I work at Lowes. Lowes is in the same parking lot as this chick fil a. This restaurant is very convenient for a lunch/dinner break. I've come in this chick fil a several times and have received great, friendly, fast service. One time a lady mistook me for a man--this happens often as I have short hair and wear masculine clothing--she apologized immediately and felt bad for doing so and I assured her it's ok. It happens all the time, no big deal. I am sitting inside chick fil a now. I just came in and Jodi rang me up. She took my order very cordially, making eye contact, smiling, etc and then asked my name. I said Jennifer and she said Joe?? I said no, Jennifer. Her demeanor immediately changed. She became very short and asked drink, filled it up, I gave her my cash as I saw the amount on the screen and she wasn't saying anything. She took the cash and slammed the door shut and walked away. I said, ma'am I need my change, she kept walking away. I said ma'am, she glanced at me out of the corner of her eye and said can I take the next guest, pretending to not hear me. Now, it's loud in here, but not that loud. A young man came by and asked if I needed help and I said I just needed my change. He went over to Jodi and got her keys to open the drawer. He couldn't figure out which key it was so he had to call her over. She never acknowledged me, never apologized for not giving me my change, nothing. The young man got my change and apologized. Then a bit later Jodi came out to the dining area and went to each table except mine to see how everyone was doing and if they needed anything. I REALLY, REALLY don't want to think this is because I am pretty obviously a member of the LGBTQ community. I REALLY don't want to believe that chick fil a--regardless of who they do or do not donate money to, regardless of anything--would be ok with a manager (or whatever position Jodi with the black shirt is in) treating any patron differently. It's just old and tired. I serve people at customer service every single day who cuss me out, come in drunk or high, etc, but they get the same service as everyone else. If she had been rushed and short with everyone it wouldn't have mattered. But she wasn't. Please take care of this. read more

I go to this Chick-fil-A often; for breakfast (drive thru) and lunch (eat in), as it is close to my office. The food is the usual good quality you can expect from Chick-fil-A. The restaurant is always clean, and the people are super friendly and polite (it is nice when they say "my pleasure" when you thank them). The only complaint I have is that it is very difficult to get a drink refill during lunch time. There is a person who does that, but she also cleans and does a million other things and is tough to get her attention. And the lines are too long to go up for a refill. Will Chick-fil-A ever allow you to pour your own drinks (or is that as likely as them opening on Sunday)? read more

I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff is so incompetent they don't know how to work the drive thru intercom. Witnessed 3 cars in front of me have to wait upwards of 5 min each to place their orders. Then when pull up it takes the lady another 5 minutes to figure out she doesn't have her mike turned on and as I am driving away from the speaker because I've become so frustrated I I'm leaving I hear her mumble something about ordering. Don't know what's so complicated about turning on your headset. Never had similar issues at any other chic til a. Must be a management issue with quality of employees. read more

I started eating at CFA in 1967 when the very first store opened at Greenbrier Mall. I've known the owners for many years and truly believe the food, quality, business model, trained employees and dedication to the community far exceeds any other fast food chain. I've always said they never get it wrong and only remember one time I didn't get a straw in my bag.......,until today. I was new to the area and looking for a place to eat and saw that trust CFA sign and pulled in..,,,,, what a disaster. Got lunch there a couple weeks ago. Literally ordered at the counter face to face and the order was wrong. All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich meal with unsweetened tea. I did say to the guy 'not the deluxe meal, just the regular.' He then gave me a lemonade, which I had to correct him on. I then got the rest of my order and left and headed back to work. I've had my share of good and bad customer service here. Lately it's been more bad than good. I get snapped at for asking for condiments (I should ask in drive through) or getting my card snatched out of my hand. My food for the most part is correct. This is my second review. My first, 1.5 years ago wasn't so great. Things have definitely improved. I am a regular who lives a block away. I met the owner and he gave me an A-Lister Card and along with the app earns a lot of free menu items. The food is fresh, ready and paid for when I arrive thru the app. The best part is the management. Jodi in the evening and Sair in the morning. If you have a problem, check them out. Too frustrated to leave a long detailed review but I'll give you the essence. Got a salad TO-GO no silverware so now I'm going to eat a salad with my hands?! The toppings that go with my salad are incorrect. Not the delicious red pepper crunchy thingies OR the nuts.... I ordered 2 southwestern salads for my lunch today and one for my lunch tomorrow. Salad did not have any of the pumpkin seeds or the chip strips. The lettuce was so bad I took a picture of it. I will not be back to this location again. I would never serve anyone this type of product. Just so bad. Lost a customer on this deal. This is the worse CFA I been too in the Atlanta area. The cashier was very rude and I will go to another location for lunch.

The service speed wasn't slow. However, the lady at the window was lackadaisical and unfriendly. There was no greeting, or anything. Just looking and eventually a request for payment. She gave me the order, and as I checked, the fries were hard as a rock, and somewhat burned. I went back in to get an exchange only to find that the order was wrong completely. The woman at the counter was mildly apologetic. I also realized I didn't have any sauces because I was never offered or asked my preference, while ordering chicken strips. Funny thing is I was just reading reviews about the location in the drive thru. They were spot on, the orders are usually wrong. The only reason for 2 stars is the food quality. This particular location has been fading for months. The drive thru is painfully slow and the orders are almost always incorrect. I have gone inside to return items or correct an order and have been greeted by rude employees who act offended that I want the items that I ordered initially. Most of the employees would rather socialize than help customers. I have tried to contact corporate and the operator with no success. Operator never seems to be on site which could explain a lot of the issues. Anyway, after many great years of 3-4 visits a week, we are taking this location out of our weekly rotation. I was in line from 10:15 and was 4 cars back and finally ordered at 10:33 and they tried to tell me I didn't make it for breakfast. When I called at 10:27 while in line worried I would not get my food they said that only one lane had someone taking orders on accident and that they were sorry. Then when I got to the order place this man was switching over to lunch and I told him about it and he was very rude and told me I was wrong and that he was standing next to both of the people the whole time while they were taking orders . I told him how long I was in line and he complained about how he had been here since 6:30. Something did not smell right at Chik-Fil-A today. Staff was pleasant as always but the place smelled strange. Our food tasted even stranger...it was the driest #1 I ever had and the sandwich was just slapped together without the pickles. It was so bad, I couldn't even finish it. I'm writing this review because it was our last meal of the day, around 5:30, and my daughter and I are both doubled over with sharp stomach pain indicating a mild case of salmonella. We've been going here for at least 10 years, often once a week. They fill their large fries so low that they might as well be a regular fry and then just grow the condiments and napkins on top of the large fry to hide the fact they don't fill all the way. Twice, in two weeks time, I stopped by between 9:30 and 10pm for a shake. On my first trip I was told the machine was broken. This is the 4th or 5th time coming to this Chick-fil-A and each time I come it seems to get worse. The drive thru is extremely slow and the employees on headset are rude and short with you. My dine-in experience was poor. The dining area was extremely dirty and had trash and food all over the floor. The employee who took my order just stared at me when he finished taking the order for the people in front of me. He didn't direct me to a waiting area, give me some sort of table marker, or take my name. No greeting or response when i expressed my thanks. Getting my food was extremely difficult, as I had to wait for them to continually go back to the person who took my order to point me out in a large crowd of people. My frosted sunrise was not filled completely, and my friend's ice dream was halfway filled. I have been to many different other Chick-fil-a locations and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Great restaurant!! The workers are so nice and they always get my order right, and the manager is really on top of his game.
