They always offer my daughter a balloon which makes her day and saves my sanity while we eat (at all of the locations we've visited). We are always greeted quickly, served fast, and the food is always hot and delicious. The red sauce will change your life. It is so good! The new owner has raised prices, reduced portion sizes, increased wait times for food readiness, and increased wait times for food ordering. Nearly all of the front-of-house staff has been replaced and there is a definite vibe of unrest when I walk in now (the few times that I still go there) Chip portions are bleak, the wraps are about two-thirds their previous size, and everything costs more... a recipe for disaster in my opinion. This was the ONE business in Mebane that needed absolutely nothing... it was turn key for any new owner and a guaranteed hit with the locals. Within a few months, the feedback from me and everyone else I've talked to is that it's now on the decline and we no longer recommend it to visitors, or family visiting.
