Chick-fil-A is like the chicken version of In N Out Burger for me. I now understand why people love this chicken place. I got to try their regular chicken sandwich. When I took the first bite, warm steam quickly came out of the sandwich. Made so fresh! It was juicy and slightly crunchy. Just right! I'll be sure eat more of this next time.

Just another Chick-fil-A joint that is in the food court of a fairly large mall. Since it's a fairly popular chain, the line was somewhat long, but did move fast. When the chicken is warm its seems to taste good, but when its get cold, not for me. Alright, off to another indoor mall store.

Decided to go here for lunch today. There were nobody in line to order for the first time, but there were many waiting for their food... I already knew what I wanted, so I ordered the Grilled Cool Wrap Meal, with a COKE ZERO. Wanted it with Honey Mustard, but they said they were out of it. So, decided to try the Avocado Lime dressing, which was alright... Not my favorite. Anyway, when I picked up my food and took it back to the office and tasted the fries, it was way too salty! I ate half and could not eat the rest. But enjoyed the Cool Wrap and drink. Hopefully next time I get the Waffle Fries, it won't be too salty...

Receipt proof that I was there as well as cashier's name.

I don't know who was cooking last night but there was 2 hairs in my food & I know they are not mine because it wasn't the same curl pattern as mine or color. Also, little miss eye lashes at the cashier stand was rude as hell over hot sauce. I was more than nice to her. Maybe it was the "I'm about to get off work" attitude. I don't know but as a manager at my own customer service spot, I would have a talk with her. Food was great until the hair was found. Finally a chipotle with perfect cooked rice...not under cooked. Thank you.

Wanted something good and tasty. Since the mascot doesn't approve of eating beef, I went with chicken. The place was busy so the food took a while, but the wait was worth it. Its tempting to go back for another sandwich. Nice job Whitney on the customer service. That smile will take you a long way.

You can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. If you read my review of another location, albeit in Ohio, you'll learn that I absolutely love the place. The food was on point and service was top notch. The location was a bit off from the main concourse of food options but it definitely wasn't hard to find. They only have a few registers but the line moves quick. We came during late lunch hours, 1-2pm ish and it was still fairly busy.

No need for me to address the food here. You either like chic Fila or you don't. I'm primarily a morning customer here because of the convenience and location. I have a morning routine coming to the mall here to walk with my kid. Mostly the mall is usually closed with a couple of exceptions. Starbucks and chic Fila make a two stop pair for me. The app is what makes this work. The staff is very fast and I'm able to time it when I need to press "I'm here" on most mornings. Morning people... This is for you.

Our family loves chick-fil-a! I love their spicy chicken sandwich and chicken mini biscuits for breakfast I also really like their regular lemonade (I always dilute it with water since it's so sweet and end up with 2 cups - win!) the service is also super awesome at every location (except Rockville Pike) and they are always clean and have great freebies like the plastic kids placemats and the sauces :) I'm giving a mediocre review for this particular location because they are extra stingy for kids meals. We got 3 six piece chicken nugget meals and some of the pieces they counted were like crumbs (see the photo I posted). The pieces are small to begin with but to have a piece that's all breading and no meat is pretty stingy. Overall great chain but stingy location.

This is one of the better Chick-fil-A places I've been to and they offered us free sandwiches for Veteran's day! The line was long but they kept it moving. What an awesome place and of course the sandwiches were on point!

So much cheese and soggy bread that I asked them not to put

The chicken pieces were drier than the Sahara desert. The crust was hard and crunchy. To call this NYC style pizza is a joke. The strawberry lemonade made the pizza edible to wash it down and regret why I didn't go to Chipotle. I dont recommend!. Frank Pepe is a better option. Or CPK. Avoid.

I LOVE falafel! Because I just absolutely love falafel so much, I know falafel! I eat it everywhere…read moreI can -- and can safely say this is the BEST! It's accessible with plenty of parking nearby, including several disabled parking spots right out front, is absolutely beautiful inside with stunning black-and-white tiles adorning the counter (where you can order -- although there is also a screen-type ordering system in the entryway, as well) wall, enticing photos of all the important things in life -- those being fresh figs, olives, spices, and unfiltered coffee being poured, all along the wall above the tables with most comfortable seating! There are Turkish plates and copper pots hung above, as well, to give a splendid feeling of how food can be heartily prepared and beautifully served -- and beautifully served it is here! The caffeine-free mint tea comes in a gorgeous metal pot and is drunk from a glass glass (meaning a glass made of glass, not ceramic) with eye-catching decorations that will help to bring you into the spirit of the meal you are about to have .... The Quinoa Tabouli Salad with Falafel is spectacular! It's standout amazing, delicious, refreshingly oh-so-fresh, crispy, crunchy, yummy -- how many good-to-great things can I say about it? If I keep complimenting it as much as it deserves, you might get bored, ha ha! You might think that I'm exaggerating. I'm not. Of course, it's possible I'm biased and have tastes that just happen to align with this particular falafel spot's way of preparing things -- but I think not! I think this is objectively over-the-top in greatness! The District Salad is equally splendiferous and worth your time to indulge in savouring every bite. There are so many great-looking things here I can't wait to try! I must taste the Shorbat Adas (puréed lentil soup), (non-quinoa) Tabouli, Toom, and many other things here! The variety is very wowing! Most places just don't give you this variety in terms of various dishes or the variety within each dish that this place does -- and that contributes greatly to not only your appetite but also your health. So much care is clearly put into everything here from the décor to the drinks to the hospitality. It's really like a mini, super-tasty trip to the Near East -- and welcomes everyone equally. I'm so glad I stopped in! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended! Very much deserving of an absolute, all-around Yay! :-D (By the way, from a not-falafel fan I know: 'You know I'm not a fan of falafel, but that was really good -- everything! We need not ever go back to the other place -- even if it's free!' What better endorsement could there be?)

There weren't any other customers, so I was just standing face-to-face a little uncomfortably until he said anything. The build-your-own-bowl concept suggests that the bowl will be made while you're ordering but I had to wait about 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I was a little confused about their process because they have a lot of the bowl ingredients at the front, and the cashier would sometimes work on the bowls, but then stop and stand by the register/go on his phone. When we ordered, he didn't start making any but when others ordered after us, he made theirs on the spot. The customers who ordered after us were getting served first too, which was a little confusing/unfair. My order was only 2 bowls, so I didn't expect this to happen. When my bowl came, several of the toppings were missing too. Overall, I was pretty disappointed by my second time here.

Got the vegan black bean quesadilla and mixed berry muffin. At 99 cents each, the muffin is a great price. It looks and tastes homemade, and not as sweet and "cakey" as other commercial bakery muffins. It was moist with sweetness from mostly the blueberries and cranberries (nothing dried, all fresh). Loved it and will buy again. The quesadilla was made to go on a hot skillet. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy. It was stuffed with vegan cheese, black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn. The beans were seasoned well (chipotle) and the vegan cheese and veggies complemented perfectly. Came with also a side portion of spicy crema sauce which added a kick to the dish. Staff was polite, food is great! Will continue supporting these businesses!

Back then the food quantity and the service were top notch-great service with a smile and good quantity portion size. Since then, everything has gone downhill and this place is hit or miss depending on who makes your food, not to mention that anything worth having or anything that is not a cheap item has been removed from the menu (ex: hearts of palm, and now even the popular jackfruit tacos!) Only the cheapest ingredients left behind such as beans, chickpeas, onions, cilantro so they can major profit more and more. The menu has become boring to everyone I know with no exciting new items but just the same old and taking away certain items that the customers love. (Other Moms locations I go to switch up their menus with yummy offerings that Ive never seen offered at this location) Their prices have also gone up quite a couple of times since before covid and on top of that their portion sizes have lessened by more than 50% and still they get stingy only at this location when scooping the scoops always shaking the spoon to lessen the portion of each scoop and still finding sneaky ways to raise the prices more or take away anything that might cost more. Ive also noticed they only hire Hispanics now which I don't care but they definitely do not give service with a smile and half the time they don't understand what you are asking for and get rude if you sub or ask for something that might require a change. I am Spanish so of course I understand the language and alot of times they talk bad or whisper to each other right in front of me when you are undecided or make changes to the menu items. In my opinion, a different manager is needed that values customer service as the current manager is rude and does not like when you ask for substitutions and very stingy as well with portion sizes. Back in the day if i wanted half a scoop of one topping and half of another on my tacos it was ok, not anymore. A lot of people who don't come here often rate good as a good lunch spot but when you come here consistency, you start to see the flaws and lack of service,
