I come to this location every Friday around 3:30. I am served by the same lady with caked-up make up. She is rude and you can clearly see she is forcing a smile. They get your order wrong and then give you an attitude when you get to the window. I also want to know why TF I am being charged for sauce when I bought a meal. When I asked the lady with the greasy makeup to give me some catsup she said they were out. What place that sells burgers and fries is out of catsup? She was clearly lying. It's checkers you know what you're getting if you live in the area. This one is open late and typically busy but I typically get hot fresh food and good service. Be careful pulling out onto the road! The exit is really steep, and you'll clip the front of your vehicle pulling out. That being said, it's Checkers, and it's the kind of gut-busting food you'll only eat every 2 months... which for me is about how long it takes to forget the aftermath from the previous time. My wife and step- father went to the checkers on the corner of 50th Street and 7th Avenue. They ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs and a medium fry. When they left that checkers and opened up the chilli dog for my wife the bun had mold on it and the fries they got was old tasting, and she had to wait to get service at the window. Do not apply to work at Checker's , the will hire you at the position and the rate to meet your expectation, but at a surprise, when receiving you first pay check, you will see that The District Managers of Checker's go in to the system after the hiring process to alter your rate of pay to a much lower pay. I was Hired in as a General Manager at $45,000 a year as agreed upon by the District Manager, witch should reflect a rate amount of $21.63. While receiving my first pay check i noticed that the new amount was $11 an hour witch equals $29,900 a year witch is a difference of $15,100 a year as specified by the District Manager.
