I go here all the time. Chick fil a is my favorite place ever!! I think all the workers know my boyfriend and I by now haha. We love this place. Always great. I once thought I had the wrong order so had them refund me to later realize they were right and I was wrong. Then had to go back to the drive thru to re get my order. They were all super cool about it. I honestly feel like it's underrated. The workers here are also so wonderful and nice! And seriously the service is always so fast! But give us more sauce!! Great chicken sandwiches, love the waffle fries. I always upgrade the drink to a shake and those come out well made every time. Never had a messed up order here. I always do drive through. The line is well handled and fast. Even with ten cars ahead of you, you're through quickly. The cashier / food handler is always a little bit over the top with the politeness, but I get that Chik Fil A started out with Southern style hospitality and insists on it now. It's a lot better than the surly you get at other places. If I would critique anything it's that there's no small items to add on to a chicken sandwich meal. But Chik Fil A corporate has likely already considered that. If they would have to lower the overall quality to do that, I'm fine without it. read more

Yes, I'm a fan. I don't normally hand out five stars however Chick Fil A has become my favorite fast food joint. I just wish there was one closer to work. I haven't had anything I didn't like and I've had almost everything on their menu. The servers are friendly and I don't mind their table service at all. I also like how they offer unlimited condiments, unlike other places where you have to ask and how many are stingy. Every location I've been to has been clean as well. Maybe in time they won't be that way however even if it had a dingy or old look or feel, I'll still choose them over any other place anyday, everyday. read more

As far a fast food chicken sandwiches go, CHICKFILA is royalty. Superior customer service and quality to back it up. Since its opening couple months ago, its both bitter/sweet that this establishment has been my dinner destination more than once a week. While ending this month they regularly have deals like their buy one get one Friday breakfasts! signup and be informed they give out free food all the time! :) Lunchtime can get a lil chaotic but if you dont mind kids its not so bad. Come noon its packed and families engulf the back half of the restaurant near the playground. Be sure to say thank you to every employee. We ordered a small nugget tray promised by 10:30am & it wasn't ready when I arrived, around 10:45am. The good thing is the workers acknowledged I'm here and started getting it ready but I ended up waiting about 10 minutes. The platter was good but definitely not worth the amount. Usually I am not the biggest reviewing and commenting on large fast food chains, but this location had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My brother likes to say that they are "Disneyland happy and friendly." I have never met such eager to please workers who are always smiling. It definitely puts me in a better mood. Decided to come celebrate my "treat meal" at Chickfila only to have the Worst Chickfila experience I've ever had! My "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" had absolutely NO BREADING on it at all on one side. Great Chicken sandwich always made correct. The Chicken tortilla soup is outstanding this is a must try . Don't be alarmed if you see a lot of cars in drive thru it goes really fast. The staff is always so friendly and nice. The inside is also very clean for being so busy. I did check out the bathroom and it was super clean it's nice to see they keep everything clean and wiped down. Before today, I was a Chick-fil-A virgin. My classmates had been raving about how awesome it was. My friend Henry and I came by at 3pm today to check out its grand opening and there were no lines. Someone handed out free little stuffed cows that said "Eat Mor Chikin" on them and coupons for one free breakfast (good till 6/30/11). We ordered the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Deluxe, which was 'hand-breaded' chicken breast with a toasted, buttered bun and included lettuce, tomatoes and your choice of cheese (we chose pepper jack) for $3.85. We also ordered the 8-pc. Chick-fil-A nuggets for $3.25. I was impressed with the quality of the chicken, which was gourmet by fast-food standards. The chicken nuggets had a light crisp on the outside and juicy tenderness on the inside. There was a clear distinction between the fresh, white meat chicken breast used for this nugget and the mysterious meat used in chicken nuggets at other places. I could tell the chicken in the sandwich was made with better quality chicken too. We dipped both the nuggets and the sandwich in the "Chick-fil-A" sauce, which was the perfect complement. It tasted like honey mustard with a little BBQ sauce, except the mustard wasn't as pronounced. If I had to make a comparison, I'd say Chick-fil-A is the In-N-Out of chicken sandwiches (and nuggets). While it's not the best quality meal, it's the best quality fast-food meal. Next time I come back, I'll be grabbing just as much Chick-fil-A sauce as I do napkins, which is a lot. read more

Oh yeah, Chick Fil A breakfast!! To me, this is the best fast food on the run breakfast spot. I always grab the chicken minis meal which consist of 3 or 4 real chicken pieces (not processed) wrapped in a small fresh made biscuit. They're great (Tony the Tiger voice) also comes with little quarter size hash browns and a drink. All for like $5 bucks. Very good little breakfast at a good price. Basic rundown. Wife was coming back from Cypress and stopped to get dinner. By the time she got home, we realized they forgot her chicken sandwich. I was more upset than she was. She said forget it but I said no way. Tried to call before going back to complain but no answer. Got in the car and headed down. Called again on the way and spoke to a manager (Jack). I was direct in my explanation an he remained calm and immediately apologized and offered a refund. WOW. In this day and age you dont find many fast food places if any that do this. When I arrived Jack was quick to help and refunded the bill, gave me the chicken sandwich and (get ready) WENT THE EXTRA MILE to offer me a shake for the inconvenience. My boyfriend and I ate inside today 10/24/17 around 1pm and while we were finishing our food an employee came up to ask and asked if we needed anything else and we politely said no. Before he came up to us we were on our phones for 5 Mins but for some reason he decided to say you know you guys should enjoy the time you have together right now instead of going on your phone because don't you guys both work? I find the high rating here hard to believe. Let me try to be brief as possible. I went here, ordered for my kids, wife and I. The order was all messed up, had no sauce in it, overcharged for sodas, whatever. Called in and was out on the "care list" by some employee, whose name I didn't recall, who promised me a copy of my exact order next time I came in. Fast forward 2 months. The problem is the chickfila app is so glitchy it doesn't give me the reward even though I was at the game and on the app with location services on. Well this Chik Fil-A is just like every other Chik Fil-A, clean, good food, good service, great timing and a wonderful ambiance. However this Chik Fil-A has what no other Chik Fil-A has and that's a Patti. Patti walked around and didn't stop smiling the whole entire time we were eating there. She greeted the table once and came by to check on us two additional times. Her permanent smile became our permanent smile. It's good to see people that really do care how others feel and go above and beyond standard customer service. I generally am very happy with Chick-fil-A; however, today, I was frustrated. I was offered a free sample of White Peach Lemonade, which was very tasty. I ordered my meal, substituting the new lemonade - large size (expecting the 30 oz cup), yet when my order was presented I received a cup that appeared to be 16-20 oz. After reading the reviews, I was surprised to find so many negative reviews. My experiences at this location had always been very pleasant until my last visit and the one two days prior to this visit. One of the employees was very rude to me in the drive through so I called and complained to the supervisor. The next day, I told the cashier that always checks me out how rude the girl was. She apologized and I didn't think anything else of it. That is until the following day, as I approached the counter loan behold the nice girl was at the register ordering food talking about me to the rude girl. I am not joking, I kindly said oh the girl you are talking about that is me, I'm right here. I know she had to have crapped her pants so now she is whispering to the cashier reiterating that I was who she was talking about. She says, "I don't care I don't care." I asked to speak to the supervisor and while I was speaking to her she was still mouthing off the same thing. The supervisor realizing this was above her pay grade went to get the manager. The cashier would not shut up she continued on. The manager Jerome came out and told the girl to the back. She refused and started saying she wasn't rude and I was a liar. The manager was speechless as well as everyone else that could here what was going on. You will never believe what happened next. She said, "I will clock out and take care of you". This girl was huge and obviously pretty ghetto. I was so upset and embarrassed I started crying. She was told to clock out and go home. The manager walked me out because I didn't want her to attack me on the way out. I was honestly scared she was out of control. I waited on the owner to call me back but I didn't hear from her. After calling the store several times she finally reached out to me. The outcome, I received a whopping 20.00 gift card and the employee was fired. What an insult! I was belittled, verbally attacked, and threatened with violence. A friend of mine who is a lawyer is begging me to sue the establishment.
