My go to are the chicken and beef sliders such a perfect combination. They really do live up the hype.

The quality of the food is great and the boba was amazing! I got the chicken sandwich and blended watermelon shake with lychee jelly. I thought the chicken sandwich however didn't live up to the hype and wasn't very spicy. We had to wait in line for about 45 minutes and One sandwich is about $8 dollars, which I think is too expensive. However, I understand that Halal meat can be a bit more expensive. Finally tried this place yesterday after hearing a ton of hype. I had the burger and my dad had the big bird sandwich. We also each had a bubble tea (mocha for me and peach for him). The bubble tea was good! Both myself and my dad really enjoyed it. My dad really liked the big bird sandwich and rated it an 8/10. My burger was okay, kind of lacking flavor though even though I got everything on it. I think I prefer Bumper 2 Burger over this (when it comes to zabiha burgers). I'm docking some points because the girl who was working the register yesterday when we came in was pretty unfriendly. Not really helping, seemed annoyed by anyone she doesn't personally know. I saw she was really friendly towards people she knew. I would say she was plain out rude and for that reason, I'm docking 2 stars. I grew up on legit boba tea, this is not it. Maybe acceptable for those who haven't had the real thing. I ordered watermelon lychee blended. I waited 15minutes for it. It tasted absolutely nothing like either of those fruits. It had the consistency and taste like they blended some type of powder in with milk and water, no fresh fruit. I've been to Chi Tea probably 10-15 times since they opened. They were always so amazing and delicious every single time until the past two times I've been there! I've been noticing they're either out of tapioca or the drinks are far too sugary or chalky lately. I wasn't even able to drink the tiger sugar milk tea I got today, as it tasted like someone dumped enough sugar for four of them in one. Mr. Broast and Chill Tea are very close by, and are more consistent in their service! I'll give them another shot, but will likely stop being a consistent customer as I once was. read more

The cashier was so rude. No greeting and short and annoyed with each customer. Food is good, but they definitely need better staff. The cashier seemed annoyed as she didn't want to be there. She explained the drink completely wrong and then charged again for a new drink. read more

Love trying all the different flavors of bubble tea. This place is mostly always crowded and busy. The young lady at the counter taking our order was very nice, helpful and patient our first time there. She explained about all the flavors and gave recommendations on what was good in her opinion and what she liked to try. It gets so busy there that they bring your food/tea out and sit it on the counter and say they will text u when ur order is ready. We never got a text and went back in and our food/tea was just sitting there for who knows how long. The only staff person that was friendly was the young lady taking orders. No one else spoke or even called out people's name when they brought out the food/tea and left it on the counter. We now know just to wait inside if possible and keep and eye out for our order being brought out and sat on the counter. The bubble tea was really good and blended really well. Third strike for me. They are busy all the time so I am sure they are doing well for themselves and don't really care for reviews anymore but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They mess up orders and do absolutely nothing about it. Happened the first time, I let it go. A month or so go, they got my order horribly wrong. Instead of 4 sandwiches, they made and charged me for 9. I was told I would get a refund. Never did. I figured it was a new Muslim business and going through growing pains so I moved on and let it go again. Today I called to ask for hours and was told kitchen closes at 930. When we try to order ~845, we were told the kitchen closed at 830 and that they couldn't take the order. We drove all the way to be disappointed yet again. They seriously need to fix these issues or perhaps they have such a high volume of traffic, they don't care. read more

I'm very sad writing this review but it's not only the lines have gone down but the quality of the food has also gone south. My last review was a 5 star but not anymore. The big bird sandwich flavor was horrible. The sandwich was over cooked the batter was almost burnt and im assuming they screwed up the measurements on the salt because it was at least 3 times more than the normal. I've been here quite a few times already and recommended friends but I doubt I'll return for the sandwich or recommend anyone at this point. The bubble tea also isn't the same anymore. It was more crushed ice than the tea itself. The only reason I give this a 3 star is because of the customer service and I think they are really doing a good job with that. It's so sad to see such food places that offer amazing food and then flips as soon as the business takes off. read more

Update: Went again today and the big bird chicken sandwich was even better (more spicy this time). I also tried the classic burger (beef) and while I didn't like it as much as the chicken, it was still good. Got the Taro with tapioca and it was heavenly. I wasn't expecting it to be iced/blended which was a nice surprise.
