Why would I review a Chic Fil A? Well, here's the thing. Most Chic Fil A's you go to are good. It's generally a consistent quality of goodness you will find here. Delicious chicken nuggets and sandwiches. But this location is the best location ever. The food is ALWAYS good. I recently had crappy Chic Fil A over in Santa Ana, and it made me appreciate this location even more. So, deliciousness in every bite. That is a given. Chic Fil A has the best mayonnaise packets, ever. I dip everything in mayonnaise. Don't judge me. But the service is amazing. They are always friendly! They seem sincerely happy. It's crazy. When you're eating, they even walk around and offer to bring you refills. What kind of fast food place does that?! The Brea Chic Fil A, that is. However, today I realized I can't eat it anymore because I can't eat gluten anymore. Sad Face. So if you are gluten sensitive, this isn't the place to go. But if you are not, enjoy it. First time I visited this establishment last week. It was during lunch time so the place was kind of packed. But the service was quick and everyone was really nice. The other thing the drew me here was the free entree with the purchase of a drink which was a great deal. Compared to other fast food chains these chicken sandwiches are much better. I will be back to try more of the menu. This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious. I also really liked all of the different sauce choices they offered. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed until I came to this particular Chick-Fil-A. My chicken nuggets weren't crispy at all, and the fries were probably in the hot holding too long. The service was good, but I find it kind of odd and was a bit weird-ed out by the fact that I have to hear "my pleasure" after everything they do for us. Believe me, I'm all for good service but it's a bit creepy when it's that repetitive. Regardless, this review is still strictly for the food quality. My boyfriend and I LOVE Chick-fil-a so don't get us wrong when I post this. But we ordered a large waffle fry (his favorite part) and half the container was empty when we arrived home. I watched as one of the girls was checking on every table and she made eye contact with me and just walked right past me. Then a man was dropping food to another table and I called out"excuse me" twice he just kept walking. I thought maybe he didn't hear me, then he passed by again I said it louder excuse me! This is my second official dining experience with Chich Fil A. I was blown away by the staff! They had customer service like no other! I would describe it as high class fast food. They also do their chicken sandwiches protein style, which I got. I got the chicken club, the bacon was more on the saltier side, so the next time, I'll get the charbroiled chicken. There was someone dressed up as a cow, entertaining the children and they absolutely loved it. There's no denying it - I am addicted to the Chicken-mini's breakfast sandwiches. They are soooo good! I loved Chick-Fil-A before I had a kid, but now I just love it even more. This is one of the few drive-thru/ fast food chains that really caters to both kids appetites and parents wishes. They have a grilled nugget meal that can come with a fruit bowl or applesauce and milk. Happy mom and happy kiddo! I also would like to say that they are extra accommodating with helping set up your table. When it is really busy in the drive thru the attendants are outside taking orders to speed things up. The staff always has a friendly attitude as well. Just ate here with my family. My order unfortunately wasn't made correctly, at first I was little upset because I attempted to have my order made correctly three times and some how it just wasn't happing. Then the manager Jazmine noticed I was upset and went above and beyond what I would consider great customer service and not only made my order correctly but refunded me my meal to make it right since everyone in our party was already finished with their meals. I would not recommend ordering for pick up at this location. I understand businesses are doing their best during these times but this is the second time we've had a horrible experience with pick up at this location. Both times, we've placed the order through their app, waited until receiving notification that someone was on their way out with our order before going to the pick up area, yet have had to wait wait an additional 10-15+ minutes. There's also no one manning the booth outside so there's no way to check what's going on until someone comes outside. Don't send notification that food is ready if it clearly isn't. And given Covid precautions, id much rather have to wait in the car than outside with other people. Might as well wait in the long drive through because that's where they place priority. read more

Here all the time with two young kids. Taste consistently is great, staff is super eager to help in any way possible. They must have extra oxygen pumped in the air because they're always wearing a smile and are very polite. The restaurant seating at this location is less than some others, but we never have trouble getting a table, worst case we wait a minute or two. I love chick-fil-a it's really great. But every single time I come to this specific location my order is always wrong. First time I asked for no pickles, no tomatoes and I got pickles. Second time I asked for no pickles and tomatoes and I ended up getting extra pickles and extra tomatoes! And they charged me for it! 2 days ago I went in and same thing I got pickles and tomatoes. The receipt on the box said it correctly but I guess they really don't look at it. Customer Service is great as always but the food wasn't the best. We ordered our food... It came out in less than a minutes, we looked kinda confused on how fast it came out. We know it's fast food but I've never gotten food that fast from Chick Fil A. And when we saw our food, we realized how. The bread was so soggy and gross. Lettuce was wilted..
