Our concern is that our Frenchie cries when I'm upstairs, his recommendation was to crate her and let her cry, walk her on a choke collar to show her authority and not let her use a doggy door or access toys. I dropped my dog off and later on that first day, he sent me texts and videos containing updates on how well Simba was acclimating to his new environment with his temporary master.
