    Spicy Deluxe Sandwich.

I love Chick-fil-A and all, but why was the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich bun so crumbly? Was it not toasted enough? A gluten-free bun? It basically fell apart the more I held and ate the sandwich. I hardly added any sauce on my sandwich, so what the heck? At the Chick-fil-A location I usually go to, their buns never fall apart like this. 3 stars for the crispy fries and for the efficient, pleasant customer service. They however need to improve by remembering to toast their sandwich buns.

First time visiting the Pasadena location and the reps outside are great. Unfortunately the person at the pick up gave us the wrong order. On top of that she asked for my name and she gave me a woman's order. Assuming it was correct we left and had to go back. Guys taking orders again were great and apologized. New person at pick up was very insincere with his apology. The food was not worth the wait or trouble. I ordered the grilled chicken club and also the spicy sandwich, both were underwhelming and no worth it. The grilled chicken in the sandwich was thin and tasteless. I do not recommend this place as there are mainly other places to get better chicken sandwiches.

After watching horse races at Santa Anita Park , our whole family went to the nearby mall for dinner. My son and I decided to get food from Chick-fil-A . We ordered nuggets and a combo meal . We ate in the food court. The staff were friendly and helped me refill my drink twice. The food was fresh and tasty. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

A classic fast food restaurant that is always busy with a lineup of people. The new pretzel bun burgers were good, and the grilled version makes it a healthier yet equally satisfying option. The waffle fries always hit the spot. They have a few dedicated tables and a pickup window on the side. Also tried their brownie, better if served warm but still soft and chewy.

You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! The wife was craving their spicy chicken sandwich. We stopped here for a late lunch. This is primarily a takeaway location. Order inside or on the app and pick up your food at the window on the left side of the restaurant. Pro Tip: Make sure you press you are at the location when ordering via the app. I didn't do it and wondered why our food took so long. I love their chicken sandwiches and all their different dipping sauces. Their lemonade is one of the best there is!

Great experience I love that there's a chick fil a in the mall so convenient! This place gets pretty busy but staff is super friendly & efficient & the food comes out hot & fast! Wait time wasn't bad at all despite the busy hour, they have a good system going here. Food was fresh, hot & delicious as well my order being made perfectly with zero mistakes. There's plenty of indoor seating & outdoor seating. The location is well kept despite how busy it is. Very friendly vibes here. Overall, I'll definitely be back!

This chick-fil-a location is located in the mall and always has the nicest workers. I usually order ahead and pick my food up from the window. Whoever is at the window always has a smile on their faces when handing me my order. This was my first time trying the honey pimento burger and it was great. It was perfectly spicy, sweet, and savory.

A consistently strong showing for this Arcadia-based Chick-fil-A store located at The Shops in Arcadia. Service is very friendly and agreeable at this location, and chicken quality is often fresh and batter remains crispy although not overly so. Tables outside the store is often clean and acceptable for people dining in. This location can get pretty busy on weekends so plan ahead!

    Chick n strips

First time trying Chick Fil A. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and picked up at the window. It was a pretty short wait. The chick n strips were really good. They were freshly fried and hot to touch. The sauce was really good with the chicken. No complaints on the taste. For 4 pieces, it was $7.99 which did feel a bit overpriced. Worth trying though!

Some good folks enjoying their good food.

This Chick fil a is great! The food is tasty and the staff are always very kind and courteous. It's rare nowadays to get good and friendly service. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich , fries, a chocolate chunk cookie and an ice cream. Good stuff ! The Mac n cheese are good too. I always enjoy stopping by at this chick fil a here at the mall. Good ambiance too!

Honey butter chicken so yummy with the powder. Soy garlic has the classic saucy taste. The mayak came with a spicy sauce that I thought it was addicting. Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.

I'd never been before, but I'd been wanting to try it for a long time. As soon as I walked in, I noticed two ordering kiosks with people waiting in line. Before I could even figure out what to do, a young lady with the biggest smile greeted me and asked if she could help. Her name was Patty. I told her it was my first visit, and she patiently explained the menu, especially the different spice levels. Since I enjoy spicy food, I confidently ordered the Hot level. Looking back... I may have been a little overconfident! When my food was ready, Patty brought it to my table with the same genuine smile she greeted me with. The food looked incredible, and the chicken was juicy and delicious--but after a few bites, I realized the Hot level was hotter than I had imagined. I laughed to myself and thought, "Next time, I'm definitely ordering one level lower." A few minutes later, Patty came back to check on me because it was my first visit. I told her the food was great, but I'd overestimated my spice tolerance. Without hesitation she said, "I'll change it for you." I immediately told her, "No, it's okay. I don't want you to waste food." She smiled and replied, "I want you to enjoy it." That simple statement really impressed me. In today's world, you don't hear that very often. It reminded me of something I had just read about Dave's Hot Chicken--"Keep us honest." Patty truly lived that philosophy. She wasn't just serving food; she genuinely wanted my first experience to be a great one. The food was excellent, but Patty's kindness and customer service made the experience memorable. That's the kind of employee every business hopes to have. I'll definitely be back--and hopefully Patty will be there again. Thank you, Patty, for making my first visit such a great one. You turned a first-time customer into a returning one.

Kiosk ordering is available and they kept the space crisp and cool - a very nice reprieve on a hot day. We tried the 5pc hot mozz meal (~$14) which comes with fries and I personally really enjoyed it.. big thick fried gooey cheese.. what cheese lover wouldn't love it?! It's really heavy though; one piece is practically equivalent to a regular adult's entire meal's worth of calories lol. The orange crème slusher was also really delicious and is pretty much orange bang on roids.

The fried chicken was very flavorful, a little salty, with a thicker coating reminiscent of KFC. The rice and beans were a big hit, and I think I liked it even more than the chicken. White corn tortillas were pretty standard and perfect for making "tacos" with everything. I appreciated the bottle of ketchup and cholula than came with the order too. Even more, I was able to adjust my pick up time (slight error on my part) and they were able to oblige (after contacting the WhatsApp number). Ugh, terrible experience with online order…read more This is my first pollo campero. Saw it opened and had long crazy line day after day, so I figured I'll try it once the hype died down. Placed order on the website online. It said food would be ready in 10 minutes. Cool, or so I thought. Went there to pickup and they didn't even start making the order yet. Then 15 minutes later they told us the chicken breast wasn't available and asked if they could substitute with thigh, or we thought maybe that's what the guy said. They couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Spanish. Go figure. Food was out 20 minutes after that. Seriously, I could've gotten something else that's not fast food and probably better for my arteries, within that time. What intrueged me was the yucca fries. I liked it but it lacked crunch, compared so some that I've had. Fries, omg probably the saddest, driest, limpiest, fries I've ever had. Even my toddler didn't like it (and he normally gobble up fries). The spicy chicken sandwich and grilled chicken were good. Crispy chicken on the fried + nice seasoning on the grilled. The chicken is the only reason I'm not giving this place a 1 or 2 stars.
