We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

Worst dinner experience!! Everything form the manager Kevin to the service we received from Victoria was just bad. We started with the ultimate nachos with the refried beans on the side. The nachos came out without the beans and when we asked about them they stated they were making them fresh. About 15 minutes of waiting and the nachos getting cold we asked about the beans once again. The waitress looked confused and stated that she would go check on them. A couple of minutes later Kevin the manager came over and asked us what was going on with the nachos saying that he was told we never received them but he saw them on the table. We explained about the beans missing and he said they were making them and that they would be out after the main course and asked if we still wanted them. We declined getting them because by now the nachos were cold. Now mind you this is just the appetizer. When it came to dinner they completely messed that up as well. One steak was ordered med-well and came out completely bloody. Sent that back. The other steak came out with onions and when I mentioned to Kevin, the manger, that I was allergic to them he just walked away. Mentioned that I was allergic once again to the waitress and she went and told Kevin. And once again he came over and this time he apologized and offered to cook another one. Like I said, horrible service and not to mention the management is clueless. They never once offered to take anything off the check or compensate in anyway. First, the Wisconsin cheese bites are probably the best tasting appetizer I have had in a long time, so I am a big fan. This location is always busy, as I have never seen the place less than 80% full, so I think people need to cut the servers a little slack with the amount of people they are serving. Second, even when the restaurant is full, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table, which is excellent. Being seated promptly is nice because the decor and ambience of the place is great. Then, seeing how low the prices are for the amount of food you get is amazing. I have had mediocre service and great service, this is always going to depend on the person you get. However, the food has always been good, great, or excellent and the menu is the same price whether you go for lunch or dinner. That is very rare, as I usually have to pay about 30% more at most places for dinner. In particular, the seafood (especially salmon and whitefish dishes) are excellent. They are healthy, quite delicious, and cost about 1/2 what you would pay somewhere else. I don't mind that these factors make this place busy all the time and I accept a wait because I understand that you cannot get these at anywhere else. To me, to expect instant service is unrealistic, as anyone who has worked in the restaurant industry understands. Excellent overall, and the menu has a great variety of delicious dishes. read more

all i can say is, cheddars has some really bad servers who are not professional. I had a recent experience here where a server first kept getting in my space, putting his arm behind on my booth- rude. I had to ask him to stop. Then when I asked him a question about a menu item, he went nuts. He talked about the item non-stop, repeating himself for no reason, and aggressively trying to dominate the conversation. It was really awful. I was on a date, and the waiters stupid behavior caused an issue with the date and I had to leave. its absurd when a server's rude behavior can cause issues with customers, but servers feel they can treat people any way they want, and worse towards nice customers they get abusive. Yes im sure mr. crap waiter wanted to 'dominate' a female, but do that on your own time, not to a customer. And keep your hands away from women and their seating area- it's so rude. There are a lot of bad servers out there- who mistreat customers- what gives servers the right to feel that b/c theyre a server they can do this? ive had previous issues like this too here- so its not a new thing. We just live in a day and age where people are rude and extreme if they want to be. all i can say is, stop mistreating women and servers out there esp here, get some lessons in customer service and stay out of people's spaces. read more

Where to begin. First and foremost, let me start by saying my entree was outstanding! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The FOH team was/is definitely on point. I will absolutely return. Now with that said,I did find the parking situation to be rather bleek. Being the owner of a VALET company perhaps I pay closer attention to situations, that most guests do not or will not notice immediately. While sitting outside, waiting for our table,I probably saw a minimum of 15 to 20 cars,pull in,circle the lot hoping to snag a spot,then pull out. Mind you,I was only outside for 10 to 15 minutes max. Being a Thursday, I can imagine that this place is extremely busy on the weekends. How could it NOT be?!?! The food is wonderful,the setting is wonderfully relaxing and it is geared for anyone who decides to dine in. Small parties, Large parties, kids,etc. In closing,I will definitely return and spread the word! just horrible service...the employees here are idiots and jerks. i went to eat there adn the server was like standing right next to me...almost sharing my seat with me. I had to ask him to back off. I tried placing an order on the phone for take-out--it took 20 mins to get through before being put on hold 100 times. Then i got a rude dumb idiotic male who kept talking over me and he was acting almost psycho. He HAD to dominate me during the conversation...then go over my order over and over again like a psycho seriously. SO you want the CHICKEN WITH NO BUTTER WITH THIS THAT THIS THAT...then he kept repeating that it had butter and that the corn had butter like ten times. these people that work there are totally crazy--i would steer clear of this place. Also then a female got on the phone b/c i complainde..she too kept reiterating about the butter thing though i was already told that...these morons and idiots can't just take your order and let you go--they make order taking a big drama...horrible place..nevre again read more

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first went here. I heard it wasn't too pricey, but I was worried I'd been lied to upon entering. It looks nice, it's clean, and the staff are all very friendly. The menu is priced fair and then I started to worry the food would be sub par to match the price. I was amazed with how great it turned out! I've never had a bad time. As a side note, they don't make weak drinks. I'm so used to getting watered down alcohol at other restaurants I was happily surprised to get a drink with some kick in it here. The one time it took us a while to get our food, the wait staff gave us a complimentary appetizer to make up for it. We didn't even ask for it, but they still took great care of us. read more

Been here a number of times and always love it, tonight I went with my friends and family ( 10 of us all told ) for mine and my friends birthdays. First off they don't take reservations but i called ahead to just let them know we would be in on a Saturday at 6pm when they would be busy. When we got there ( about 525 ) it was busy and they said it would be about an hour for us to be seated because there was a party of 20 in front of us. It only took about 15 minutes for us to be seated at a nice table where we had lots of room to be comfortable. I came here for dinner on a weeknight and ordered the chicken Alfredo. My meal came with a side salad and a very delicious bread roll. The meal was very good and completely filling, very nice large portions. I got to-go boxes and the left overs were great later. I always enjoy their food however they say me by a back door that was constantly opening and closing. Normally I wouldn't like being by the back door but you could imagine how I feel during a global pandemic while eating food and people are walking in and out. Some people aren't wearing masks either (customers walking in and out) so that didn't help. When it's good, though, it's very good. The staff is also very nice, and the interior is kept extremely clean. Some of my favorite items from the menu are the sweet potato noodles, pesto noodles, garlic broccoli, miso-glazed tofu, and their pickled red onions. I enjoy all of the sauce options as well, but when ordering my food to-go, they have forgotten my side sauce a few times before. I love that their menu is 100% gluten free, and I am so happy my gluten-free friends have a spot they can fully enjoy.

Fries weren't house made but were prepared crispy and were tasty. I can report that the fried Oreos are indeed very good and better than many others we've had in the past. They are known for serving a late night crowd, so you will find a number of sub sandwiches on the menu packed with various traditional starter entrees like fried pickles, fried cheese sticks, Mac and cheese, jalepeño poppers, onion rings and chicken fingers.
