Ballpark they quoted me $400-$600. Dropped my car off when I picked it up the bill was $996, and what they did instead of replacing the Catalytic Converter like I requested. they cut it in half and only changed half of the Catalytic Converter, then said "oh you need to get the back part installed soon it's going out.". They cut the Catalytic Converter in half only changed half if the Catalytic Converter now they are asking for $700 just for the missing half. I called Huffines Jeep and told them never to recommend Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler to anyone again. They are shocked that the Catalytic Converter got cut in half. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.
