I was able to change the tire and we made an appointment to Discount Tire here in Las Vegas, Nevada to possibly have the flat repaired. Unfortunately it was not repairable. I could have taken the chance and tried driving it back to California, but with no spare, it could end up being worse. So I decided to replace the one tire. The problem is they didn't have my tire size in stock. Mike the manager did his magic and was able to get one delivered by courier from their local warehouse to the store. We waited a little, but nothing too bad. Mike had his guys install the tire as soon as it arrived. They had us out of there in minutes. I appreciate Mike's honesty. He did not over promise or under deliver. I know where to go in the future if I ever have another tire mishap here in LV.

I initially reached out to My Wheel Guy for a quote by texting them a pic of my wheel. The whole deal was handled over this text string, which I thought was super convenient. Drop off, walk-around, payment and pick up was a breeze. Everyone was great. So why did I only give them 3 stars? My tire pressure sensory went off on my drive home. When I got home to check the pressures, I noticed my custom black anodized valve stem caps had been replaced with cheap plastic caps. When I reached out to ask why, they said this "regularly" occurs. Let me see if we can find your caps. They found them within a minute. I said, this bothers me they would keep them. The person I was talking to said it wasn't intentional. Because we are working on so many vehicles in a day, things like are "regularly" missed. They said that I could come back to pick them up. After driving home and being in traffic for 45-minutes, I sure wasn't going to drive back 30-40 minutes then to drive back home another 45-minutes for $25 valve stem caps. It's disappointing that this is a "regular" issue. One would think...if this is a regular issue that a better handling process should be created. And if it was theft, that's at an entire different level of disappointment. Some of it is on me for not checking before I left. I'll re-order another set of valve stem caps to replace them. Outside of this small issue...their craftsmanship was awesome. I would have given them 5 stars.

Great & quick service! I had an appointment I was trying to make it to and noticed my dash say 9…read morePSI. I pulled over and saw a nail in my tire and could hear a hissing. I drove my car back home and my boyfriend took me to my appointment. While I was at my appointment, I was trying to find an open tire shop but the majority are closed on Sunday. At this point, I had a full flat so we needed to find something mobile or get my car towed. My boyfriend contacted Azteca Mobile Tire Shop, and they showed up within the hour. The price was reasonable for the convenience, especially considering it was late afternoon and I had a conference to go to the following day. I have not had an issue with my tire since. I would say it was perfectly patched. Thank you!
