No customer care at all .. it's a very disappointing poorly rated first time visit .. the supervisors has no inter personal training on how to communicate with guest especially in busy hrs . Had the deep dish BBQ Chicken pizza--wow! I've been to Chicago and Numero Due enough times to say they've got the crust dialed in pretty well. Many deep dish pizzas are just a dough bomb with a brush of tomato paste, but this one had the goods. I want to go back and try the "Wine Wednesday" deal and also try the Chicken Pesto pizza. Yeah, overpriced wine is one of my pet peaves. I had a thin crust long ago at the old Chicago Fire in Old Folsom and it was "meh", but after hearing some superlatives recently, tried the deep dish at the Palladio and was pleasantly pleased. AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD!!! We came here with 3 hungry kiddos that were very cranky and as soon as we sat down the GM brought over a basket of fry's for the kids. Another great experience at ChiFi Folsom. we have. one to expect great salads, thin crust pizza and service from ChiFi. when our 30 something daughters come to town (from SF and Montana) always ask, rather insist, we go there at least once. last night was no exception. our daughter and fiancé came up from SF Friday night for the weekend and told us before they left SF that ChiFi was on the agenda. absolutely! Our server was Olivia. she was awesome and amazing. Our food was very consistent with our prior experiences. All great!!! Ok this is long overdue to the Chicago Fire franchise and now I am thoroughly convinced this whole chain has gone down hill. I have not been back to the Roseville location for a long time based on horrible experiences. This afternoon the wife wanted to try this location and despite giving them multiple chances this place really needs help. Despite having staffing issues the service was horrible! After waiting for an hour for food it wasn't even that great. Why really irritated us was the fact our waiter screwed up our order and just never came by to admit it. After being seating for over 30 mins everyone around us that came in after us had their food and still never an apology. So after an hour our pizza came out but not after taking 45 mins for a starter salad as well. This had nothing to do with staffing problems and all to do with incompetence...so disappointing that a local place has gotten so far off the path with service, quality and just overall experience. 9/24/2019: I thought Chicago Fire served barbecue but, to my utter dismay, this establishment only serves sandwiches, pizzas, and pseudo-gourmet meals which is really what I didn't want inhaling. However, I made a point ordering the food which was quasi-appealing so, I thought-might as well enjoy pigging out. Well, as a result inhaling a few menu items, I decided refraining eating what I had ordered in order, testing if, the menu items would taste better the next day . . . Eating the leftovers~Well, the food was limp, soggy, and the herbs/spices used were still bland. The fries were hard as a rock despite, reheating at the proper temperature while the rest of the meal was quasi-palatable. Overall, I don't think I will return to CF despite, the waitstaff were cordial, rendered excellent service but, the food was a gargantuan MEH. read more

For years I always dine at the restaurant in Old Folsom so now when I'm in the area and craving some great Chicago style pizza I have to go to the new part of Folsom. The food is still delicious and the service was excellent but parking can be a challenge since this place is in a busy shopping area. I highly recommend the Second City BBQ and the Stockyard pizza. read more

Go here often for lunch and love the food! The service is good and the setting is nice. Prices are great at lunch because the huge slices of pizza are $4 each and 2 slices are $7. The veggie wings, greek fries and three slices of pizza was around $28! It is also not as busy for lunch so the food came out quick and hot. Definitely recommend going here! read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The place wasn't busy and we were seated after waiting for about 5 minutes. We ordered the medium pizza - half pesto chicken and half stockyard & a side of the pear salad. First off, the grilled pear salad was absolutely delicious. The pizza though was a bit disappointing. Way too much cheese.., it was practically all cheese on top of bread. It took awhile for the pizza even though we ordered the thin crust. I can't imaging the wait time required for the thick crust pizza. Not a fan of the pizza here. I would come back and just order the grilled pear salad. read more

Finally decided to give this place a try since moving to the area and continuing to see it busy. So stopped by and so glad I did! This place has some great deep dish pizza, wings, and salad and the not only the food was great but so was the customer service provided the gentlemen who brought out the pizza and Hailey so served us so well! So let's start with the wings. The wings were awesome! Nice crispy outside and hot coming out quickly and delicious with geese taste! Then the Cesar salad was good! Overall good flavor and not overwhelming. Then the pizza! Let me say this, my guest and I agreed we need to come here more often just for this great flavorful and yummy pizza! It was delicious, thick, cheesy, and cooked just right! They surely got it right! Last but not least the customer service was amazing by Hailey! She greeted us with a smile and was so welcoming and very nice the whole time we ate. We complimented her on her service and then left her a good 40% tip for outstanding service! Thank you Chicago fire for a great experience. You have gained a new customer and we will be coming much more often after this wonderful experience. Servers were kind, if possibly overstretched? Stop they were fast as they could be, polite, clean and nice. Deep dish delivers on heavyweight cheesy decadence, but it was the WINGS that were the star for us! This is my fave place for deep dish Chicago Style pizza in the area. I've been to the Roseville location and this place in Folsom is just as good. Now, I come to find out, this is really not true Chicago deep dish pizza, cause the pizza in Chicago has a more cornmeal of a crust than the pizza served here. Almost like cornbread. But, I'll tell you what, (truckers seem to always start a sentence with that), I like this crust here at Chicago Fire in California a lot better! It's say, a CA Chicago style, similar to Zachery's or Patxi's in the Bay Area, with a more chewy and sweeter crust, rather than a corn mealy crust that falls apart and doesn't have a sweetness to it. So, California style deep dish is best for me. The deep dish is all I'd come here for. You can get thin crust in a lot of other places, even ones with Indian flavorings! The deep dish will take 40-45 minutes to make and cook, so you wanna order before you get there by calling in, or just be ready to wait and have drinks or salad first, or even engage in enlightening conversation with whomever you're with, or just poke away at your phone and say nothing! The wait is worth it. The prices aren't real cheap, so don't think $25+ is too much for high end pizza, this isn't pizza for the children at Pizza Hut! Full Bar is available to help with the wait. Give Chicago Fire a try for the deep dish or stuffed pizza. Stuffed just adds a thin crust layer and more sauce on top, I love it. I don't think there's any other deep dish that is a good, unless you drive to the Bay Area. read more

Called in a "to go" order. Told it would be 30/45min. Ran some errands locally. First problem is that there is no signage for "to go" orders meeting at the end of the bar. So I stood there for 7min listening to people bitch about not being able to get a seat. Then headed back to the bar. Watched the bartender flirting with a waitress. Totally ignoring everyone. By the time I got his attention he looked up my order and told me it would be another 10min. Fast forward 20min and I go to ask again. He rushes around and pulls the rest of my order together. Now I see that I pizza was sitting in the warmer since I arrived there and my cheesy garlic bread just came out. I grab my pizza and go. Now it's been over an hour since I placed the order. I notice the box is extremely damp on the bottom. The pizza was sitting so long that the cardboard/crust got soggy. Not gonna lie. The pizza tasted good. The cheesy garlic was missing the sauce. The one star was for the taste of the pizza. But I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Called management and there has been zero response. They have some of the best tasting chicken wings in Folsom; however, they false advertise that their wings weigh 1 lbs. (16 oz.) when what you actually get is under 12 oz. I discovered this after ordering their wings for takeout on two consecutive occasions - once via DoorDash delivery and the other by takeout. I weighed them because the the order looked short. The DoorDash order weighed 11.75 oz. and the take out order weighed 11.32 oz. I called to complain and was told the manager would contact me when they were back on duty. It's been nearly two weeks and still nothing. While I love their tasty wings, these guys are ripping people off!!! read more

First things first, I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before. I was seated with my girlfriend by the host who was an unpleasant person, and it was happy hour time. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I noticed I hadn't gotten a happy hour menu, so I planned on asking for a menu. For 10 minutes, we waited and not a single server had come to the table or even acknowledged us. I made eye contact with many servers, who ended up ignoring us anyways. It got to the point where we got up, left, and walked over to Iron Horse, which I highly recommend! They have better food, prices, and service! We were there for Happy Hour. Our server was Andrew and he did an awesome job making sure we were happy. Our beers came quickly served in frosty mugs and our meal was served promptly even though they were deep dish pizzas which can take awhile. He had a great sense of humor and laughed at our old people's jokes. The atmosphere was easy and light with different activities on different tv's. I would highly recommend Chicago Fire and hopefully you get Andrew as a server- he was fantastic!! read more
