Kaitlyn was awesome!!! We forgot our card and asked her if we could Venmo her and she literally just payed for it and wouldn't let us pay her. She was so sweet. Deserves praise and a raise.

I am not trying to complain and I typically LOVE Chick-fil-A but this location has ruined it for me. My first horrid experience was my chicken soup having spicy chicken fried meat in it. (Cutting corners and trying to use scraps to save a dime. Fries that look as if someone ate half before putting in the bag. Wrong drinks, missing items, cold food and grizzle and fatty chicken. Today I AM DONE!!! I don't know what the hell was in my nuggets box. They were fatty, had veins, smelt funny and ice cold. I did the review and was supposed to get a phone call and nothing. Just lost my biz forever. Eat more BEEF (at least it won't kill you if underdone).

I get CFA basically every other day, Im a a VERY loyal CFA goer, I've even worked there when I was a teen. This CFA on JI is usually not that bad but they can count their days. I made a special mobile order for a Market Salad, meaning they had to make it fresh and they had more than enough time to do so; yet, I got home ... STARVING ... just to open my salad and find mold on the lettuce... This was a special order salad, how is their mold on whats suppose to be FRESH lettuce and how did no one see it when it was right on top, under the chicken??? Im sick to my stomach...

Style inside is an eclectic mixed of different styles. We started with the fried pickles which I usually like but these were t quite to my taste. Just a personal preference thing, I feel like the pickles inside were more of a deli style pickle than an off the shelf super briny dill? But still good. I had the Getting Smash Burger which I really enjoyed, and the burger sauce (I think just ketchup and mayo) fit perfectly. My kids loved their burgers and fries. My onion rings were the big chunky kind which I like. We all left room for dessert and I am glad I did. The donut ice cream that my daughter had looked super unique. My pecan pie was the first time I've had in a long time that didn't just taste like corn syrup and fake vanilla flavor. Really nice place! J.Ja

No wait, you have to sign a waiver to enter chuck's! But not here.... You order your food, have some drinks and wait to watch who's gonna be the 1st one to get into litigation with this business. There were 1yr olds playing on this Astro turf and 10yr olds trying to see if they could make it to the World Cups. And it's always 1 table that will ruin all for the whole crowd. A table full of adults on their phones as their children terrorize the rest of the other children trying to play nice. And if you ask the servers to get a manager to ask them to take the balls away they say, "sorry we can't, the owner set it up." Well, owner you beware, if watching out for your employees and patrons are not top priority then I will take my business over to Rays where the pizza is better and/or just drink my alcohol at the Oddessy and get my food there. A place where I won't have to protect my little ones like a mama bear and have road rage like issues while I'm trying to have a nice dinner. Sorry, not sorry....

I was kind of surprised how the Harlow on James Island has stayed under the radar…read more This neighborhood restaurant and bar is loaded with charm and perhaps some of the friendliest staff around. They are a burger/oyster bar with a diverse menu that has unique offerings. As far as I know this is the only true oyster bars on the Island. There are plenty of restaurants that serve raw oysters but no with a wide-ranging selection of oysters from various locales. I don't care for raw oysters myself, but I saw a lot being served. We started with cocktails with my wife ordering the "Don't Call It a Skinny" with Tequila, Guava, Lime, Agave, and Lime Salt. They say try it spicy if you are feeling feisty and she was. The drink was light with a wonderful back heat on the end. I enjoyed the Smoked Praline Sour with rye, hazelnut, Montenegro, praline, citrus and bitters with a nice smoke for added flavor. It tasted just like a praline, and I had a tough time getting it back after my wife had a try, We ordered some fried oysters Buffalo style with a ranch sauce for dipping. Being an oyster bar they were very fresh and full of flavor. Our favorite starter was the popular Jam Jar with ricotta cheese and seasonal jam with toasty bread. The jam was tomato and our server gave us a great pro-tip. Empty the bowl it comes in and dump the contents of the jar then swirl the two together then spoon it up on the bread. It was absolutely delicious and can't be missed! We decided to get a couple of burgers which are a mixture of brisket, chuck and short rib. I got the Harlow burger which has American Cheese, Comeback Sauce, Pickles, and Shredded Lettuce. I was pleased that instead of a smash burger which everyone seems to do these days, it was a thick juicy burger. It was so juicy I needed to wipe my hands and mouth after each bite. The comeback sauce was unique and definitely added to the spectacular flavor I was experiencing. Poe's used to be my thick burger go to and they have been dethroned! My wife chose the Southern Roots with Bacon, Pimento, Shredded Lettuce, and Pickled Green Tomatoes. It was obvious that the pimento cheese was homemade and packed with cheesy goodness. The fries were perfect burger fries being neither steak nor shoestring but just perfectly crispy and light, similar but better than McDonalds in every way. Zach, the general manager came over to chat for a bit and offer us a complimentary cocktail to try. The Section 112 was Bourbon, tarragon, preach, bitters, and a streusel foam. They purposely leave out a straw so that you taste that foam with each sip. I couldn't have had a better time. Friendly service that was top notch. Drinks that were creative as well as fulfilling and food that will linger in my collective memories for a long time. You need to make a reservation as they are so popular that walk ins may have a tough time.

I came here with a group of friends when we were on a lunch break working on the island. I had a Greek veggie wrap, which was pretty small. It had hummus, veggies, and tzatziki in it, but the ingredients were mixed together into a tzatziki-based "salad" rather than whole in the wrap like I thought they might be. It is also a wrap, not a pita. I love pita, but it is neat that they serve wraps too, since most places don't. Others in my friend group ordered rice bowls, which was a really large portion for your money, and one friend's gyro looked solid. One of my friends is gluten free, and if you are, you'll find lots of options here. The same goes if you're vegetarian. Everyone was able to find something here with no arguments, which is always nice with a group. The prices seem a little expensive for what you get; at least I thought so with my wrap. Rice bowls seem like a better portion for the money. I would come back again with friends, but I would try something else next time.

The quality and freshness is top notch. And they usually have some hard to find fresh catch. What makes CudaCo stand out from other markets is that you can pick your desired catch from the display case and then have them cook it to your liking.
