Food was fresh and made to order when the app detected I was in line. Such a neat feature! The team member that fulfilled my order gave me some sauces that were new to me to try. I really enjoyed my tenders with the Polynesian sauce and my fries were delicious, tossed in buffalo sauce and ranch! This location has always provided great service. Finally had the heart to go to the newly renovated chick fil a as I did not get a chance to go to this location before the renovation. I arrived at around 6pm on a Wednesday, I see there is a long line but I'm not worried every newly renovated chick fil a has a mobile thru right? Unfortunately that is not true like I thought, I was greeted to one lane of traffic with the other lane usually used for regular drive thru is blocked off which causes the line to be so long that it leaks into the parking lot and roadway with people on both sides trying to merge into this one lane. It took a while but I check in for my order as I had ordered pickup, everything was going ok until I drive home and go to eat my sandwich and I see they give me a spicy sandwich when I ordered a regular one, my girlfriend was also surprised to see that her regular salad was a spicy salad. My sandwiches and lemonades have always met the Chick-fil-A standard, and keep bringing me back. Like many other Chick-fil-As, this location has meal rush times running like a well-oiled machine. Two lanes with a cover, with employees taking orders, tagging them to each vehicle. Orders can't get messed up! If you are willing to wait in the long line of cars for a meal, you should be guaranteed to get what you ordered and I bet it will be tasty. Only problem here is that traffic flow is horrible during this time. They block off one side of the parking lot (so people parked there have to back out down the row).  That said, meal time traffic is horrible at most Chick-fil-As; this one is located between businesses, which makes it a problem. read more

I had placed an order for breakfast at 10:20 on the app and it still allowed me so I go in to pick up my breakfast and because they have taken too long it's 10:45 and they tell me they can't give me what I paid for because it's past breakfast time.... My biggest pet peeve with this location is the literal maze they have in order to get to the drive through or even the entrance to the building at all. It is impossible to use the drive through here -you must circle the business several times to find a way not blocked by "exit only" or orange flags cones. It's like they Don 't want to do business. I've been here five times in 2.5 years taking my dog to petsmart and it has never been easy to get into the drive through lane, and if you do, the menu is outdated, and the microphone doesn't work. This location is super close to me so it's the reason I'm frequently there but they are the worst at giving you the wrong item. The times they do it, we are swinging through before hitting the road on a trip. We've gotten pickles when we specifically asked for no pickles and that's what they have on the receipt. I've gotten tea when I've asked for lemonade. The place is always busy, the workers are always super nice but I can't in good conscious give them more than 3 stars because of the amount of times they have screwed up our orders. Food was fine. The ambiance...not so much. Sat down at a table towards the restroom and found a live cricket on the window sill. Then found a dead cricket towards the bathroom. My cricket senses started tingling. Was this a two cricket problem, or the start of a much more significant cricket invasion. Alerted a manager who asked me to show her the issue. Glanced under the table to see 5 more crickets, the majority of them living. JIMINY! We moved tables, but our new table was within earshot of a cricket symphony. As I dined on my spicy chicken sandwich, I watched the staff sweep up another 15 live crickets at least under many tables. They dumped the dustpan and came back to sweep up...you guessed it...more crickets. When I hit the bathroom on my way out, I noticed a couple of live crickets in the men's restroom. Either someone dumped a large bag of crickets or the cleaning crew was derlict in their duties today. Would not recommend wearing any type of open toed shoe.
