I had the same service done today, and my car came back with visible dog hair throughout the interior and seats that had clearly not been cleaned. The photos speak for themselves. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. When we brought it to their attention, we were first told the car had dog hair when it was dropped off (which is exactly why I brought it in for a detail). Then we were told it had actually been detailed properly. Then we were told we had only paid for the basic detail service, which was not true. The employee who came out to speak with us was completely unhelpful and dismissive. His solution was for both my husband and me (had to be both of us!) to come back at 8:00 AM the next morning to speak with "Mr. Jon." When I asked whether there was a time window we could come in, I was told 8:00 AM and that's it. After five years of detailing services and countless referrals to friends, family, and coworkers, I expected much better customer service. A bad detail can be fixed. What can't be undone is being treated like a problem instead of a customer. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, I'd think twice. The quality of service clearly depends on who works on your car that day, and if something goes wrong, don't expect accountability.

Worst experience of my life…read more First off I went to get my car washed, and the card reader wouldn't work multiple times so I clicked help. Denise came out to help me but she came right up to my window so I pulled it up because I can't be that close to somebody. However I opened the passenger side window and when she was on that side she was very upset and ignored me. And then kept walking inside despite me continuously saying help Please help Please help I then click the help button again and somebody with blonde hair came out who kept telling me to put the card in as I continued to share that I was charged multiple times already and then it finally went through. I called in to talk to the manager, today is Monday October 21st and it was 7:40 a.m. that I called. He and the rest of the staff continued to misgender me and mispronow me and talk over me. And continue to yell at me. And when I asked him will you please let me finish what I'm sharing or you going to keep talking over me. And he just kept yelling at me and I said I'm going to put a Yelp review if you're not going to let me finish and he goes go ahead and put a f****** Yelp review This is self-service You're lucky we even helped you and I just hung up before I could hear the rest of what he said. This was an incredibly awful experience. I've been using this gas station as the only gas station I use for gas or for my car wash for over 20 years and I can't imagine ever coming back again after that horrific experience.

So i return to my car and magically he goes to the door and then removes the sign. I left. I don't want to give my money to businesses who have employees who don't follow business protocol or keep the door locked beyond the time stated on the door and your clearly just standing there.
