It's a straight shot with tables along the glass to the left and a bar seating at the bar to the right. Apparently there's another room off to the side that looked cute with a flower wall, it was being used for someone's birthday event. Thankfully a group was just leaving when we came in so we got their table but otherwise all seating was taken and people were standing around. The establishment seems more chill vibe during the day and a bar vibe at night which worked for us. The only downside at night is that you have to go up to the bar to order your food/drinks. Since there's no dedicated server we had quite a wait for our food and we had to ask multiple times for our check. We ordered the brown sugar babe and hibiscus margaritas. The brown sugar babe -that thang is STRONG definitely an old fashioned. When I asked the bartender about it to see if I could get more apple cider in it they said it didn't come in it even though it was on the menu? Luckily I don't mind a stiff drink. The hibiscus margarita was amazing ended up ordering another round. For food we got an order of fries, mac & cheese bites, and the garlic Parmesan wings. Absolutely recommend the wings! They were extra crispy and help up well with the sauce that was super flavorful. Nothing between than sipping your drink, vibing and singing along to some early 2000's r&b with a chicken wing in hand. We'll continue to come back here for girls night we had fun!

Patio situation started off a little weird. We sat outside and apparently nobody told our server we existed, so we eventually had to remind them, "HEY... WE'RE STILL OUT HERE!" Had to announce our own existence before we could even get drinks. Once they figured that out, though, the service was ON POINT. We got 3 margarita flights -- strawberry, mango, and regular -- and HOLY COW... ALL GOOD. Not one bad margarita in the bunch. Then the fried zucchini came out and THAT SHIT WAS PERFECTLY COOKED. Crispy as hell, perfect inside, and AMAZING. Whoever cooked those knew exactly what they were doing. Got the chicken barbecue quesadilla WITHOUT the BBQ sauce because I'm sorry... BBQ sauce on Mexican food makes ZERO sense to me. My brain just refuses to accept it. Also got the chicken fajita nachos, which were solid. Best part? EVERYTHING was Happy Hour priced. 3 margarita flights + 2 FULL-SIZE watermelon margaritas + all the food = $79 TOTAL. Honestly, that's a damn good deal. Once we got past the "apparently nobody knows we're on the patio" bullsh*t, the service was great, the Place was clean and welcoming Drinks Zucchini Nachos Quesadilla Happy Hour prices = HECK YES. I'd definitely go back. Just tell somebody I'm on the patio next time. I shouldn't have to conduct a search party for my own server. read more

Came to place a large order to go just before 5pm today. Place is less than half full. 3 employees walk by and look at me waiting by the register. A family of 3 walk in behind me and stand a a little too the right of me and one of the workers that has already seen me waiting walks straight to them and seats them, doesn't say anything to me. I asked another passer by for the manager. Let the manager know I had been standing here 5 minutes now and ignored by 3 employees and a party of 3 was seated with no acknowledgement to my presence. Let them know this was terrible business practice and that i was taking my business elsewhere. The restaurant wasn't short on staff. In fact there was a new hire sitting on the bench the manager forgot about. She asked him was he waiting for a door dash and he replied I'm the new hire, you asked me to wait here. Smdh. Terrible experience here today. My order is for a group of 10 people so they easily lost out on $300-400. For reference I did not want to go through a food delivery service because the last time i made a large order somewhere it showed the driver was waiting for my order then cancelled after 5 minutes. I believe they sent another driver who was told the order was already picked up. It was a hassle trying to get a refund even with no proof of delivery read more

Although I haven't been to Chevy's in a while I have to say I was BEYOND disappointed in how our visit went last night. We made a reservation for 13 people at 6pm for a birthday. We were sat in a back quiet room which was awesome. But it was all down hill from there. We waited about 15 minutes before even being greeted and got to order waters and drinks probably about 7 margaritas. They kept bringing out the wrong drinks to the table. Probably about 8 times throughout dinner was a drink that wasn't ours sat on our table. When our food came out, a lot of people's came out wrong. Or again they were just bringing the wrong food to the table. Half of our table waited ANOTHER 30 minutes before getting there food. Half the table was finished eating before everyone had got their food. There was no explanation or apology for anything. Not even a happy birthday or anything when asking for plates to cut a birthday cake... And after the horrible experience and just wanting to leave after being there for nearly three hours our check had a 20% gratuity added on it. I am a great tipper have worked in restaurants my whole life, but no one deserves a 20% grat. for that service. We will most likely not be back. read more

Chevys is always such a great place to come for good food, a fun atmosphere, and amazing service! Every time I come in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the overall environment makes it a really enjoyable place to spend time with family or friends. I especially want to shout out Toni, who is an absolutely amazing server! Toni was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we were having a great experience. She checked on us throughout the meal, made sure we had everything we needed, and was so kind and patient the entire time. You can tell that Toni really cares about her guests and takes pride in providing great service. She definitely made our visit even better! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner. Everything was delicious, and the portions were great. Between the food, atmosphere, and especially the service, this was definitely a five-star experience. If you come to Chevys, definitely ask for Toni! The food came out fresh and full of flavor--especially the sizzling fajitas and the chips with their house salsa, which were amazing. I had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Alexandra! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. So sad...AWFUL, HORRIBLE experience and service! It started out good server she brought over 2 baskets of chips and 2 bowls of salsa YaY! After that it all went down hill, the place was not busy either. We @ first were gonna sit in Cantina and dine but usual many dirty tables a mess typical Chevy's, No Wonder Chevy's they have mostly all Folded/Closed in SF/Bay Area. Food was fine. Out of no where the server starting like "rushing us too leave was the feeling", she asked do you want more chips we said NO Thanks, so she took the ones on table away SERIOUSLY and salsa away too? My plate was finished, she stood and watched until the other persons plate was finished SERIOUSLY? I never got a ice tea refill. After we both done eating plates cleared the server she started wiping down our table like leave Go Home, she smiley tho. while doing this task, NO apologies either...we paid our bill and left, guess this was our "Grand Finale for Chevy's"...sad!??? The staff was super friendly and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our entire visit. Everyone was attentive without being overwhelming, and it really made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious and came out fresh and hot. The portions were generous, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. You can definitely tell that the kitchen puts effort into making sure the food is enjoyable and consistent. I have been visiting this location for years but my father had never been living from out of state - I brought him here a couple nights ago and we had the delight of being waited on by miss Angela - she was amazing ! She was so attentive and friendly and her genuine happy attitude made my father smile so much. He loved her bubbly personality I had to find some way for her manager to know how fantastic she did ! Our food came out prompt and in order which is not guaranteed. Soup came out first and perfect. My fathers tea was refilled and I enjoyed the Cadillac margarita she recommended! I LOVE the chips and salsa so fresh warm baskets are the best! I hadn't even noticed my extra sour cream wasn't on my plate and she brought it out ! Just amazing superb service. I used to work here as a host, and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. I felt unsupported, disrespected, and mistreated by management during my time there. One of the most upsetting parts of my experience was being subjected to sexual harassment by two employees, Roberto (a server) and Ricardo (a manager who worked at the bar). I reported what I experienced to my manager, Oscar, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or appropriately addressed. As far as I'm aware, they both still work there. As a former employee, this left me feeling unsafe and unheard. I expected management to protect employees and respond appropriately to serious complaints, but that was not my experience. Because of what I personally went through, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I found the workplace to be toxic, unprofessional, and an environment where I did not feel respected or protected. read more

Chevys catering did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for our gathering. The chicken fajita was tender and well-seasoned, while the steak was juicy, savory, and cooked perfectly. Their famous chips and salsa always hit the spot, and the spicy salsa was especially tasty -- fresh, bold, and packed with just the right amount of heat. The rice and beans were delicious classic sides that paired perfectly with the meal, and the veggie fajitas were full of fresh vegetables and great flavor. I have never felt more uncomfortable at a restaurant than I did this evening.. what I thought was going to be a great start to a Mother's Day weekend was uprooted by what I felt as a discriminatory environment. Sat at the bar to get a drink while waiting for a table. When seated, I was escorted to an area that was separated from the main dining area, where every person sitting in that area was African American. I did step out to the other areas to ensure I was not just overthinking, but no, to my surprise my concerns were validated as this was the seating area they chose to seat me. As an established African American woman, it was sad to see that in 2026 this is what is going on. I will no longer be spending my money in places like this. Very disappointed Chevy's. Fantastic food by an even more fantastic server! Andrea's recommendation of frozen blackberry margarita (you HAVE to try this it's phenomenal) and a big daddy caddy - boy was that sucker big! Sampler platter with extra flautas instead of wings never disappoints. Andrea recommended the fajitas with 4 kinds of meat and that was so good. So much food and comes with fresh made tortillas. She made sure my sons food came out first thus keeping him occupied and didn't forget his ice cream sundae which she asked me permission to bring to him on the DL so son couldn't hear which is something every server should do. I have a love/hate relationship (more hate than love) with this particular Chevy's. First time I ever went there they totally forgot about us we figured everyone made a reservation but when 20 minutes past and we were the only ones waiting to be seated they asked us if we already checked in -_- duh! I guess someone crossed our name off without seating us we felt like they didn't even care so we left. Second time I went there (two years later) I had a blast great food great service, I was beginning to think maybe new owners =). tonight we had a reservation for 14 guests at 6pm. arrived about 10 min early. Was promptly seated. Our server was the Manager Shantel I believe and certainly not sure of the spelling. This outstanding lady made our family night out amazing, and seamless. drinks and food were delivered promptly, and was on point. Extra were brought out very fast. Even a to go order was ready at check time. we were celebrating 4 of our kids February birthdays and had two additional kids. when they came out to celebrate with ice cream and sombreros, she brought six! so that none of the kids felt left out! Kristina was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit, while Oscar was just as welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I was a server years ago so I know what to look for in a good one and she absolutely hands down was one of the best servers I've ever had . This was a very disturbing visit. My daughter was served BROWN APPLE SLICES as a part of her meal because they had sat under the heating lamp for so long with her mac and cheese. Then, when they refilled her lemonade they brought it with some extra protein on the side... A HUGE DEAD GNAT! We had to ask for Fresh Tortillas because they brought those first and set them on the table. They sat there for almost 10 minutes before our mail came. When they brought us a fresh batch of tortillas they were burnt and stuck together. Needless to say they looked extremely unappetizing. We came in today for brunch, had abc omelette and the steak fajitas. Everything tasted fresh and the flour tortillas they make to order were sooo good! Our server was honestly one of the best we have ever had. My brother is hard of hearing and she took her time to communicate with him and get his order right just how he wanted. She was very sweet and patient, and even recognized some words he signed (which is rare in the service industry) He wanted his food without certain things due to his food sensitivities and it came out just how he asked so thank you also to the kitchen staff. I had a great experience today at Chevys Fresh Mex, and a big part of that was our server, Junior. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without ever being overbearing. He kept our drinks filled, checked in at the right times, and made sure our food came out exactly as expected.
