The large chunks of chicken breast were not flavorful and were slathered in BBQ sauce and not much else. The sandwiches are huge, so I was very happy with the portion size for the price. Just be aware that the differences between the size options is the amount of the meat, not the size of the sandwich! Cherry Pick's menu is pretty clear about that, but the food apps aren't. Best Cobb Salad ever! I came here on my lunch break to grab a salad. I was asked if I wanted a small or regular. I said regular but was told the small is pretty huge, so I went with the small. I didn't want avocado because I'm allergic so they offered to add more chicken in its place. The salad was brought out to me and it was enough for 2 people! Don't be fooled by this seemingly ordinary and small cafe; it's a treasure. The menu is large and takes a while to process (there are sizes for sandwiches and salads). Though, if you become a regular I suppose you learn what size you need from day to day! The portions are SO generous! The large Cobb salad I ordered (regular or large) was HUGE and I could only eat half. I actually saved the other half for the next day. The Italian sandwich I ordered was large itself and very satisfying (you can choose the bread you wanted). They put all the dressings/condiments on the side for you if you ask; I told them I was taking it with me on the plane. The owner was so friendly and accommodating which made me feel very well taken care of. I had someone at the airport approach me and ask where I bought the salad but I told them that I purchased it before going into the airport. That sounds like a win to me. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the kind man behind the register. Why are there no restaurants available around the court house except for their own lousy cafeteria? This doesn't make any sense! The greens were fresher than we've received at Patina and the portion was substantial. Prices were reasonable and the quality was higher than I ever anticipated. I was foolish not to carry bottled water in my pack, but the little restaurant has bottled water, Gatorade, juices and soda for sale. I didn't look for the hours, but it seems to be a breakfast and lunch type of café located next door to the Kawada Hotel. This area was very isolated on a Saturday morning as there are public offices nearby but nothing else really interesting. There was a small assortment of pastries, croissants and muffins inside a glass display case. I'm pretty certain the baked goods are brought in from another baker. I had a berry danish with a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice. The pastry was fresh but rather not too extraordinary. I loved the juice, served very cold with lots of pulp just the way I like it. On a back counter sits a few glass containers of breakfast cereals.
