Every face to face encounter I have from paying at the window to getting my food passed to me I'm made to feel like I have somehow insulted them. Grumpy, angry, and just plain nasty. I stopped to get a burger because it was the closest place around. It was 4:45pm and there were no customers. I walked up to the booth because I wanted to take a few seconds to look at the menu. As I was walking up I made eye contact with an employee through the side window, so they definitely saw me. The service here is never very good... I come here because it's close to where I work. Today I ordered mozzarella sticks and a sundae... There was no one in line, so there wasn't a rush. At the window, I wasn't greeted... I simply handed them my card. Someone different handed me back my card. If I could write a zero I would. We waited 20 mins to get the wrong order and cold fries. It wasn't because they were busy or under staffed. It did get busy after we placed our order, but we were the first people there when we placed our order. I ordered a burger with no Mayo, no ketchup, add Mustard, and loaded fries. I didn't get charged nor receive my loaded fries, but I did get cold soggy fries. Our burgers were also cold and soggy. They told us to pull forward and never brought us our food I went and stood outside the window for ten mins after waiting 10 mins. This was the worst experience I've ever received from a fast food Resturant and I travel nationwide. Michelle, The manager with red hair and tattoos and a terrible attitude refused repeatedly to address me until four times that I asked. I was missing five different items from my order, and was never made whole. She proceeded to ignore me, tell me that she had other orders to tend, to tried to snatch my food away from me after she asked me if I wanted a refund then would not refund me cash even though I paid with a debit card which is a standard allowed practice at most every establishment. She did not care to make me happy as a customer in any way shape or form and told me I could call the police and slammed the window in front of my face. Fire her! She is not a leader, an example, nor a manager. She can't even manage her stress, a simple order, much less other people. I've been coming here for years without issue, but after this degrading experience I will never return. Also it took over 30 minutes to get to get my food to which she replied I was lying, and did not even give me a receipt to confirm the refund. Worst service I've had at a drive thru. The lady seemed agitated from the moment she asked to take my order. She got more agitated when I asked for a minute to read the menu. When I pulled up to the window she handed me a sack without speaking then angrily snatched it out of my hands, saying that that one isn't mine. When we received our food I checked to make sure the order was correct - no loaded fries, just regular fries. I asked for the loaded fries and she angrily refused, saying I ordered regular fries. I have had all bad experiences at this location. The only reason I ever go is because they are open until 5am. After this last experience, I do not think I will be back anytime soon. We ordered our food and we were told with attitude "it will be at least 14 minutes". We told her that was fine and that we would wait. She then sent us over to wait in the parking lot for our food (which took about 20-25 minutes). When we arrived home and opened our food we realized that there was no bacon on our baconzillas. Instead they had nasty, hard and old fake bacon bits on the sandwiches (see picture). These sandwiches were disgusting and inedible with the fake bacon bits. NOTE: I originally tried to make this complaint on your website but it does not allow you to pick a location and therefore you cannot submit a complaint or a compliment. Worst ever... I walked up to the windows with employees hanging out of each of the "order" and "pick up" windows arguing with a delivery driver who had info on the phone and needed a replacement for a shake flavor. Your employee #1 was trying to figure out what the delivery driver wanted while your employee #2 was berating him for using the wrong window. Both employees pulled back into the store and closed the windows and I waited. And the delivery driver waited. And we waited some more. After a while the delivery driver started pacing and complaining and trying to get the attention of someone in the store. It took a long time for anyone to respond to him and then apparently he was picking up two orders and things were confusing. I was ignored the entire time. After he left I waited another few minutes and then waved at the people in the shop. A few minutes later, #1 came to take my order rudely. I did not complain. I was hungry, stuck with no other hot food options close to me (I was traveling in a motorized wheelchair that was running out of steam so I couldn't just go somewhere else) and I just wanted my food. I ordered a meal and an additional burger. I paid with cash, was handed my change and the window was closed. I moved to the "Pick up" window to wait. I waited 11 minutes. Then I was only handed a bag and not a drink, but #1 said "let me go get your drink" and looked at the receipt to see what it was and then closed the window. He did not come back. After several minutes, and several people have now come up behind and around me so I cant back up to the other window. Finally I see #2 in the window and I waved. #2 made faces at me and waved his arms to the other window. After a minute more (with me not knowing what to do, I cant back up unless I make everyone move cause my wheelchair is large) he comes back to the window and shoves out a cup with no straw and I say "may I have a straw please". #2 says "you were supposed to get your drink and straw at the first window!" I said "ok but can I just have a straw now?" and he says "Just wait while I tell you why you did this wrong and why this is taking so long". I said "I don't need to know that. Cant I just have a straw?" He said "No, now you will wait" and slammed the window. I then asked myself if I had bail money cause I wanted to break the window and reach through to the disrespectful #2. I did not have bail money so I left and am writing this letter instead. I get you can't find people to work. Last week my husband and I were traveling in Florida and we stopped at one of your locations and got stuck in the line. You know the line that has no way out. Once you are in you are stuck til you pay and can move past the wall or whatever keeps you in the line. By the time we got to the window I was cranky. We had been in line more than 25 minutes. And then the lady said the magic words "I am so sorry for your wait. There are only two of us working. No one showed up to work tonight." OMG We did not complain and in fact we tipped them all the cash we had, 8 dollars for them to split and we thanked them for working. I get it. I have worked in every level of food service from the drive thru to FOH manager. But #1 and #2 need fired or some serious, serious retraining. Make them watch "give them the pickle". Make them go through a front of house training course that focuses on the customer. Do something. Cause I got down the road, far enough that I was calmed down and I pulled over in some shade to get a sip from my cup with no straw and its not my drink. It's a diet. Ew. And the bag of food isn't my order. IT WASNT MY ORDER. So I wasted my $13, well kinda. My dog was happy. I was and am still pissed off. Get it together or close locations. This is by far the worst Checkers, or any other fast food business, I have ever been to! The customer service is atrocious, no sense of urgency, no communication from the staff to the customers. The staff just pretends like there's nobody there waiting to order and never looks at the walk up window. The staff ignored a person for at least 15 minutes, who was trying to pick up food for delivery. Almost every time I go there they mess up my order. They need to retrain every person who works there, including management. read more

Man I hate leaving bad reviews but last night just sucked :/ it took 25 minutes for a line of 2 cars and on top of that they really really messed up my order and I'm not sure how. I speak very slowly and clearly and politely in drive throughs and somehow instead of a chicken bites box and 3 extra barbecue sauces they charged me for 3 meals and no sauces at all, along with the wrong flavored shake (I'm allergic to strawberries) Not really sure what happened and I'm horrible with confrontation, when I realized what happened and how overcharged I was, I asked her why I had 3 boxes and she was completely silent. I was on the verge of tears since I hadn't eaten anything that day after working 10 hours so I just drove away. During the daytime and last week at this time they were able to serve me. I go here pretty often when I'm here from school and I HAVE to have checkers when I'm home because we don't have it up at school. Every time I come here there's two workers that go above and beyond for me, they are some of the nicest people I've ever met! Ones named Natasha I don't know the other lady name but she ALWAYS makes sure my order is right, she's always friendly and respectful. Makes the experience great. Only thing that is not so good about this checkers is that the wait time is superrrr long. Despite all the bad reviews, I think they're good. Pretty terrible! I was one of two people in line when I arrived. My total time till I got my food was about 40 minutes. After the person in front of me got their food they threw it back at the building and drove off (I should have taken the hint.). I ordered one bacon double cheeseburger and two 5 piece classic wings one hot one garlic Parmesan. The gp wings were great! The burger was edible, but you could tel it had been sitting under a lamp for hours by how how dry it was. The Hot wings were literally frozen. They were so cold they were hard and someone had just put sauce on them. While trying to eat in the parking lot my car was surrounded by druggies bumming money. But today , my husband did not have a good experience at this location cause of the manager screwed up my husband's order , and my husband as been going to this location for a good two months now cause of his work , and the other ladies are great with his order , but today was different . The manager a heavy set Black lady was rushing orders out the window and didn't take 5 secs out of her time to check over my husband's order! Really !? It doesn't matter if its lunch hour you should always make sure your work is up to par ESPECIALLY in the food industry . If somebody is requesting their food a certain way then that person excepts it ...so to push out food so fast and not paying attention to detail ...there should be no excuse for that at all ...you should always pay attention to detail .... So it as far as this location goes , my husband will continue going to it ...as long as that manager is not there ... When interacting with minimum wage employees, you understand that these are about the dumbest of the dumb. The people at this specific Checkers take that title a step above and beyond. When one drive through lane is closed, instead of putting a sign up, they let you pull up and wait until someone realizes you're there until they ask you to back up and get in the other lane, by that point being passed by a couple of people. Also, why is that lane closed if the speaker works? Hope might not be lost. If they fire the entire staff and management, this location might be salvageable. read more

This is consistently the worst Checkers. They got my order completely wrong. I ordered bacon cheeses fries and two cheese burgers, what I got was two chicken sandwiches and plain fries that were dumped upside down in the bag. I drove back to get my correct order, this time making sure to check the bag before leaving the window, and they forgot the bacon cheese fries again. Out of the 4 employees standing by the window, including the manger, it took a gentleman on the other side of the kitchen to get them. No apology and the wait time for each visit was 15 minutes at the drive thru window.
