The toppings looked and tasted fresh. My 10inch pizza ran about $15. The pizzas are customized. You tell them what sauce, cheese and toppings you want as the staff assembles the pizza before your eyes. They even have gluten free crust. There is a dining area, but it's not particularly large. So not great for large groups. They do have several TVs all tuned into different channels.

I got a customize your own Calzone with Portugese Linguica, Mushrooms and Black Olives and my wife got the Calzone Classic. For our appetizer we ordered the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, the service at the restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, asking as we sat at our table if we needed anything. We walked to their Soda Fountain and got ourselves drinks. We sat at our table for maybe 5 minutes when they brought out the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, those were wonderful, Cheesey, Garlicy sticks that when paired with a dipping sauce of your choice, is very delicious. After about 10 minutes they brought out our Calzones and they were hot, and cheesy and as my wife said last night "Not alot of bread but alot more toppings inside" Which was true. Most calzones you eat have way too much breading and not alot of toppings. But in this case it was the other way around. Way more toppings inside the calzone and not alot of bread. The environment of this place is your usual Pizza Parlor and while they did have Tv's on for us to watch, we normally kept to our usual conversations just because we really enjoy each others company. Yeah we did peep out the tv's every now and then just because we were curious what was on their Tv's but after having of visited this place, we told the Staff that we would be back. Thanks Ciros Pizza Cafe for a wonderful experience, great food and very delicious Goofy Stix.

They were seated at the same time as us and had also waited nearly 1.5 hours for their food. Being asked to leave due exclusively to the restaurant's slow service is beyond inappropriate and an embarrassing way to treat customers (who, it should be noted, did not complain about the long wait for their food). Do better Fiori. We will not be back.

My husband and I went in to this location after shopping around at the Palladio. We knew it would be a little bit of a wait being that it was peak time on a Friday night, but we were ok with it since we love the food here. We were sat right by the winding staircase because we had our son with us and he needed to sit in a high chair. Our waitress Brittany was such a sweetheart, she came by right when we sat down and asked if we wanted anything to drink while we looked over the menu, she was very attentive to us and even played with our son. I used to work in the restaurant industry so I still notice when servers are busy, and Brittany had a party right next to our table, but you would have never known by the service we received. The only bad thing I have to say is that group that was next to us was so unbelievably rude!! They were all foul mouthed and didn't seem to care about kids around them. I even heard one guys say something along the line of F**** the deep dish it takes too long to cook, so on and so on. She seemed to be handling them ok. The entire time they were there all I could hear was bad language from them. When our waitress was boxing up our pizza one of the guys interrupted her at our table asking for boxes, at this point I was really intrigued and want to keep watching them. She brought over a stack of boxes and set their bill down on the table and even brought over a dessert with a candle for one of the girls. They talked about their bill for a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how they were going to pay it. She came back to see if it was ready and someone asked if she could split the bill in twos. I could hear what exactly what she said but I saw her give them a pen and say something along the lines of "if you can help me with who had what I'll split it anyway you want" they gave her the receipt and she went off. I saw her come back and ask questions. Even the manager came by to help. One of the guys even got up and walked straight into the employee only section and went up to her at the computer and threw something down on he counter. While she was at the computer they all ran out of the restaurant without paying!!! I was absolutely appalled. She continued to do her job and take care of her tables while the manager was handling the bigger issue. Before we left my husband even talked to the manager to let him know how good she was with everything! I just hope she doesn't get punished for their stupidity. read more

I've been to the downtown folsom store for years and recently started going to roseville as I live in granite bay. Some girlfriends of mine and I heard about the new Pallodio location from a guy at work and decided to check it out. We got there around 7pm and assumed that there would be some sort of wait-- and sure enough, we were right. There was a line out the door just to get a name in. The boys at the front were very sweet and friendly and didn't miss a chance to say hello to each person that walked in the door. We put our names in and decided to try our luck at the bar and were fortunate to have found a spot! (SCORE!!) The guy who took our order was super nice and not to mention really cute. Aside from the obvious small talk, he seemed genuinely interested in how we were doing and never made us have to ask for refills. The bartenders were definitely in their zones and really seemed to like their job while looking good at the same time ;) I feel like I was more impressed with the customer service my friends and i received the other night than I was with the food (which was DELICIOUS by the way, so that's saying something!!). From the moment I walked in, to last step I took out the door, I was acknowledged. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect with the dimmed lighting (perfect for a date night), and don't even get me started on the GORGEOUS christmas decor. I'm definitely going to have to make more trips out to folsom from now on. 5 stars for chicago fire at the pallodio! read more

I made a yelp just to create this thread but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Last night we had kind of a bad experience for the first time at Chicago fire. First, we were put on a 20 min wait when there were several open tables. Then a nice server girl (same gal that ended up helping us later on) came to the front of the restaurant and asked if we were waiting, and then immediately found us a table after we told her about a 20'minuye wait. We come here very often and order over 100$ in food and beverage and tip over 20% so having a bad experience feels wrong for that alone. Our assigned server that was awful... it took him over 10 minutes to even ask us if we were thirsty! I'm forgetful of the ladies name that ended up helping us but I believe it was Lexie or something like that, (sorry) she was blond and very bubbly. She appeared to have several big family tables and was doing laps around our server. She was very busy but still took time to come and make sure we were being taken care of and because of her she changed our entire dining experience which would have probably progressively gotten worse with our server. We will be asking to have Lexie as our server from now on. Other tables and my partner and I agreed she was a speed demon that deserved some credit for the slack she picked up and made our experience a million times better!! Thank you Lexie!! read more

Changing my review after receiving word on what they did to our favorite server. This spot was a staple for our family and we won't be returning. This establishment apparently treats their employees terribly. I'd rather spend my money at a restaurant where they don't have cockroaches, or let employees work with COVID. They have employees work through their 30 minute unpaid lunches, the cooks do not wash their hands, and they don't value employees that so obviously work so hard for them. I didn't even know lexi was a manager, but manager to manager: Any manager that raises a concern about something that potentially violates company policy, or CA law, is a manager that is being proactive in their position. Any "higher up" that terminates an employee or; better yet, a manager, for raising concern about situations that would potentially violate workforce/company policy or CA law, is guilty of retaliation. You do not fire people for doing their job, especially in an establishment where you commit such atrocities. It's disappointing that Chicago Fire is nothing I expected. YOU should sue. It's more than warranted. read more

Perfect Pizza and a Fun Date Night on Sutter Street My girl and I absolutely love walking down Sutter Street in Folsom, it's such a cool spot with tons of charm, and it's always a good time. After a nice stroll, we decided to grab a bite at Chicago Fire, and wow, I'm so glad we did! We started off with the garlic bread, which was perfectly toasted and had just the right amount of seasoning. Then, we went with the deep-dish pizza, and it was everything you'd expect, thick, cheesy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they really put effort into their ingredients, and the crust was perfect. We also grabbed a couple of drinks, and the vibe was just right for a casual yet fun night out. To be honest, I've been here a couple times and the service was decent, but my family and I recently had a great experience with a waitress Ally. She was a speed demon-- which was awesome for our party of 8! The service was amazing, she consistently checked on myself, my kids and my partner. There wasn't a time where our drinks were empty. It was clear she was extremely busy and she still had the best can-do attitude and she made us feel extremely welcome! This is my first and only review because she earned it. I'd also like to mention we came in an hour before closing thinking CF closed at 10pm-- and she had zero issue! She reassured us to wine and dine without a worry of time and the last waiter we had there was without a doubt...opposite!! We ordered wings and the veggy wings and of course our deep dish pizzas she recommended the Very Delicious cocktails and they were certainly very delicious!! read more

The only thing keeping this review from being 4 stars was the price. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza. It was amazing. I loved the sauce. We also ordered a veggie pizza which was good but not spectacular like the meat pizza. The atmosphere was great. You really feel like you have been transported someplace else. The service was also great. Here are the downsides: You have to park in a parking garage and walk to the restaurant. I hate parking a block away from anywhere and walking. Two, the price. I have to admit that I was shell shocked by the price. The pizza was good but not that good. I could have an enjoyable and tasty dinner experience at my local pizzeria for a lot less money. I want to try the deep dish but I am just not sure the price is justified. I will probably just stick with one of the local places in El Dorado Hills. read more

I really love the location and the ambiance at CFP. Its conveniently located at Palladio by the parking garage and Palladio is great to stroll around after a big meal. The ambiance of the place is fantastic. Brick walls, high ceilings, steel staircase and bold bold art. Really has that urban chicago city scape feel. The greeter and the server were nice. Did their jobs well. BUT...The food is plain. Nothing real special about it. The pizza is just pizza, the salad is just salad and the fries are just fries. I think if they increased the quality of the ingredients then the taste and overall experience would be 4-5 star rating. Things like higher quality meats on the pizza and maybe a little thicker fries. An increase in quality can go a long way in the food business. read more

i can see what everyone is talking about when it comes to the hostesses at the front. the girl working at the desk didn't so much as put her head up to acknowledge the people coming in and the other girl next to her seemed too distracted with perfecting the menu's. It wasn't until about a minute later when one of the guy hosts came from seating another family and greeted us and apologized for the delay. He handed us a menu while we waited and enlightened us on some new items on the menu. Our server was great! Really attentive and checked up on us often. The food was delicious and came out at a decent time. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was a B, but I do understand that they just opened! I had the pistachio salmon salad with beets. The salmon was perfectly cooked--crispy on the top and bottom while remaining tender in the middle. My friend had the chicken avocado salad, and we were both amazed by how delicious our meals were. To top it all off, they had affogato which I had been requesting at several other restaurants but, for one reason or another, was never provided. That made my meal even more special! This is by far one of my favorite places, and I will definitely be returning. Great food, wonderful service, and such a thoughtful team. We'll definitely be back!

Once we all looked over the menu for a bit we ordered the following: Drinks: Spicy Mango Margarita Appetizers: Bread Kung Pao Calamari Filet Mignon (x2) 16 oz Ribeye Dessert: Hazelnut Cheesecake Drinks were first and then came the appetizers. Both were really good and I really enjoyed the spicy Margarita. My partner paired wine with her Filet Mignon dish. I had the 16 oz Ribeye, I ordered it medium but it was more medium-well/well overall. But the thickest portions were for sure medium, so it was still enjoyable, but a little more cooked than I'd prefer. The desserts were good too, my father got the Hazelnut Cheesecake and my partner got the Blueberry Cheesecake. Overall: Glad to have finally dined here, and enjoyed our food, the seating out on the patio, and our service from our waitress. All made for a really nice Father's Day dinner with family!

Being that the place had Pepsi products we asked for Pepsi and then a little bit time afterwards we got our drinks as we continued looking over the menu. It wasn't long after that our entrees came but let me tell you the Wedge Salads were delicious especially after we asked for extra Blue Cheese dressing. Being that my wife ordered the Wagyu Teriyaki Sirloin w/Mushrooms and I ordered a Mushroom Burger we then waited a couple of minutes after for our food to get cooked and come out. The whole time our waitress was very attentive and kept asking if there was anything we needed or if she could refill our drinks. About 5 to 10 minutes later our food arrived and not only was my Hamburger hot, but my wifes Wagyu Teriyaki Steak was delicious as well. I know I tried a piece of it while I cut it for her, being that she is left handed. For starters, we ordered French bread with salted butter, calamari with peppers and onions, and beef Wellington. Wow, ALL of these appetizers are exceptional! The fried onions tossed in with the calamari were deliciously sweet! I ordered spinach sub, instead of the asparagus, due to dietary restrictions. OMG my first fork full brought me back to Honolulu, HI! The macadamia nuts were candied on top of the sea bass, making this the BEST sea bass with macadamia nut dish I have ever eaten outside of HI! My mom took one bite and decided to order this plate for herself because it is THAT rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced with the flavors of the spinach, rice, and sea bass. The sea bass is extremely flaky, to add to why this is my new favorite dish in Land Ocean! My parents gave me their roasted chicken leftovers to take home, since this entree is with generous portions, so I was spoiled with Land Ocean for a meal at home the next day. The chicken and mashed potatoes are so savory to the point that I ate every piece of meat I could from the bone! My parents came from out of town to visit. They praised Adam for his outstanding service and raved about the ambiance and taste and presentation of our Land Ocean dinner we enjoyed!

The restaurant definitely has that old town feel, nothing to fancy just adequate chairs, tables, and bar area. The locals that patron this restaurant love this place, now I know why. I have dined in for lunch on several occasions, this spot was our quick and easy dine-in experience. The menu offers somewhat to a "bar food" menu, nothing too bad just your typical burgers, salad, wings, tacos, etc. More than enough food choices for sure. As my family and I dined-in, I ordered the Jalapeno hamburger and chicken wings. Both were seasonally delicious and great taste. My kiddos ordered the typical chicken tenders and fries. The food was delicious and served efficiently. So no need to wait long to be served. The service was always on point and my glass was never emptied. Overall, this place is reliable and consistent with their food quality and service. Being a local of EDH, I now understand why so many locals love this place. Employees seemed stoked to be there I noticed. Finding my order was a chore for Mr. 1st Gear although the place was dead. Now I know why. Pass on this one. There are other options for C+ and above pizza that cost less. This location is trying to prey on Serrano area money.

The pizza was good and we enjoyed it for lunch. Sauce was tasty. I would say it was a little undercooked, it actually was much better for me the second day when I popped it in the air fryer. But it was convenient and easy to order and we will be back.
