I haven't been inside the showroom, but it's beautiful and if I were shopping for a motorcycle or even motorcycle memorabilia it might my first stop. Most of the clientele are probably cosplaying as bikers, but to each their own. Harley Davidson's logo remains an icon and their logo'd sign at the corner of Addison and Sheffield is pretty awesome. read more

I love my bike but not this dealership sales guy was very helpful but all down hill from there.

They had my bike for a month. Which I honestly didn't mind. I asked for an oil change. I also asked to tighten my handlebars which come loose every couple years. They charge me $1200. I also asked them to change my battery. They charge me $1200 for the 10,000 mile tuneup. I told them to look for anything else that they might want to fix since the bike is a 1999 road king. I was hoping that I would not have to work on the bike.That's why I dropped it off to a professional.They did not change my battery.When I pick the bike up and drove it to my house in Jefferson Park. Which is a 3 to 5 mile drive. When I got off the bike at my house. I noticed the wiring harness was hanging on the bottom my bike almost touching the floor. Also I noticed my headlight crooked.. Also I noticed my clutch cable rubber guard was just flopping around. I noticed a reflector missing on the side.I ordered it.So I fixed all the problems. Took me a few weeks. I had to order five rubber grommets for the headlight and a couple new screws. I had to straighten the headlight.I had to secure tie wraps underneath the wiring harness. Also I eventually wound up ordering a new cover for the clutch cable. I'm so pissed because I had to do all the work myself. If I would've took the bike on a road trip right from the shop it would've broke down. I definitely would not take it to the Harley Davidson in Wrigley ever again.They are obviously short on mechanics and the mechanics that are there are not taking pride on working on your bike.I hope the bike makes a 100 mile road-trip.If the easy stuff was way out of place makes me worry about what they did to the hard stuff.I am very disappointed. read more

I've been riding motorcycles since 1980. I switched to Harleys in 1991. I've owned a few and had work done at multiple shops throughout the years, including Conrad's in Joliet, Villa Park, Oak Lawn and others. But this crew in Wrigleyville really go above and beyond! I had a tricky problem with my 2006 Electra Glide and though it took us all a bit of time to complete figure it out (it was related to cam boots) it literally runs better than when I bought it after I got it back. These guys in the Service Dept totally rocked it! Thank you guys!! So very happy that we have you here! Cheers guys! I don't normally write reviews but Amanda went above and beyond! I am here for a conference from Maine and certainly don't know my way around Chicago. It was very close to closing time and there was a ball game, so I asked her where it would be good to have an Uber picked me up. She not only took the time to show me how to use the red line but offered to ride with me!! Who does that!!! :) On top of that, she saw that my phone was about to die and didn't want to send me out of the store without first charging my phone. She wanted to make sure that I had enough battery to make it back to my hotel. She was amazing and showed so much kindness to this country girl! I will forever be grateful to her!!! What use to be my go to dealer has not shamed me. There is such a lack of customer service from the service leads. The mechanics are great 100% but everyone else back there has really just lacked any customer service skills. Besides the fact that I've invested a lot of money on my Harley there is never any follow thru. The old head Brian was a really go to guy! Always called and made sure the service was great! I won't return again, will be taking my service somewhere else. read more

I get it that it's next to Wrigley Stadium and a lot of tourist stop in to check it out but we were in there for about 45 minutes and not once were we even acknowledged. We own a few Harley's so my husband likes to check out different shops to see different bikes. The selection was ok we only found one shirt with Al Capone and his crew. We thought it was unique. We probably would've bought more but were annoyed with the lack of customer service. Each person is a potential sale of merchandise or a Harley- you never know until you ask. OMG I don't no where to begin,I will try to make a long story short,read between the lines took my bike here for check up & engine light after demo checked out I needed tires,a sensor,rear brakes & a oil change,this was done in like a week went there and what was a dream turned into a nightmare there was oli on my brand new tires was told it was from the wrapping, cleaned it off there is no short to this guy's brought the bike back the next day, something was going on with the rear wheel and there was noises coming from the front &rear debo or demo sprayed some cleaning fluid on the front told me it was dust or something? Left, brought the bike back the next day,he took it for a test ride told me it was all in my mind in other words, brought the bike back a third day only to find that the bearing had broken more over the whole rear wheel was destroyed as a matter of fact I don't have the time or space to tell you how poorly I was treated at this place will never go back and you should not either.OMG! I was helped by Demo in service. He is super knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. They changed my pipes and did a service for me super fast with almost no notice. I am very happy with them and will be bringing my bike back there from now on. read more

Avoid this Harley Davidson dealership! I was given the runaround. I was trying to buy a used 2020 Livewire motorcycle. I had $7500 to put down as a down payment. Every time I called Mr. Gennaro (Sales and Finance manager) I got the same response I'll call you tomorrow at 12. In which he failed to do. I was forced to call him as if there was a huge line outside of Harley Davidson waiting to buy an almost $25K electric motorcycle. When I pressed him on the loan he told me the loan would be for 5 years at an interest rate of 23 1/2 %! Are they insane! My credit history isn't that bad. I paid off two car loans and my student debt! I don't owe anyone money. Apparently, you need to be in debt in order to get a loan from Harley. IF you are debt free forget it. read more

I got to say this had to be one of the best Harley dealerships I've been too! I have not been to many and I am definitely new too Harley's. I have been to a few in Illinois and this one is by far the best one. The customer service here is amazing great people working here. My wife and I purchased both our bikes here and they were awesome from start to finish. I would highly recommend going here for your next purchase. It is a little smaller then the rest of the dealers but if you see a bike at another dealership they will get it delivered to them and that is definitely the route I would go.
