I always order the beef cheesesteak, add bell peppers and mushrooms, and make it a combo (meaning you get a fountain drink (Big Red for me!) and fries). I don't know what the seasoning is that they put on the fries but it is SO.GOOD. The food is always cooked to order so it's fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service. The cheesesteak was great! I got the beef cheesesteak with extra cheese and I added jalapeños. The jalapeños were a great touch. The kick was needed. The cheese and meat blended perfectly, nothing outweighing each other. I'm picky about my cheesesteaks but this one meets my standards. The fries were nothing to run home about but they weren't bad. Really wanted to give it 2.5 stars but isn't an option. The food is decent however you must check your order before leaving, several times we have been paid extra for a Large sandwich but got a regular size, bought queso and chips but they leave out the chips. It can be hit or miss on the flavor and they seem to be putting less meat on our sandwiches lately. We order from here because it's a mile from the house but it's getting to where we may just stop. Came in on a rainy Tuesday & saw they have daily specials. I didn't get the one for Tuesday which is a delicious looking chicken club, but I wanted to try a Philly. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Philly and added bell peppers and mushrooms which were an additional .95 cent each. I feel that's a little pricy. .50 is understandable but that's basically $1. So $11 turned to $14 for a large fast. And I also ordered a side of onion rings, fair price. They had it decorated with a cute little Valentine's Day theme on the bottles. The service was good, the lady who took my order was nice and sweet. Food came out hot and fast. Churros were delicious and food is too. For $5 I do feel I should have gotten more onion rings and a more generous portion of add ons. read more

Omg this place is great! The costumer service is so great here, they seem to truly care about you and your food. I love cheesesteaks, but this is easily the BEST I've ever had. I split the Large Cheesy Cheesesteak with 2 other people and we all left full! DO NOT MISS THIS!! This would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a cheesesteak, such a good find!! Ooowe!! My husband & I went for dinner, I got the cheesy Philly cheesesteak added banana peppers, and he got a chicken Philly cheese, added jalapeños, and banana pepper. We shared a 6pc lemon pepper wings.. omg everything was so fresh & flavorful. The wings tasted better than wingstop, the sandwiches was both a good size & packed with flavor.. fries cooked just right & they had a bunch of sauces to try with your food. Customer service was excellent very helpful with things, there was one chef and when I say he didn't miss a beat.. give that man a raise! Food quality and taste was superb!!! They have a lot variety in cheesesteaks but it does not take away from the whole cheesesteak experience. We had the shrimp cheesesteak and cheesy cheesesteak along with the jasmine special as an appetizer. Sooo much flavor now for the customer service. The lady in front was great. First time trying out this new-ish location. I'd say the quality is on par with the Davis location. Good flavor, not overly salty, good meat/cheese ratio. Prices are slightly higher here than the Davis location... and prices have gone up around 50% in the last few years. Now its $12.88 after tax and credit card surcharge. My previous review from 2019 was $8. This location is much bigger (and cleaner) than the Davis location, and they have some outdoor seating as well. However, when I walked in, the staff was having a staff meeting in the middle of the restaurant floor, in Spanish. Kinda un-inviting atmosphere to walk into. read more

First time at this location and I'm highly disappointed, it's been maybe 5 years since I've ate a cheesesteak from the north Dallas location and use to be really good however I don't stay on that side anymore. The cook came in from outside and cooked my food with no gloves on. I can tell they use a different meat that is cheap and poor quality, it's fatty and chewy and I won't be back. This was an online takeout order. When I pulled up into the parking lot, there were some broken apparatus in the parking lot that looked appalling. I went inside to pick up my order and it didn't seem too professional. When I got home and opened up my cheesesteak sandwich, it look like an extended hotdog bun with about 4 tablespoons of meat with some cheese. I was very disappointed. This company charges 7.95 for an 8" Philly, but up charges to 8.04 if you use a card. What comes on the Philly? The classic comes with American cheese and grilled onions, you want literally anything else it'll be $.95 bell peppers, provolone cheese, anything else is extra. I've frequented the CH on davis multiple times and the food was always on point, so when I saw this CH closer to me i was excited to go and didn't expect anything different from my past experiences. The set up/menu is the same as the davis location so I knew right away what I was getting. I decided on the cheesy cheesesteak combo with fries. The food came out quickly and piping hot. Upon eating a few fries, there was an odd taste to them. After eating more fries, I realized they tasted like seafood like they were fried in the same oil as the seafood; unfortunately it was an unpleasant taste and in rare form my fries got left behind when we left. The cheesesteak looked like what I'm used to but didn't taste the same, the meat was bland and tasted low quality and the cheese sauce surprisingly didn't help elevate the flavor, I was disappointed it tasted so different from what I'm used to. My bf ordered the shrimp cheesesteak and he didn't care for it at all; I had a bite and it was just ok and the shrimp was sparse.
