 sides, the plate has 2 chorizos, two pieces of churrasco, 2 pieces of rib,morcilla,roasted liver, 1/4 bbQ chicken, chinchulin(BBqued tripe), .size is good, flavor is ok, As dessert I've tried the caramel flan and the tiramisu wich were really good but a little bit pricey(U$5 for the tiramisu) read more

We have been eyeing this place for the longest time, never stopping in. Had a couple of guests from out of town and decided to give them a try. It was fabulous!! I had the spinach manicotti and the garlic rolls (full of garlic). Some one else at our table had the churrasco and raved about it too. Okay, so I've been living in Kendall for years now and I had never been to nor seen this hidden gem. I'm a meat and potatoes kinda girl so I know a good steak. This my friends is a good steak. I ordered the churrasco vacio with white rice and plantains to share with my boyfriend. I don't eat a lot and almost never finish my meal so we share when we can agree on what to order. The Best! Although YELP said it was closed on a Saturday Night! We knew better and called to make sure. Don't know what YELPs reason for saying its closed, but this is the best steak in the area by far and has been here for a long time. The chimichurri and vacio and entrana are incredible. Went here with the hubby for a quick lunch. The prices were okay. What I didn't like were the woman that were sitting next to our table. They seemed like family of the business owner and they were so stuck up. They expected the servers to cater to them and ignore the customers - you know the one's that are actually paying. Then one lady that was part of the family she had her screaming child. You could barely enjoy the meal. The food was good but the whole experience was not so great. I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I've gone often during lunchtime with my co-worker and not only is the garlic bread sooooo good with great portions, but the churrasco sandwich special is fantastic, especially considering the price.
