This specific location and Cheddars in general is absolutely disgusting with low quality food. Please save your money and go elsewhere. At this particular location, my girlfriend and I showed up at 8:40pm for dinner and were sat in the back in front of the bar where nobody else was seated. The waitress took our drink order and didn't bring our drinks for 10 minutes. Instead, she was at the bar yapping with the bartender and other bar patrons. When she finally brought our drinks, the ice was melted in both drinks. She then came and took our order which was spinach dip for the appetizer, chicken tenders + 8oz top sirloin steak w/ fries & mashed potatoes, and chicken fried chicken with broccoli & cheddar and loaded mashed potatoes. The drinks still sat with melted ice. I tried getting her attention multiple times but she was still hanging out at the bar. I then turned on the "Call Server" option on the Ziosk which also got ignored. I finally went to the bar and asked for new drinks which the server brought several minutes later and blamed it on "being hot" in the restaurant. Eventually our food arrived. My steak was dry and overly seasoned with some gross spices. The broccoli and cheddar was thick and looked old. My girlfriend said the chicken tasted gross. To top that off, the server forgot about the appetizer and had the audacity to still bring it out with our main meals at room temperature. But when we finally asked to order because we were in a rush, his attitude changed completely. He told us he had to get to another table first. When my wife asked if he could just take her order quickly, he let out an audible sigh and said "Fine," like we were bothering him. It got worse from there. Sharon ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and asked what gravy comes with it, and he responded, "it on the menu." My wife ordered the Monte Cristo and asked about adding something, and he told her, "Listen, you can't add anything else to this order. Do you understand?" It took our waiter about 20-25 minutes just to take our drink order. We already knew what we wanted and placed our entire order at once, anticipating either staffing issues or slow service. Even so, things never improved. We waited an additional 30-45 minutes for our food, which never arrived. Eventually, we asked for it to be boxed up so we could leave. While waiting, we noticed the table behind us also get up and leave due to the excessive wait time. We arrived roughly an hour and a half before closing and were never properly served. My last review for this place was three stars.... Now, it's barely two.... At 6pm on a Wednesday, without any customers in the restaurant, we were sat very quickly. Thumbs up. Server was very nice. Double thumbs up. So far so good. Food was not good. Please see the pictures for descriptions. Monte Cristo was soft (even though it's supposed to be deep fried) and not hot. How? I don't know. We returned the flavorless kid's penne pasta. And I'm TIRED from the fight with the spinach dip. Why was the dip so tough?!? We literally had to use a knife and fork to get the dip out. I have not been here in ages and it is still pretty busy for a weekday lunch time. I had to wait for a few minutes to get seated. My server took my drink order and ask if I want to free bread and I said yes. and I look at the menu and decide on the county fried chicken and the food came out in good time, it was tasty and the cost for how much food they gave you is worth it. You can use the little tablet on the table to get your server to come to your table, and you can pay for your check on the tablet also. It is not noisy here during lunch time. read more

Todays meal was one of the biggest examples of service I've had in a long while. The staff were always friendly, but were more interested in talking at the Hostess station. The biggest problem was getting a refill of drink. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, but had to wait over 10 minutes for a drink refill. Both my glass and my friends glass were completely empty and set at the edge of the table in full sight. We also pushed the "call server" button and finally had to stand up and get someone. Okay I've been to cheddars so many times but this drink -- the pain killer -- have always caught my eyes (especially how it says maximum of 2 per guest). To start off, cheddars has really good spinach and artichoke dip. We also had their steak is to die for. When I said I wanted medium rare, you know I got a medium rare. Steak was so juicy and can't get over the fact that it was cooked right. The server was also really nice especially that we came in 10 mins before closing just to try their painkiller. If you're lookin for a great drink, order the Painkiller, they we sooooooo good! We got the cheese fries for an app (can go wrong with some loaded fries lol) and I got the Monte Cristo with Broccoli Casserole and my boyfriend got the Buffalo Chicken wrap. Second time at this specific location because I wanted to give them another chance. My first experience wasn't the best. When we arrived for lunch the staff were so pleasant and engaging. Those honey butter croissants were to die for. I loved every bite. I ordered the pot pie and wasn't pleased with the chicken. It was rubbery and didn't taste well. I ate about a third of it. The Caesar salad was extremely tasty and the dressing flavorful. The restrooms were the most shocking. I went to the ladies room and there were little baby roaches running around as if they had a pest control issue. I looked around the bar area and where we were seated. That was a total turn off.
